We waited in line behind 4 groups of people at the hostess stand for employees to continue walking by, but no one approached or took names. There were at least 2 empty tables and 3 empty booths that I could see, let alone what I couldn't see. We waited in line for 20 minutes until we finally were seated. We sat in the back in a booth and it smelled like wet stinky feet in the area. We were told the waitress would be with us in a minute, she took at least 10. Waiting for our order after we placed it at least took another 45 minutes to get our food and they forgot my husband's French toast from his French toast slam. They didn't see my Daughter's order at all on the same paper as my other children. The food was tasteless and under cooked. Terrible Never Ever Again. I ate there the other day and ordered the classic eggs benedict and asked for the eggs to be poached soft. While waiting for my order I noticed the employees very riled as they were busy and could not hold it in. When my order arrived my eggs were not poached but over easy and it was not with canadian bacon but with regular ham. Classic benedict is done with canadian bacon. When the server came with my check she never asked me on how the food was as it was apparent that I did not eat it. I said to her are'nt you supposed to ask me on how the food was and she replied, oh yeah, how was it. My reply was disgusting and not a real benedict. After a few minutes a female cook came out and asked what the problem was and I told her that it was not classic eggs benedict. Her reply was that it was their version and was quite combative with me. She did ask if I wanted something else and I told her I was fine. Let me start with telling you it has been 20 years since I was last in a Denny's restaurant. As a kid I loved it when we went to Denny's after church for the Grand Slam or the pigs in a blanket. They don't have the pigs in a blanket on the menu anymore so that should date how old I am. We saw a coupon in the weekly mailer we get and thought we should get crazy and go to Denny's. Our 16 year old son has never been. It was raining and a Wednesday so it was slow inside at 6:30pm. I was surprised to see the inside was relatively current and the floors where clean. We got seated right away and had to take time to go over this menu that had about 12 different slams in it now that I have never seen before. We ordered our food and it only took about 10 mins. It was actually decent. I was expecting not so good but I was wrong. Our waitress forgot our sons milkshake and admitted to it right away. She had it made and did not charge us. Very cool of her. We walked in late night with a party of 11 (shouldn't have been a problem since they're open 24/7) but immediately the server was giving attitude & being rude even though she took 3 tables after us (meaning she hadn't been cut about to go home) . The entire time we were scared someone was going to spit in our food so we were trying to be super nice. Plus, isn't Denny's a place for breakfast food? Stopped for breakfast this morning and was surprised at how disgusting this establishment is. You first walk in and are impacted immediately with a musty damp smell, Clearly and water issues. The drop ceiling is literally falling down you can see it's sagging up to a foot in certain places and some of the tiles have what appears to be black mold on them. It escapes me how the health department does not shut this place down I would not recommend eating in this place if you value your health. read more

I like dennys and really want this location to be a place to eat being the closest place to my house. My wife and I haven't been to this location in about a year mostly because we experienced the gross smells and dirty lobby you read about. This visit wasn't much better. The moldy smell is still there. The lobby was very outdated. Almost every employee has black sleeves to cover up tattoos and one waitress has disturbing looking gold teeth. The shame for us is the food was good but the experience will keep us going to Bob Evans just up the street. read more

So ordered my breakfast online and pay for it online, when my husband went to pick it up they give him a totally different order and made him pay for the second order. Called them back to get straightened out and it took over 8 and 1/2 hours from the afternoon manager to get it straightened out. Day shift manager didn't really help to straighten this out.It took the afternoon manager to get it fixed.day shift not that good with their customer service was put on hold for about 20 minutes. The pregnant hostess told a member of our party that she needed shoes. Fair. The member of our party knew she was in the wrong and left to go put shoes on. When that person left the building to get her shoes the hostess proceeded to tell another customer that quote "People come in here drunk thinking they can come in without shoes." Not one single person in our party was drunk. That was completely inappropriate to say to another customer ESPECIALLY being unfounded. We decided to stay assuming maybe she was having a bad night. Only to hear another customer minutes later having another issue with the same hostess and the attitude she was giving. When trying to tell the manager about our experience he said he couldn't deal with it right now because he had to deal with the other customer. Her and the hostess were trying to fight. The food wasn't bad, it came out pretty quick. I ordered the French Toast slam. It was hot, the eggs were fresh, the French toast was a thick soft Texas Toast. The sausage seemed old or maybe it was just overcooked. The service is HORRIBLE! We were done with our food for a good 15 min before the a server came over to clear plates and give us boxes. Absolutely Horrible. Go elsewhere, ANY WHERE !!! This is a restaurant that needs help- fast. I cannot believe that I had to spend over $16 to sit for 45 minutes watching kitchen employees verbally abuse servers and a hostess stuffing her face on the restaurant floor. Not to mention after waiting 45 minutes, our orders were horrible. The bacon was cold and dried out, the pancakes and eggs came out cold. This after waiting for 45 minutes. I was told that (after complaining) that the "kitchen has a problem " REALLY ??? The manager (Kelly Quinn) needs a fast lesson in customer service. She refused to see me about my awful experience at her restaurant despite my request to speak with her which is beyond unheard of. With all the choices of where to spend my money to eat, I chose this Denny's which was beyond bad. Ok first of all I'm not one to ever write reviews my first time but people need to know about this Denny's as were waiting to be seated cant help but to notice the really dusty air humidifer right in the front to greet you like hello!! it looks like a bunch of crackheads workin there they were dirty and dingy looking but no complaints on our waitress she was very nice but it took forever for our.
