    Philly cheesesteak omelette.

Great service and food is good as usual. Good value meal. Selena was our server and she did an awesome job. Very attentive and always kept out drinks full.

They do not care about the food they serve. I originaly ordered the Eggs Benny, but the Hollandaise sauce was awful. It was inedible in my opinion. The hashbrowns were a beautiful crisp brown color, though. I did get the attention of the waiter and requested a different order because I could not stand the sauce. He was nice enough to change my plate. Since the hashbrowns looked great and untouched, I thought I would ask just to add 2 eggs, toast, and sausage to do the "Create your own Grand Slam". He told me he would have the cooks remake the hashbrowns, too. When my plate was delivered, I was immediately disappointed again. I got undercooked hashbrowns. My eggs over-medium were barely over-easy, the whites were runny and gooey instead of just the yolk being runny. The sausage was not even warm, it was so undercooked. I have never been more disappointed in an experience. I ate toast and a little of the cooked egg for $9. I never complain while eating, perhaps my complaint on the first plate caused them to not care about the second. I don't know, I just know I won't visit again for a very long time.

Philly steak omelet was really good!

This is probably the best Denny's I've been to in awhile. Our server was great and the food was really good.

Keira T was an excellent server and as Denny's food goes, it was delicious. Bernalillo Dennys is a great breakfast option.

Upon arrival you're greeted by the host who confirms your room and then seats you at a table. Unsure if you can dine here if you're not staying. I don't see why not though cause you can room charge or pay with card. After looking at the menu I decided to get the pina coco french toast and a side of chicken sausage and a fried egg. I also ordered the prickly pear limeade. I immediately sent the limeade back because it was an acquired taste, and I did not like it. The brown sugar roasted pineapple in the description of the French toast is what caught my attention. But there was nothing noteworthy of the French toast. The dish could've been elevated if they would've used brioche instead of regular sliced bread and fresh pineapples instead of jarred pineapples. It didn't even really taste like it was roasted in brown sugar. It appeared like they doused it with cinnamon and that's it. The egg and chicken sausage were basic. We did also order fried flatbread that came with lavender butter cream cheese and maple syrup, and that was for sure the star of the show. Solid experience and good option if there is nothing else around I guess

More than half the restaurant was open... Not sure what happened. The good: dinner and room service! Dinner was really nice, it was quiet. I got the enchiladas, they were solid, not amazing enough to order again but hit the spot. My guy got the carne asada fajitas, it was a little lacking on the meat, just six small pieces. The server was awesome, loved her! Good vibes, accommodating and fun. Room service: Never had room service before but such a nice experience and cheaper that eating in the restaurant I think! I ordered brussel sprouts, giant serving for $10! And a cup of fruit for the morning for $4. My guy got the prime rib dip that came with tons of tater tots and was his dinner and breakfast the next morning. You might notice there aren't any microwaves in the rooms, but I guess you can have the front desk heat anything up you need.

FOOD: They gave us a lemongrass mocktail for our anniversary, and it was super refreshing with nice citrus aromatics. Light but has some complex notes plus the citrus rind hits you and invites you to try the drink before you actually drink! Originally offered champagne but we opted for a non-alcoholic option. The bread with house honey butter was good, but nothing special other than the fact that they source their honey from their own bees. The beet "carpaccio" tasted good but was really more of an arugula salad--I wanted more actual beet and grapefruit. The beet is thinly sliced, but because of the sheer volume of the arugula, it feels like the beet takes a backseat. It's a good salad but different than my expectations, not really a carpaccio. Wish there chunks of beet along with thinly sliced beet and more grapefruit Duck taco was pretty good! Duck is juicy and still has some fatty portions but paired will with crisp of taco and the acidity + crisp of the pickled onion. The creamy sauces helped but I wish there was slightly more kick. The bison tenderloin had great flavor (the sweetness and acidity of blueberry worked very well with the butter) but the small portion size really overshadowed the taste. Corn grit and mushrooms were a fine compliment, but not very cohesive. The Cerdo Frito was tasty, and the red chili sauce wasn't too spicy and actually reminded me more of southern Mexican food/sauce (oaxaca). The fried pork was a good amount and if you ate it fast enough, still had some crunch of the fried batter AMBIANCE: Very on theme with the Tamaya/Pueblo culture. Not too stuffy of a "steakhouse" that you have to wear long pants or blazer. Definitely okay for elevated couple dates/dinners, business dinners, and even okay to bring younger families. It was very dark and dimly lit. With some windows that really help lighting. but once the sun sets, it gets pretty dark. SERVICE: Very friendly server (first day), fast pacing--maybe too fast. They cleared plates the moment one of us was done. The kitchen mixed up desserts twice, which was more funny than frustrating, but still a miss. PRICE: Pricey but expected for resort fine dining.

