So today we decided to visit in when we walked in it was just so nice to see so many rugs at very, very beautiful and super large like museum grade grand and ornate industrial and home rugs. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very nice salesman. I told him what I was looking for and they didn't really have it but he did show me some of the options that they did have. I just super appreciated his courtesy and kindness and very good conversation. This place is like where you can find any rug any color super large area rugs things that you can't find at a regular, you know home furnishing, nor big box store. I told him that I would spread the word about them being there in business.

This made it difficult to reach them after the owner sold me a rug that was not the size he had promised, despite nearly two hours of discussion in the store. When I finally tracked down the manager in person, he was unhelpful and unwilling to work with me on a rug that didn't fit the room it was purchased for. The lack of customer support was especially disappointing given the owner's assurances and the high price point of their products. If you shop here, bring your own tape measure and do not rely on staff advice. Only purchase if you are absolutely certain the rug will fit, because all sales are final.

I vacuum it several times a week and I've never seen any pilling or shedding or "fuzzing". I went back in recently to get another one for the bedroom, and I'm really happy with the new rug, too. Sheik is a nice guy: straightforward and funny. And he's more than willing to haggle...which, honestly, is part of the fun. I'm already trying to figure out where else I can put another rug.
