Sanitation and cleanliness for the food isn't all there for the $100 mandatory tips per person is ridiculous to me. Tips shouldn't be mandatory anywhere. Plus, even with the time of our reservation. The host, John, emailed us to change our time to a later schedule.. like from 6pm to 9pm. Are you kidding me? If we wanted that time slot then we would have picked it instead of making reservation at 6pm on a Thursday night. Overall, it's just a one time experience that doesn't make me go wow.. Whether or not the theft itself could have been prevented, the lack of urgency, communication, and concern for customers left a terrible impression. If phone theft is something staff are already aware happens, I would expect much more proactive support when a guest becomes a victim. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this bar based on how the situation was handled. If you visit, keep an extremely close eye on your belongings.
