I was there earlier this morning and Rhonda was our server. We were seated fairly fast and after a minute or two were asked what we'd like to drink. We ordered burgers and fries. Two drinks and a shake. I also specifically asked for two ranches, one for my sister and myself. Also some mustard. We get our food and still haven't gotten our ranch and mustard or shake. I remind her gently to please bring some ranch as well. She said she would. So we begin to eat our meal. The food was great, however the service stunk! She waited on several other tables and then finally brought me some mustard. But no ranch. I asked again. She said she'd bring it. She took some orders. Then I asked again and again. Still no ranch. Finally after 20 min. And the 4th or 5th time of me asking. She finally brought it. However my food was cold by that point. She was standing around a lot as well and joking here and there in the kitchen with other co-workers. She also not once came by and asked if I would like a refill on my drink when it was empty. I had to ask her for that. I understand some people have long or bad days but I was fully ready to go in today to leave my server with a $10-$20 tip. Depending on how great and kind the server was. Instead I left unsatisfied with the service that was given when my requests were very simple. Ranch and mustard. Also, we got our shake later into the meal which wasn't too bad but still. How hard is it to get some ranch and mustard?? Also she only brought ONE. for two people eating from separate plates. Literally this has been the worst experience I've had at Denny's. top it off when I went to pay for my food. THEN she decided to ask how everything was. I pretty much answered with a simple reply and left her a tip at the table that was pretty much worthy of her service. Which was a $1.63 out of a 32.53 bill. If Rhonda looks at reviews on Yelp at all. Maybe next time when I stop in. Consider being a more courteous hostess. Then I'll see again about leaving a $10-$20 tip. read more

It's our third year in a row going to this Denny's for Christmas dinner. Usually its normal danny with pretty good service even on Christmas. This year was not good the service was slow inaccurate and our food was brought to us cold then our server never returned to check on us. they lagged on refills and when we wanted to order dessert we had to do it in 3 part. The server never seem to stick around long enough to get everyones order. The whole experence was way too long and was not even to the normal Denny's standard. hope this year was just a fluke. usually it's not so bad guess we'll try again next year hopefully they will have improved things read more

The service is always so bad. It seems like the host/hostess is never to be found. When I come in here and it's not even busy it seems like we're waiting forever for a table still and once were seated it's like they forgot about us. HAIR IN FOOD..YUCK! So there was some, what appears to be, fuzz stuck to my friends food so my boyfriend and I go to inspect our food where low-and-behold we find a LONG jet black hair. Absolutely disgusted we push the food away and get the attention of our waitress who sent her manager over once we pointed out the hair. I'll pause here to add that the customer service we received from the moment we walked in the door was horrible, at best. The waitress was rude, had an attitude and when she forgot to bring out my plate she was annoyed and as if I was inconveniencing her by reminding her that I had ordered food also and it hadn't arrived. My meal was brought out just as the manager was clearing our table of our "hairy food" plates. The manager was apologetic and at first, seemed reasonable and understanding. We told her that we did not want to eat the food as our appetites were spoiled. The boys had only taken a couple bites out of their meal so there was a lot of food going to waste- but on the flip side, at least she could see that we weren't scamming just to get a free meal. The manager was only willing to remove one dish! I told her that I would rightfully pay for the orange juice we drank and the bacon I ate but from a customer service stand point, the right thing to do would have been to comp the meal and extend an apology. The manager had the nerve to say (and I quote) "Well, it was your choice to not eat the food" We were in shock that she just said this to us! And since the table had already been cleared, we couldn't even have the food boxed up to take with us since we were being forced to pay for it regardless. The lobby of the restaurant was starting to fill up and my boyfriend and the manager were beginning to get loud so to keep the peace I reluctantly handed over $60 and we left to McDonalds. I will be contacting their corp. office to see about a refund. With so many other Dennys out there I would steer clear of the one that after serving food with hair in it, says "well, it was your choice not to eat it" when you ask to have the bill adjusted. read more

Ridiculous ! I placed my order to go and the guy who "took" my order was sure in a rush because as I'm asking how long? He hangs up. So I called right after he hung up. It took only 5 calls plus 3 more from another phone number since they weren't answering my calls. Finally "Carlos" picks up. And puts me on another hold for 5 min just to tell me there was no order. Usually I can handle the upset waitresses and long wait because I know how it can be. Today just infuriated me. We had a waiter named Melinda on the receipt. who never smiled, mugged us as she walked aprons slammed our drinks down at our table and slammed our refills at us as well. Then damn near right after we got our food she handed us the check like we were supposed to pack up or food and go?! She kept staring at my son like he was a problem everytime she walked over to us or near us. We asked to keep the blinds down since the sun was in our eyes and she told us no. She did not smile once the entire time we were there, not to us not to anyone. I get sometimes days suck but don't be a waiter if you can't suck it up. Me and friends of mine eats at dennys all the time practically every night. We go to this location or concord. However, i have a very upsetting experience tonight... like i said we come to this location pratically almost every other night and its not like we dont order anything, we eat mostly breakfast but we spend money.... Tonight i ask for a refill on my soda because the servers do not tend to us like usual.... Im not even supposed to ask for coz they should be bringing me my refill or at least asking me if i want more once they see the glass is empty!!! Can't say that I've ever had a problem here. I typically come here on a sat or sun morning with my husband, my 8 year old son and my 6 month old daughter. We get a table pretty promptly. Servers get our drinks and take our orders. I'd say we're in and out within 45 minutes, tops. Nothing too snazzy here, just a typical, well run, efficient Dennys. read more

