I was very disappointed in the quality of the work that I received by Shivonn and the customer…read moreservice or lack thereof afterward. Approximately two weeks ago I had an appointment for two services - microblading and Russian Volume lashes. Shivonn was very bubbly and attentive during the appointment. Her location was clean. Early on the appointment seemed to go off the rails a little bit. For my lashes, I was a little stunned that she did not clean my lashes before the application of the lash extensions. My eyes were burning throughout the entire process. I told her as much throughout the process. My eyes felt very heavy and it was a little difficult to see when she put the mirror in front of my eyes to see. I told her that my eyes did not match. She added more lashes to my left eye and although I told her that they seemed a little off still she moved on to the microblading. Shivonn did ask me toward the end if I was ok with the look of the eyebrows. Several times she went back to make adjustments. My issue was that one side was more rounded than the other. She ultimately did not fix the issue and said, "In two weeks, take a picture and see how you like them." She told me to text her if I had any issues or questions. She asked me to pay her through her CashApp instead of as a regular transaction which I thought was odd. When I went home and my eyes were burning and I took a closer look at my lashes, I was very dissatisfied. She cut my right lashes and they were considerably different from the right. I was unable to wear my glasses because the length of my lashes on the left were way too long. Overall, I was not given Russian Volume lashes and there was so much clumped glue that the lashes looked a mess. I texted Shivonn and sent her the link to the information I saw on Russian Volume lashes and told her I was dissatisfied with them and if something could be done. This was within hours of leaving my appointment. I got no response. I texted her again the next day about my lashes and told her I was also concerned about the look of my eyebrows. I received no response. I waited a week later and texted her again and she did not respond. I spent over 700 dollars with Shivonn and she could not be bothered to fix the terrible work she did. Today, I went to another salon to see if I could get a fill on the lashes and get them fixed in someway. I had to ultimately get them removed and it was quite a painful process. The woman at the salon said she had never seen such an awful mess on someone's eyes. She said it even looked painful seeing how she applied so much glue and put the lashes on below the water line in my eyes. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I wasted over 700 dollars and Shivonn couldn't have cared less to do the right thing. She knew what horrible work she did which is why she did not respond at all to any of my texts. I am very disappointed and stunned by this.

I had a picture of what I was trying to recreate and she brought it to life! The interior of this salon is also just adorable - you can tell the girls put a lot of time into decorating it. Addendum: I've now gone back here for a second visit for a touch up and trim with Melina again. Melinas very talented, and instead of just going with what we had done before recommended a new coloring treatment that I love even more than my first visit. I came as a new client for an up-do and was paired with Shannon (very kind and friendly). I was prepared with an inspiration photo and clearly stated I was looking for a more romantic loose style up-do. Shannon had to redo my hair twice because it was NOT anywhere near what I wanted. Honestly, the first style looked so horrible I almost cried. After she pinned it a second time, I was still unhappy but settled. I just truly felt like my photo was quickly looked at and I was given the standard up-do. After my hair, I went upstairs to have my makeup done. While sitting for my makeup, pins were sticking out of my hair. Shannon had left so I had to have another hairdresser pin me to prevent my up-do from coming undone. I'm posting my inspiration photo and the end result. I fully understand that I wasn't going to have the exact result as my inspiration photo but I find both hair styles vastly different. It's like mine started as very formal and the bottom an informal messy bun.
