We had visited here once before and decided to enjoy a light meal there, mid-afternoon on a weekday. This restaurant was simply decorated, yet more than adequate. On the far side they were setting up boxed meals, a good way to promote their business. My husband had the corned beef on Rye, and all I wanted was some hot, fresh French fries. Both came out quickly.the sandwich was fresh, and the meat was very lean. A tasty one. My ff were cooked to order and more than enough for 2 adults. The reason for the 3 stars was because there were no prices listed anywhere that we could see. None on the board with all their offerings above the prep station. None at the cash register. All that came to our minds was: if you have to ask, you can't afford it. It was not a terrible shock when the young lady rang it up.$19.07. We still would like the knowledge of what they charge. It was not on the receipt we received. They do have a large display where you enter with pictures and price/lb of different salads. Everyone there was wonderful. Very nice.

My wife and I stopped in and had an absolutely delicious lunch. The New Yorker was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the shrimp salad too. Staff were extremely friendly and the restaurant was clean. Highly recommend.

Food compared to a fast food restaurant. The crabcake had a lot of bread in It and didn't have much flavor and the first one was burnt . The jalapeño poppers were the same thing you would get out of the regular frozen jalapeño popper. We also got something called the curly fryer that tasted a little better and it was more of a deli type sandwich. I gave it three stars for that sandwich. One sandwich, one crabcake, onion rings and jalapeño poppers and two sodas $60. I would not get the crabcakes again.

Yummy sandwiches! Great local spot. We typically split a sub for lunch and its usually more than enough food. Favorites: Shrimp Salad Pilgrim (fall special) Buffalo Chicken Wrap Depending on who takes your order they get a little weird about modifications. Deli sides are not great... BUT the sandwiches are big and come with chips so it doesn't really matter.

I love the food truck. He is so awesome. The food is amazing. The seafood egg rolls and the shrimp salad wrap are to die for.

I have to admit, a NY-style deli is not what I would have expected to find in a mostly abandoned, dilapidated strip in Dundalk a couple of blocks off the water but here it was! The parking lot was one big pot hole and it looked like it was in the shell of an old corner store but the inside was quite modern and nice. It was very clean and had a lot of seating both at high tops and regular tables. It's counter service but they do bring your food to you. I had an excellent Reuben. This can be a messy, greasy sandwich but this one was neither. The bread was perfectly grilled, the sauerkraut was excellent and not too wet. The corned beef was flavorful yet lean. For the first time, I had a Reuben out that didn't fall apart as soon as I bit into it. The only odd detail is that my pickle came in a plastic baggie. Maybe they do mostly takeout. I thought the sandwich prices were good but they seemed a bit high for the area, which was mostly empty buildings. The location is also a bit of a hike from Baltimore City and County, probably due to being so close to the water, the route is pretty circuitous and there is no other reason to be in that area; the nearest small shopping center is a couple miles down the road. I hope they do well!

Cheesesteak is better than good, most things are above average. Haven't had anything GREAT yet; however, the place seems to do a whole lot very well. Absolutely worth the trip. If you order online and the estimated time seems unusually long , it probably is. Get there earlier so your food isn't cold. Be happy everyone. read more

Sandwiches were just as I hoped! I had the shrimp salad sandwich and my friend had Classic New Yorker. Shrimp salad had full sized shrimp with an old bay flair - just as I expect it in Baltimore. New Yorker was piled high just as the menu described. Quality fresh meat and the rye bread was the cherry on top of a great sandwich. My favorite was the pickle that accompanies each sandwich:) Perhaps instead of house chips customers can have the option of an apple or another piece of fruit. I'll definitely return especially since they support 1st responders: every single day, 20% discount to our first responders. It's about time this came to Dundalk read more

Went there this morning at the recommendation of a friend, who recommended that I get either the corned beef or the pastrami - I got both! Rye bread, mustard and swiss cheese. Talk about good! Both were absolutely delicioius! The pastrami melted in my mouth. You can tell that they used high quality ingredients, and the food couldn't have been more fresh. Side order of delish homemade chips (unbelievably good) plus a side pickle were nice complementary touches. I can't wait to go back again and try the rest of the menu items. Oh, took what was left of the sandwiches home where my wife and son devoured them within seconds. They both agreed that the food was 5 star quality all the way. In fact we all wish there were more stars we could give. If you're in the mood for high quality deli food - look no further. I guarantee it! read more

