    Avocado Toast!
    Byron S.

I have an annual trip to Vegas and stay at the MGM Signature Towers, this spot has been a perfect breakfast place or when needing a snack. Between the avocado toast with poached eggs or the old fashion oatmeal, always delicious. The staff is always friendly and helpful with the endless coffee refills. It's located in Tower 2 and it's very comfortable with plenty of seating and a view of the outside patio. If you are in the Towers, this is worth your try. Enjoy!

No room service in the rooms - takes 15 mins - everything was together - but took the medium eggs back from being under cooked Breakfast second day - a lot better absolutely loved the avocado-garden scrambler Keep in mind they do not have room service -

Delights a nice little small cafe located in the lobby of tower 2 of the signature MGM. When you have your wait for your unit to be available at 3pm . I checked out Delights they serve from breakfast items to sandwiches and coffee and all kinds of pastries . I ordered a bottle of water and a lemon loaf wow $13 I guess it's hotel prices also it's Vegas lol . If you're looking for a quick bite I guess this is the place for you very convenient.

Such a great value for the price! Food was really good a served quickly. Very friendly staff. We ate in, and the seating area was nice, but many people ordered their food to go. Breakfast croissant was HUGE and comes with home fries. Absolutely recommend.

Amazing place to grab a bite and it's convenient as it's located in the lobby of tower two? I believe. It's not too big but there's a decent amount of seating there. You can order from the counter and then they'll bring the food to you. Decent options for the menu. Everything I had was good. There was also a decent wine selection too. Staff was nice here too. The food came out pretty quickly.

Located in the lobby of tower 2 near the elevators. Convenient and expensive. When compared to Starbucks thier prices are on that level. Coffee, cappuccino, lattes, hard liquor, wine and sodas...this is Vegas! Service is a little rough and could be fine tuned. Maybe since they're the only eatery short of a 10 minute walk through the District? Anyway a little polish would be nice. We had Coffee and Danish one day. Next day we had the chorizo burrito the second day. Pretty good. You can add proteins for a couple bucks extra. Cappuccino was good. You can add Carmel or vanilla for 50 cents each. Normal crowd not too loud.

Casual cafe dining for breakfast or lunch located in Tower Two of The Signature hotel. When staying at The Signature, get your morning coffee, bites or breakfast here before heading out for the day. There are a lot menu options to chose from, and several tables to sit at. You could also get coffee and bites from the nearby Starbucks, but they don't have any seating.

If you want the worst quality baked goods imaginable, come here! The fare one can get a 7-11 is honestly more flavorful and fresh-tasting. Prices are insanely high for what you get, seemingly even by Las Vegas standards. For being in such a beautiful hotel, it is especially disappointing. The only pluses are that it is conveniently located, and is clean and bright.

    Roasted Turkey & Fresh Mozzarella
    Quincy C.

Quick sandwich eatery with amazing quality ingredients for a fresh and tasty meal. Good luck finding it. Got the Turkey Mozzarella and everything was perfect. Sit down dining with silverware and plates. A super fresh sandwich with light crunch from lettuce and light drip of pesto aioli. Side of "fries" were amazing with salt and herbs at no extra cost. Only challenge was finding the place. Its inside The Signature and if google maps routes you wrong you can get stuck at a gate that requires card access. There is access thru MGM we were told so try that route.

Steak and eggs with cut potatoes and a side of toasted white bread
    Osvaldo R.

The steak and eggs were delicious the steak was seasoned very good and the way they poached the eggs into a ball was top tier. Thank you chefs and staff! 10/10

Fresh pizzas made daily and pastries like breakfast sandwiches, croissants, and my favorite the jersey beef with au jus really made my night without spending $200 on dinner somewhere else. For 20 bucks I got a super fresh crunchy delicious beef sandwich with peppers, cheese, onion, a side of chips and a drink for the night before I stopped at another convenience spot and got a turkey club and a Gatorade for $35. Service is friendly and knowledgeable, staff is on the ball, dealing with a lot of customers coming in making demands, but what a great place. If you're looking to keep it simple and grab a bite to eat and have something quality, handmade, fresh, highly recommend the boss. I'll be eating here several nights and mornings while visiting Vegas and staying at the LINQ.

My hopes were not very high, but because it was so late at night I didn't really have any other real options for food. When the slice came out, I was amazed at how good it looked and it was so hot. I had to wait several minutes to be able to eat it. Once I took my first bite I was an absolute shock at how delicious it was. I love a ton of pepperoni and this slice was unmatched in the amount of pepperoni. The machine gives great service. It only takes eight minutes to create the slice and it comes out so piping hot. You dare not take a bite. The ambience is very busy as there are tons of people walking through the lobby in the hotel and there are plenty of other restaurants and shops in the vicinity. It's a very busy area and this is a great machine to use if you need a quick fix, especially if it's late at night. I would definitely eat this again.

Thank goodness for Bouchon Bakery being conveniently located just outside of the North Tower elevators. The pastries here are top notch. I love their croissants. Probably some of the best I've had, and I've tried many. Flaky on the outside and light and moist on the inside. Clean flavor shows they use a good quality butter. Paired with a vanilla latte. So good! The coffee they use is delicious. They offer almond and oat milk at an additional cost. I'll overlook that because their coffees really are that good. Service is quick and friendly. Opened 20 years ago from multi-Michelin star winner, Thomas Keller, this chef-driven bakery is actually a small stall that sits in front of the Venetian Theatre. What it lacks in visibility, it makes up for in quality pastries that few places in Vegas have been able to match. There is no seating, so this is strictly a takeout situation. The display case is usually stock full of goodies in pastry form, but the two standouts here is the kouign amann and their enormous French macaron. The latter makes it look more like a cookie, but it is as delicate and delicious as any should be. Their kouign amann is their unofficial star of the show since it's sensational. That caramelized laminated dough is so difficult to pull off, but it's done beautifully here. Additionally their chocolate chip cookies are strangely addicting. The butter that is used to bake them is obvious with each bite and the cream cheese danishes are like cupcakes with a harder texture. Finish it off with a coffee from Equator Coffee and try to avoid the morning crowds. Lastly, a big shout out to their service for being friendly and personable. Like the rest of the Venetian, nothing here is much of a deal but it is most certainly quality. ________ (#1) https://www.yelp.com/biz/bouchon-las-vegas-3

There's a small kitchen area where the menu is and where you place your order. Cooks are viciously making the orders that others are placing, and you can hear the constant sizzling of hot dogs on their grills. They have bar seating on the other side along with a bunch of tables close by but they were all taken since it was prime dinner time at 7:30pm on The Strip and people were walking all around the area. We decided to eat over at a nearby taco joint in the end. Both of us got their D.U.I. Dog, which has pastrami, carne asada, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, a ton of cilantro and chipotle aioli (a mayonnaise kind of sauce). Very packed with flavor with all the meats inside, and the cheese melts so well inside the hot dog. They even put this inside a relatively big carton container, the same kind I've seen the staff put their D.U.I. Fries in... holy crap those are some huge portions! For $18 before tax though, this hot dog was already slightly massive for its size, at just about a foot long. Very nice start to a great time in Vegas! The Strip location is specifically outdoors and there's a decent amount of seating, but they can fill up quickly when it's busy. There's also a location inside the Showcase Mall if you'd prefer to sit indoors. I may be biased because I also love hot dogs, but I will definitely be back for more.
