Your pizza is almost ready BUT WE CAN NOT MAKE THE THE PHILLY CHEESESTEAK HERO BECAUSE THE TRUCK IS NOT HERE WITH THE DELIVERY,ANd i said to her why didn't YOU tell me this when i called you to order???? I was furious because the Philly. CHEESE STEAKHERO ISFOR MY WIFE,AND ASTHE Saying goes (HAPPY WIFE HAPPY LIFE) So i took the pizza home.That incident happened 3months ago which i sent this INFORMATION to Davias complaint section on there web site WHICH NO ONE GOT BACK TO me!!!! Now let us tell you what happened last night 02/03/2022 at 515pm, i walked intoDavilas on 20th. Ave Vero Beach fl. 32966 and gave my order to this NINCOMPOOP for a xtralarge pizza half cheese half pepperoni and after waiting 15min was told it was ready and i opened cover it was not what i ordered as what wasgiven to me was a small pizza covered with peperoni not half cheese and i said this is not what i ordered so i was told it woud be re made the way i wanted, so waiting another 15 minuets was told it was ready AND GUESS WHAT NOT WHAT I ORDERED COVERED AGAIN WITH PEPPERONI AND I COMPLETELY GOT LOUD AND SAID TO THEM DOES ANYONE UNDERSTAND ENGLISH!!!!!!! Soi waited 20 more minutes till they finally got my order right after spending an HOUR TRYING TO GET A PIZZA TAKE OUT. The pizza took 1.5 hours to be available for pickup. During the wait, the young teenage lady at the register was lying to guests about the status of their order. She kept saying "it's in the oven and will be ready very soon" however she lied and did not even ask any customer for their name to check the real status of the order. She lied to many customers and when I finally asked her why she kept telling people it was in the oven when it wasn't she got nasty & snarky and replied "I thought it was" but I told her that was being dishonest because she wasn't even asking anyone for the name on the order nor checking the order tags or asking the pizza kitchen staff - she took zero effort to check the status of anyone's order yet management allowed her to do nothing to help the guests. When the order was finally ready 1.5 hours after the order was placed, it was inaccurate and incomplete - the wings were wrong and the side of blue cheese and ranch was missing. The guy making the pizza's by hand was working very hard but the young staff around him was doing nothing to help nor be honest to the customers waiting for hours. They should have discounted the orders for the excessive delay or given the customers the true status of their order and allowed them to cancel. Instead the young lady at the register was allowed to lie and be nasty to any guest who asked why she lied about the pizza being in the oven when it never was. she should be fired for being lazy and dishonest. read more

From the start Chris was amazing. I intended on making my own Lasagna for my mom's funeral dinner, but I was running out of time to have everything ready. While I was last minute shopping for the pieces of clothing (which isn't easy in Vero) I was talking with my sister that lives in Chicago. I told her that I can't make the food, I am tired and running out of time. I asked her to please call Davila's and Ninos corner. She immediately called back and said, "Absolutely no to Nino's (with many comments) but said absolutely to Davila's." She said Chris was so amazing. Since I had been out all day I also wanted to order a pizza and wings for the kids. I order all at the same time. Chris took my order since the girls were so busy so I would not have to wait any longer. FAST FORWARD TO SATURDAY....the delivery was amazing, the food was AMAZING! My kids are picky about their lasagna because they usually only like mine, but Davila's food is awesome!!! Guests of mine said, " I am ordering this for Christmas Eve!"" From beginning to end, Chris and his team exceeded my expectations in ways I hadn't even anticipated.  Chris was attentive and imaginative with creating a set of italian entrees that would impress 75 of my nearest and dearest. The timing was prompt. The delivery and execution were flawlessly efficient. The quality of the food spoke for itself through the continuous compliments by my guests. It was surely delicious and superb. I could not be any more grateful for such a seamless standard of service. We recently placed a very large order of 38 pizzas for an event at our property, and I cannot say enough about how impressed we were! The pizzas arrived piping hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Our guests couldn't stop raving, and they were truly a huge hit. Chris was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He took the time to guide us through the ordering process, made excellent recommendations, and ensured we had just the right mix of pizzas for such a large crowd. First time at davillas.let me start off by saying the menu had so much to choose from.the inside of the restaurant was very clean and the minute we walked we were greeted by all the staff.our server Michelle W. Was so very helpful explaining all the different pizzas and was very patient with us .she was a delight and fast and very efficient while it seemed she was rather busy .our pizza was the best we have had since moving to Vero and my husband had the calzone which was not only good but huge.very impressed and will defiantly be back .our server explained they also serve breakfast which we would love to try out.overall a fabulous experience .great job davillas .your team and food is top notch .coming back and asking for michelle read more

The owner is a horrible person. We ordered using the website at 645 last night. The program told me that it would be here at 745. At 800 I called for an update as it was Saturday and I knew things would be a bit slower. I was told that my order would be going in the oven and would be there very late. I was upset, and the owner called me. I expressed that if my order was going to be over an hour late, then I should have been notified. I was told by the owner the if "I didn't understand the issues that he was having then I didn't need to ever order from him again". Trust me I won't and I fully recommend that no one else does either. This man Chris Davila does not deserve your business and should not be a business owner. read more

If you are wondering where to get great service, fresh ingredients, at reasonable prices, Davilla's is the place to go! It's a terrific place to bring friends and family. We usually pick up pies after a day on the golf course, or at the beach. For a little variety, we just ordered delicious hot sandwiches (the chicken panini is highly recommended), and some cold drinks​. The best part is that they were ready in a couple minutes.