The exterior of this restaurant is beautiful and timeless, seriously no other way to describe it. When you enter the space, it feels like you're entering a well appointed home. Rugs and design are both beautiful. Perfect for a family outing. Service- friendly, but a touch awkward. Food- charred cabbage stole the show, duck mole was good. But it didn't taste like expected to... there was no actual sauce to the dish. Desserts were solid and well presented. Overall I would certainly return.

The resort is in Santa…read moreAna Pueblo, which is about 25 minutes outside Albuquerque and another 50 minutes from Santa Fe (though with the conference schedule, I was unable to make it to Santa Fe). The property itself is beautiful and expansive, sits on Tamayame land, and at the outset of the conference a member of the Native American tribe welcomed us and shared about the land and setting. The property has with multiple event spaces, an on-site trail, a large gym, and several pools. It is a fairly large resort (our room was at one end, so it was about a 7-10 minute walk to the main lobby area). Each day began with a large breakfast buffet, and lunch was similarly well done. One of the highlights was being able to sit outside during meals at large tables overlooking the grounds, mountains, trees, and fresh air made for a really peaceful setting. For breakfast, I enjoyed the red/green chilies chilaquiles (New Mexican style breakfast), it was very flavorful and I enjoyed trying but was very spicy/heavy. From a conference and events perspective, the resort is very impressive. There is a large main conference room with a stage, and the room can accommodate over 100 people (at round tables), along with many smaller breakout rooms. Over two evenings, we attended events at different venues on the property, one about a 10-minute walk away (with hotel mini-bus transportation available), and another closer to the main area under a tent. The more distant venue was quite large and set apart, likely used for weddings and larger celebrations. That evening included a buffet dinner, DJ, dancing, and multiple bar setups. The second evening closer to the main hotel was a seated dinner under a tent, with music and performances in a more contained setting. There is also a nice bar and restaurant in the lobby, as well as another more casual restaurant by the pool. Given time constraints, I was not able to fully take advantage of all the amenities (including the spa, horseback riding, and longer trail walks), but I would absolutely recommend this property. It is incredibly scenic, serene, and feels immersed in nature, and I would gladly return.

Driving up to the resort, it truly feels like you're entering a private, exclusive getaway, tucked…read moreaway from everything. Beautiful, classic New Mexican architecture surrounded by desert and mountain views. The grounds are beautiful with options for biking (included), tennis/pickleball, walks, horseback riding, and golf. Located about 30 minutes north of Albuquerque and 45 minutes south of Santa Fe, made it easy to spend time in either. We were able to check in early, which was so nice after an early travel morning. Our room was large and included the classic hotel amenities, including waters. We were staying slightly during the off season, so two pools were open, which was fine as it wasn't that busy and it didn't get hot until about noon. Due to the location of the resort, it is easiest to eat at the property and there are a couple of options available: The Corn Maiden - nicer dining experience, Santa Ana Cafe - casual sit-down, Rio Grande Lounge - bar and bites, and Plaza - pool cafe. During our visit the Plaza pool restaurant was only open on Saturday. We tried in-room dining for breakfast one morning, as we were up early, the eggs had little to no flavor, and a couple of our items were forgotten/late. Not a huge deal as we understood they were training a lot of staff during the time of our stay. Overall, the food throughout all the dining options was just okay, and if there were more dining options close by, I would probably go there. The restaurants all tasted the same and there didn't seem to be much variety. It would be nice if at least one of the dining options was a different kind of cuisine to bring some variety. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the staff was so friendly and helpful. There are plenty of activities to do at the resort and we loved that they had nightly s'mores. The room was great, but food could be better.
