Warranty is a complete SCAM!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They sell cheap Chinese ballasts which inevitably break, then they do everything possible to avoid actually honoring their own warranty. The best you get is them offering a "warranty upgrade" to the next kit for $35. Look on AliExpress people, that upgrade is STILL making them money! These ballasts are $5 for the slim and $15 for the "ultra Canbus" that they want $35 for a warranty upgrade. What a bunch of SCAMMERS. I've been driving with ONE HEADLIGHT for 2 weeks now because of their slow responses, trying to get me to purchase an upgrade, and wanting me to pay for the warranty replacement which should be freeeeeeeeeee. These guys obviously don't give a ***** about their customers. I could have gotten a ticket, or worse been in an accident for lack of light during night driving. Avoid these guys at all costs. Heck, buy yourself 10 HID kits from AliExpress for the same price as one of theirs and then you don't have to wait for a replacement! read more

I'm changing the review to 5 stars. I got everything I ordered and everything works perfectly. The only issue was the D2S HID bulbs was the wrong color. I ordered 6500k and received 5500k. Messaged them about the misunderstanding and they sent over replacement bulbs and I received them a couple days later. I'm still yet to install them which was why I was hoping the order would come correctly as purchased, now I gotta remove the bumper and headlight housing all over again unless I reach in through the fender liner. It isn't a big issue but I was hoping to do it once and that's it. As reading through reviews I've seen people write about replacement bulbs not working or lasting. I hope I didn't get screwed over with this but I'll update if I do. read more

While installing I dropped a washer and o-ring (longest headlight installation I've ever done) and had to return to the shop for replacements which were the best price ever!!! I used to love coming here since 2016. Both my brother in laws and I used to buy so many headlights at this branch and I even used to gift these out to neighbors and friends. Unfortunately, ever since Regan left, there's a guy named Omar that works in the front who's a smart ass and gives the worst customer service. I was having trouble with one of the bulbs not working and instead of helping me out, he says "he just sells the lights" and to go see an electrician. I remember when Regan would actually come out or at least put in some effort to help customers out. I hope management takes a look at this post and maybe trains him to not only "sell lights". Reagan was very helpful. One of my HID headlights went out that I got from them. Felt like a newb but he helped me troubleshoot and determined it wasn't the bulb but the actual connection itself. Educated me on what to look out for, how to clean it up the connection. The HID get so hot it makes the plastic bubble near the connection which was the issue. When I first got my Scion tC in 2013 I was looking to upgrade my lighting to HID and LED components. Everywhere I researched I kept hearing about DDM Tuning. Im proud to say that almost 9 years later they're still keeping my car lit with the best in the business. Recently one of my HID headlights finally went out and my Dad took my old light in to get a new set since I was going out of town and left my car behind. These guys are great! Not only are their products great, they're always there to help me when I needed them! It's a 45-60 minute drive for me to their shop, but it's definitely worth it. I'm the type that needs to check out the product before buying it, that's why I don't order through their site. I rather see it in person and most of the time, unload my questions on the staff. I don't know much about HID systems so I tend to ask a lot, and they never hesitated on assisting me. I recently had the itch to retro fit my headlights (adding projectors) and I only learned what I could through YouTube, and noticed they had packages on their site, so I made my way down there to check it out. They were great! I came in kind of nervous, scared I would get stupid looks but not at all! They laid everything out for me, showed me how to connect them and what parts I would need and didn't need. I drove here all the way from Fullerton because I had lifetime warranty on my hid lights and was told they no longer honor that. The guy had told me they stopped doing that two years ago but I was here half a year ago to get my fog lights replaced and had no issues. The guy said the only way I can get the hid replaced was to purchase new ones but without any warranty. I won't be coming here anymore, def not worth the long drive anymore. read more

One stop shop for all your aftermarket automotive lightning needs. If you're unhappy with the miserable output that any of your stock bulbs are giving you, this shop has tons of LEDs and HID bulbs and kits to ensure you'll be able to light up the road like never before. The HIDs come in different varieties and colors, which range from 3000K all the way up to 12000K. Going higher up in the Kelvin scale will change the color output from yellow at 3K to deep blue/purple at 12K, but be advised that you will lose usable light when you go higher than 6K. You can either get just bulbs, ballasts or an entire kit. The kits come in 35W or 55W. More wattage means more light output, but make sure your housing is big enough to handle the extra heat generated from the bulbs as a result of being powered by the stronger ballast. Very disappointed with this company. Customer service has gone in the toilet from the last time I used them! Orders getting lost, items not getting shipped, waiting almost a month for a replacement HID bulb that was bad from the beginning.