The food was just ok. My French fries had a burnt taste to them. It was so noisy in there too. The ac must have been on full blast because I was freezing! The proportions are kind of small as well. We ordered appetizers but instead of them bringing it out before our main meal, they brought it all out together. At least the prices were decent. read more

They MICROWAVED my food and thought I wouldn't know because they said it in Spanish. They don't clean their grills, I had burnt onions and sausage stuck to my sandwich. GROSS. Not my top pick for breakfast, but it fills the void. Honestly, I prefer IHOP. Their menu seems more extensive and ever changing, never leaving me bored. Dennys for me is sort of hit or miss and I usually end up eating here if someone I'm rollin' with wants to stop by. My fave dish here WAS the Build Your Own Skillet for around $8 and its now disappeared from the menu! This particular location is lacking in the customer service area as well. Im a easy going gal, but lets be punctual in our work and consistent in our cooking if you want a tip, eh? Hostesses need to be retrained as well, they seem unorganized for some reason and very "dry" when taking orders and making corrections on food they should get right the 1st time. No mas. read more

As we entered we were able to smell old expired food. As we were waiting for our tables your able to see that some employees had a strong attitude towards costumers. When we got directed to our table our waitress completely ignored us. About 20 minutes later she came back to ask for our drinks. After 20 more minuets we revived our drinks and we noticed that they were filled halfway. When our waitress came back to order our food we were able to tell that she didn't have our full attention. After 45 minutes we received our food and realized that the food was given in a smaller portion than what we were actually supposed to receive. Please waste your money somewhere else! read more

I have nothing bad to say about this Denny's. The service is very good, the servers all seem to welcome us with a smile, making this a very pleasant experience. The food isn't bad. When a different culture/race working for Dennys they tend to ignore all other cultures and races and its frustrating. The cashier came and rang a couple up and then was going to help customers who were waiting for a table but then turned around and said never mind and then rang a customer up when he walked right up to the register. Dennys also doesnt open all areas, only front area so when people come in they have a long wait. People start leaving. I don't think I've ever in my life went to a worse restaurant and didn't even eat. It's 9:15 p.m. on Thanksgiving night we come in to get some dinner after leaving the hospital where my mother-in-law is at recovering from surgery. We walk into the Denny there is a job I'd red-haired server / hostess talking to some lady who sitting down in the waiting area never once acknowledges us after about 15 minutes of them helping someone from doordash and other customers who were wanting to pay to leave a lady who I believe is the manager or shift leader whatever ask us how many in our party we tell her 5 and there in about half capacity she then asked us if we wouldn't mind sitting at separate tables I tell her okay as long as the tables are next to each other that's fine she tells me no I meant to separate booths we end up walking out of the restaurant. by far the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life and if you look at my other reviews I review people really fair this place is garbage. I would give this place a negative 5 Stars if I could don't go here it's not worth the hassle. read more

Went on a Saturday night and they took over 1hr to serve our table. Everyone on the restaurant became extremely impatient also.

I just wanted to have a nice breakfast and since I haven't been here in awhile, I decided to go this morning. Lucky me there wasn't a lot of people there, so I knew my food would come fast and hot. Neither happened. Not only did my food didn't come fast do to little people eating. The coffee had a bitter after taste to it and when my food did come, it was cold. Which I asked the waitress to just put it in the microwave cause I was over it all ready. Now I'm eating my food and just in the middle, I just lost my appetite. So, we called in our order here. They said that they did not have the chocolate lava cake. I was disappointed but continued on ordering. Also On the order was a caramel apple pie crisp. When i got there, no one was was at the front desk so it took a while for someone to show up. Once someone did I proceeded to Pay. I asked once again if they were sure they did not have lava cake. The women then began to state that yes they did but they can't give it to go. I asked why and she said because they don't have containers for it and it would look messy in another container. I then confirmed, "So, you can't sell it to go because it won't be presentable?" She then continued to change her answer to the whole not having a container portion. People, I just really wanted some lava cake and at this point I didn't care what it looked like. I did give up though. Shortly before leaving they forgot the apple crisp. She yelled it to the man in the preparing section and he looked surprised by the fact of preparing an apple pie crisp to go. He threw it in a container anyway. Now this is my problem. My friend and I came to here ...it was outta control...glasses WITH lip prints. When I pointed it out , the waitress told me she " I looked at it and the glass was clean before." ??? What?....right. Our visit to this location the other night was a nutshell. Started off with taking 30 minutes just to receive an order for our drinks. Mind you, it was 11pm at night with barely anyone there. We hate this location!!! The new owners are cheap. If you order food to go, everything is in generic containers and clear plastic bags. Diminishing the Denny's brand. The other day my BF purchased a soup to go and they actually gave him a REAL spoon bcuz they never have plastic to go spoons. Unbelievable!!! They purchase generic generic fork/knife set-ups from Costco or Sams instead of the Denny's logo'd items. Lastly, the service depends upon your assigned waitress. I am a denny's junkie. I love it. Good food for a great price. But today customer service fail very far to the waist side! From the hostesses bad attitude when I politely said we would wait for a booth instead of sitting at a table in the middle of the dinning area. She actually walked over to the stack of menus stuck our menus back in the pile and walked away with a irritated look on her face???? No "have a seat and as soon as one becomes available will seat you". Worst part about that is the dining room area to the left of the entrance had a few ppl in it and when we left even more???