Went down the road w a couple of coworkers to check this place out. I was VERY impressed. It's a nice place w what I would consider a traditional New York deli flavor. I had the Classic New Yorker which was corned beef, pastrami, Swiss, coleslaw, and Russian dressing on Rye. The sandwich came w homemade chips, also very good, and a deli pickle. This was the best sandwich that I've had in awhile and I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone. Very nice people that were engaged and great food. Looking forward to returning soon! read more

Had to change my review after getting a salad last night. It's almost like these people don't really understand what a salad is. I got the meat lovers, and of course the meats and cheese were great. But the lettuce part of the salad was just ridiculous. It was a pile of large lettuce leaves. Like the lettuce you'd get on a large sandwich. How are you supposed to eat that? I thought maybe I'm supposed to cut it myself, but they gave me a knife and a spoon with my salad. I'm so confused. read more

Okay, so they have been open for about 3 weeks and I have been here at least 5 times. Don't judge me :) The food is amazing. Seriously I haven't had anything bad on the menu yet. My husband highly recommends The Guido. The Rueben is my most favorite sandwich of all time, and this place made the obsession even more real. The homemade chips are a nice touch too! The staff was great, and helpful with suggestions the first time we were there. read more

Tried this place for the first time and I loved it! Sub was really big and fried pickles were awesome. I love pickles and they threw in some extra spears and kettle chips along with the sub!! Was a little bit of a wait for the food but not a big problem! read more

We checked out this place 2 weeks ago and it was delicious! We walked right in and there was no wait in line. The staff was very friendly and took our order. Service was fast. Absolutely Deli-icious!! haha get it? Dad joke... Anyway, as usual, the food is amazing and the service was quick and courteous. This was my fourth time here and it's been consistently great every time. I went with the Reuben with my usual coleslaw substituted for sauerkraut. Corned beef is perfect. I don't know how a restaurant can ruin chicken noodle soup, but this place did it. Their food is subpar and this soup was the tipping point for me. Made with water, not broth. Chicken is the most unappealing color. No carrots or other small veggies in the soup either. read more

Overall disappointment. We were so excited to try this place and found it to be way over priced for the quality. Tossed salad was basically iceberg lettuce for $8. Matzo ball soup was $5 for one matzo. Really? I don't have a lot of money right now and this splurge was not cool. read more

Deli-ish is a welcomed addition to the underwhelming selection of food in Dundalk. Nice lot with plenty of parking. Inside is very nice with plenty of seating and a friendly staff. When offered me a few specials that had available for the day on top of their regular menu but I went for a Russian sandwich. It was ahh maze ing. Bread was super fresh and meats were high quality and freshly sliced. It come with a bag of some kettle style chips that paired nicely with the sandwich. From order to complete was less than 10 minutes. The menu has plenty of different items from sandwiches hard to find in the area to classics like turkey clubs. I noticed they had a lot of regulars coming in during lunch time that they knew exactly what they wanted. I thought that was cool. My only complaint is I would've liked to see a few other sandwiches on the menu normally on Jewish deli menus since that's what this place reminds me of. Will be back for sure! read more

I have to give 4 stars because most of the food is AMAZING. The fried pickles and real NY deli type sandwiches are great. The only complaint I have is the chicken salad. Unfortunately, they add a lot of old bay to the chicken salad. I understand we're in Maryland and old bay is a regular addition; however, I was expecting a real NY deli type chicken salad, which would never have old bay. I still give 4 stars because everything else I've ordered in the past has been amazing. read more

Let me first say that I was an original 4 star reviewer... I love my local business and love to give them my hard earned money more so than any other but the customer service and quality has gone down! The people behind the counter especially Ashely are rude and don't care about the customers, the sandwiches were overstuffed when they first opened but have slowly become modest at most... WHAT HAPPENED TO THE FRESH POTATO CHIPS?!?!? I want this business to succeed but currently they are failing me and it's sad because I live within walking distance and would LOVE TO GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS!!! But with rude staff and dwindling crummy portions it's starting to become a hard pass!!! read more

I have been there several times for lunch. Today, Sharon talked me into the Meatball Sub. It had 4 good sized meatballs, tasty sauce, melted cheese on a roll. Overall the sandwich was good and filling. The service is always good, the food tastes great and reasonably priced. I have previously had the Squealer, hotdog, turkey and Italian. I also made a sandwich, shrimp salad, crab cake and bacon on Rye. All were great read more

Best place to get a sandwich. I have had the Logan Villager ( cheese steak.). Delicious. Not greasy or chewy. Great soft bread. Chips come with your sandwich. Kettle like and just the right amount of salt and you get a nice pickle. About to try the turkey club. The smell on the way home is intoxicating. Highly recommend. read more

