We stopped in before our show at the Fox, and let them know how much time we had. They timed it for us perfectly. We had made a reservation and they seated us immediately, but honestly, the show stopper is the bar. We will have to come back and sit there because it's so beautiful. The service was great all night. My only complaint is having to pick what to eat!! Their whole menu is drool worthy. We started with the croquettas and OMG I'm still thinking about them. They melt in your mouth. We just wanted to eat 100 of them. We also split the brussels which were phenomenal. We weren't super hungry so we ended up splitting the burger, even that was amazing. We will absolutely need to come back and try some more of their entrees. They brought cotton candy out with the check which I LOVED. It's a guilty pleasure of mine, my husband KNEW I would freak out when I saw it. Such a great experience. Top notch food, top notch service. Literally not one complaint.

What concerned us is that it appeared that our dish went to the table beside us was picked up and delivered to us. What really gave us the ick though was when we received the shrimp with two shrimp tails and meat in the tails (see photo). We reported it talked to the manager and were told this happens, but why would there be meat in the tail? We had that dish and one other taken from our bill but I wouldn't recommend ANYONE eat there. There are better places and that is gross. Gross.

If you like tapas style food, you're gonna love this place! -I am on a low-fat diet, so I ordered the barcabowl (kinda like a chipotle bowl, but better!). The barbecue chicken tasted like it just came off my backyard grill. Perfection! -We also got the sliders to share--burgers were good, but don't sleep on the fries--out of this world! -Also ordered the dates (wow!) and the artichokes (mm!!), can't miss with both of these. -Daughter also ordered sangrias, which were very good. From the start, our Host was super friendly, welcoming and answered all your questions expertly. The menu is extensive and we had A LOT of food. One needs to look it over online first to get an idea what you'll have. We shared most of it between four of us. Highlights were the Questo de Cabra, which was Baked Goat Cheese in one of the tastiest thick and rich mariana style tomato sauces I've had with thin crusty Garlic Bread Pieces lightly toasted to perfection. The Albondigas, Pork and Beef Meatballs were absolutely delicious. A huge pile of Calamares Fritos, Fried Calamari was done perfectly crisp. It came with an aioli sauce, but we dipped them in the tomato sauce that came with the Goat Cheese. Excellent. A wonderful and oh so tasty Paella de Carne, Meat Paella was the main dish and it was as good as I've had in Spain if not better. For dessert, the Tres Leches, Spanish Milk Cake was exquisite and hard to describe outside of heaven on a plate. This is a place you can go to for a special occasion, or just to chill with family and friends. One thing for certain, we'll be back!

The food was fantastic, the bruschetta and goat cheese salad were so yummy. The dressing on the salad was incredible and everything tasted so fresh. They even made non-alcoholic, decaf espresso martinis for us which were sooo good. The staff was also incredibly kind and accommodating. The upstairs space is super cute and perfect for hosting a party. I also loved the thoughtful touches like blankets available for the patio if you're sitting outside. Being right in downtown St. Charles is so fun too -- you can people-watch while enjoying your food and drinks. Highly recommend!

They no longer have Chicken Marsala, much to my companion's dismay. He opted instead for Spicy Shrimp pasta. It looked and smelled amazing. He said if Chicken Marsala was a 10, the shrimp dish was a 5. He ate it because he was hungry and he's not one to fuss. I thought the sauce looked broken, but maybe it was supposed to look chunky? At the bottom of the bowl remained a pool of oil. Ick. (See photos) I got a flatbread with gf crust (special order). The server said it had a mascarpone roux, and I appreciated his alertness. I took a pill before eating. The pizza crust was tender and flavorful. It needed another 3-4 minutes in the oven as the middle was doughy. The squash and cheeses made for warm, gooey comfort food. After one slice, the cheese was too much for me. If you say the cheesier the better, this is for you. Or share with several friends and consume a fitting beverage. I'll go back and hope for a better outcome.

We…read morewere actually around the corner at a brewery that was packed with small children and decided to look for a quieter spot where we could enjoy a cocktail and dinner. OpenTable showed a reservation available here, so we finally decided to give it a try--and we're so glad we did. Everything was fantastic. I started with the Green Turtle cocktail, made with Broker's Gin, cucumber, and basil, while my wife enjoyed a glass of Friulano. We opted to share several small plates, which turned out to be the perfect choice. We started with the Brussels sprouts and the goat cheese with bread, both excellent. I also had a cup of the chowder, which may have been my favorite thing of the entire meal. My wife ordered the nightly salad special with tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and balsamic dressing, and it was fresh and delicious. We considered ordering the flatbread as well, but by the time we finished everything else, we were completely stuffed. The service was spot-on from start to finish, the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and everything was very reasonably priced. We're already looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu.

We're not regulars by any stretch of the imagination, but we've been here a number of times over the years. Sometimes it's just my husband and me, sometimes family members join us, and we've brought friends here as well. Nobody has ever not been happy they came here! We had a reservation and were greeted and seated right away. They have a big blackboard where they write the special drinks of the day, so I always have to check that out! They have small plates and entrees there. We almost always do all small plates. The exception is the shrimp and grits because we really like it! This time we did all small plates. The stuffed portabellini mushrooms were a newer menu item and they were SO good! I could have ordered more of those and been fine without anything else! Our next favorite was the oven baked goat cheese. We literally get it every time we come here and it's always delicious. Then we had the Nashville Chicken Sliders. They're good, but nothing super special. Our last item was the short rib street tacos. I'll just say we won't order them again. They weren't bad, but they were lacking in flavor. My cocktail was from the specials list. It was the Bitter Bonfire - made with mezcal - and it was so good! I think my husband had a Manhattan. We will, of course, be back again!

We sat at the bar which overlooks the chef's prep area, front row seat to some cool creations. Our oysters were good not great, only one variety. Can't go wrong with a classic Iberico and the bacon wrapped dates were my favorite. Rabbit was also a star, large portions and delicious though somewhat messy looking in a dish resembling a tomato stew. The lamb was presented beautifully; unfortunately the pomegranate glaze was just too acidic and bitter for the dish to be a winner even though the peas did balance somewhat. Overall we had a good time but without consistency and sporting a hefty price tag I'm not planning to be a regular.
