Deli Delicious really lives up to its name! I'd say this place is just as good as Ike's, maybe even better. You certainly get more in your sandwich here than Ike's for the same price. Their customer service is excellent. They really know what they are doing and how to treat their customers. It was also really busy and they just opened not too long ago, so that says something. I got a buffalo chicken & jack sandwich, it was amazing. The buffalo was definitely better than Ike's. I got a size medium and it was definitely worth it, I got full right away. I did the mistake of not sharing the fries with my friend because they are the perfect size to share. They messed up on my order but were quick to fix it. Highly recommend. I LOVE the food but I always get sour(not bad but not pleasant) service when ordering and not much help with walking through the menu. I understand it's not easy working customer service but I truly believe with a better management this place could thrive more. Also the restaurant is always loud with fans rather than music and I wish that wasn't the case because ordering is hard with the mask and the fans. The cashier usually can't hear the person placing the order I have noticed. But like I said I absolutely love the food which is why I want to see this place makes it's mark here in town! If you see that there's anybody else in this restaurant do not come in and order. Everybody is waiting at least 20 minutes and there are three employees working very inefficiently, they only work on one sandwich at a time. No one in here has any food,b we are all just starting at each other, waiting. I believe it would be a better idea to come in, order, then take an hour or so and go grocery shopping, run errands, go to the gym, find a new outfit to buy at khols, anything. This was supposed to be fast. Unreal. Do NOT order the Dutch Crunch bread. It's terrible. I'm not sure what it is, but it is not normal. We shared a large Philly cheese steak, and we had 4 pieces of peppers and 5 pieces of onion. I'm not sure where the rest went, but we didn't get any. I'm also still not sure why this took so long. This place is amazing. It's a no frills deli that was recommended to me by a family member, but it can honestly not get much better than deli delicious. Since discovering it I am in at least 3 times a week, many times multiple times a day! Their bread is always soft and their meat and produce is always fresh, and their ranch, to die for. I have never ordered an item that I did not like. It is in fact, truly delicious. The deli itself is always clean, and the staff is always so friendly. Their manager Millie was so rude when taking my order and on top of that she is so rude to her employees to the point where she made one of them cry in the back. Somewhat frustrated after a month of trying their food. Overall a decent deli with very good seasoned fries and a variety of subs using fresh ingredients. But consistency in portions leaves much to be desired. Ordered two identical subs two days ago and one had twice as much meat as the other. They remade the order (great customer service) but this has happened before. The deli has been open for long enough to work out these issues. Further, limited tables for 4 (4 tables). While there the last time, a employee was taking her break and sat at the table watching customers stand at counters and move chairs to put 3 people at a two person table. She didn't care and manager was delivering food to tables and did not have them move either. Overall, convenient location, good menu but with higher than average prices, customer service will need to improve or we will stop going.