Went in the other day and was immediately greeted, offered a menu, and was offered samples. Tried the shrimp salad, loved it, and decided to get a shrimp salad sandwich. Brought home the New Yorker sandwich, which was huge and amazing. Reminds me of the NYC delis. Great desserts too, we had the carrot cake and black bottom cupcake. And sandwiches come with these awesome homemade chips. read more

I am a regular customer of this deli. Yesterday I went to order dinner. I noticed while waiting for the girls to complete my order, that the dining room was not very clean; floor were dirty; soda machine was very dusty; in general it did not appear as clean as when they first opened. The work staff was all difference and not as friendly and attentive as when they first opened. I really enjoy the food I hope they will take more pride in the workplace and keep it cleaner. As for the food not quite as good as in the beginning but not totally bad either. Take this as a constructive comment only to help you stay open and serve the community. read more

These guys nickel and dime you to death. The price of a sandwich doesn't cover the bread. A roll is another $1. Cheese is $1.50. By the time you have a full sandwich you are paying well over $10. But the food is good. The room is clean and well decorated. If you have a lot of disposable income you will love this place. read more

Ok, third time trying Deli-ish. This time I tried the delivery. First off the order was supposed to take an hour according to Yelp Eat24. It was actually less than half an hour. The delivery guy was friendly and polite. I had the turkey club while the wife had the New Yorker. My club was spectacular! The bacon was so crispy! My wife devoured half of her New Yorker. There's no way she could finish it. That sandwich is HUGE! Even the chips that came with the sandwiches were delicious. read more

The sandwiches are spot on what you would expect from a deli. Great pastrami and corned beef. My kids enjoyed the basic turkey and ham and cheese. Great selection. Nice sized portions and good prices. We will definitely be back. Only nit pick would be to have a variety of lettuce in some of the salads instead of just iceberg. Other than that, everything was delicious-ish. read more

I wish there was a 0 star cause this what they deserve. I went in there at 1150 came out at 1225 for a sandwich and mozzarella sticks. Service was complete shit. Only person nice in there was the older man. Not to mention the cold fucking sandwich and mozzarella sticks. Disappointed in the local joint. I am choosing McDonald's next time. read more

The food and Staff here is awesome! My company does monthly lunches for our employees so I contacted Aubrey the Catering Manager and we coordinated a lunch! She walked me through every step and all of the different options because I was on a budget! We decided on boxed lunches for the employees 40+! Everything went off without a hitch! I loved working with her and the company and will be using them to cater events for us again! read more

The chicken sausage was seasoned nicely, and the asiago bagel was so soft and pillowy. I thoroughly enjoyed this sandwich. And the muffin was quite tasty too. With so many items to try on Joanna's menu and their good customer service, I'll definitely be back to try some other things when I'm in the area.

They have so many amazing flavors to try you won't be disappointed. Give them a try.

Between the phenomenal liquor selection, full pharmacy services, and the hidden Fountain lunch counter in the back, it is the ultimate one stop shop. This is my absolute go to liquor store in Maryland. It is a true bourbon destination that has rightfully been featured on several bourbon YouTube channels. They are known for their excellent selection of whiskey, consistently landing rare allocations while maintaining some of the best pricing in the area. I make it a point to stop by every single week because their inventory is always changing and you never know what you might find on the shelves. They also run a very generous rewards program. It allows you to bank your points over time so you can eventually use them to purchase high end, rare bottles at MSRP dealer prices, which is a massive perk for enthusiasts. Outside of the liquor store portion, the rest of the business is great too. The pharmacy side is fully stocked with unique Maryland specific items, and they have a highly capable, helpful staff behind the pharmacy counter. As I have written in my review of their hidden speakeasy style lunch counter in the back, The Fountain, it is an absolute gem for lunch, a bourbon bar, and an ice cream destination. If you want to experience a truly unique and perfect one stop shop, this place is it.

We came for the liquor store, but stayed for lunch at their soda fountain/lunch counter in the back of the store. They have a good selection of whiskey with very good prices. There was minimal price markup between Drug City and if we were to buy direct from a NYC distillery we really like. I really enjoyed my chicken dumpling daily soup special at the soda fountain, but the star of the show was my chocolate peanut butter milkshake. The food in there is simple lunch fare but you cannot beat the prices. they have a long list of seasonings you can add to your potato chips that I want to come back and try more of. Note that purchases from anywhere in the store (not just the liquor section) count towards their rewards program.
