i had my boyfriend's custom made suit cleaned here, and he wore it for the first time since it was cleaned a few months ago and there was a stain on the back that was not there before. i went back in to see if they could fix the stain they caused and the best they could offer was HALF off. they said a middle man does the dry cleaning service for them and they would have to speak with them first, before they could offer anything to me. taking our business elsewhere and i'm extremely disappointed read more

I took a bunch of my things here, but the lady at the front made me nervous. So I just had them clean a coat and sew two buttons back on a dress. They put the the buttons in the wrong places. The coat smells like chemicals. I'm glad I didn't trust them with any more of my clothes. Maybe this is harsh, but I just don't get what all the positive reviews are coming from. read more

I got marinara sauce on my friends white romper, distraught and in a panic- I searched for the very best dry cleaning service available. Luckily for me, this place popped up and is just a couple blocks from me. I took the romper in, explained the situation and was taken care of with absolutely LOVELY service. The lady explained to me that she couldn't make promises, but that she would try. With my fingers crossed I returned home. Two days later I stop by to see if there's been any progress, and there she was- that beautiful white romper, lookin good as new. I checked where those marinara spots had once been, and they were there no longer. I'm not saying that this place saves friendships, but they certainly have saved the lives of many garments. It's the closest drycleaner/alterations shop to home -- makes it easier to lug clothes back and forth without having to hop on any public transportation... I tried other businesses close by, but I've decided to use Delux exclusively. From drycleaning, washing/pressing uniforms, jackets, and shirts...and minor alterations - every job has been done efficiently and well. I wear a white coat at work everyday and it gets grungy fast, and this place has been the only cleaners that can get my coats back to looking as new as they were when I first took them out of their wrapping. I like that there are no chemical odors on my clothes after drycleaning, and when I get alterations, the items are given a complimentary press/iron and there are never any stray threads dangling. read more

I usually stop by before inportant husiness meetings to ensure my clothes fit properly and are clean as possible. I'd highly recommend this place based on the owner's punctuality and and effectiveness. Came here one time to clean off my Obey jacket which I highly value over all my other jackets. Since owning the jacket I've made the stern decision to only have it professionally cleaned. This was the first time I had to clean it so of course I put my jacket in the hands of the sweet lady who runs this place. I dropped it off on Thursday and picked it up on my next free day on Monday. Jacket was professionally steamed. All previous odors was gone. All that was left was a scent of a comfortable and pristine condition upholstery seat in a new car. I came here about a year ago cause my clumsy girl spilled her drink on me at a party. I couldn't get the stain out of my shirt, so I just stopped by here because I got a referral from a friend. I told the lady what happened and she told me not to worry and I could pick up the next day. As I came back, my shirt was better than new! Delux Cleaners is just across the street from us, so you can't beat the convenience, but the customer service and cleaning are also excellent. There isn't a stain they haven't been able to erase so far. They also do dry cleaning in addition to regular laundry, which means I never have to press a shirt again. So worth it. read more

I needed chef coat and apron whitened and stiffed up. Dropped off week in advance. She FORGOT about it -my BF had to come back few hours later to pick it up - it was not bleached, not starched. The desk clerk called the owner to clarify, gave the phone to my BF, and the owner after listening to his complain just hang up on him...My graduation was ruined.
