Worse service, hosts tossed menu on table definitely showing no wanting in being at work, server not once wiped the table nor checked if my meal was as u ordered. Had to get our own utensils off of another table. Decided to walk out and grab a bite at taco bell right next door, which I would like to add was clean floors and all. If I could rate them a 0 star I would. Service was poor. We waited over 40 minutes to get our food and when we received the food it was covered in grease. My family, a few friends and I are frequent and satisfied customers. Most of the time it is good, fast and friendly service. The most frustrating thing to me is, they are very frequently out of what was ordered. Today I ordered my Thanksgiving dinner and they were out of cranberries and cream corn. Not enjoyable for me to not have cranberries with it. With the frequency of this occurring, it appears to me that a better job could be done on the ordering. read more

Stopped here for breakfast on he way to the Grand Canyon. The food was just okay, nothing exciting. Bacon, ham and eggs were good, French toast not so much. Our server was very friendly and the best part of the experience. The bathrooms were dirty and in desperate need of attention. read more

0 stars!!! Terrible service and rude workers!!! Tonight my husband my cousin and I decided to stop at this Denny's to get some desert.. We walked in and sat down we told the sever we only wanted some deserts.. So we were sitting there for 15 mins waiting for them to take our order and nobody helped us so we decided to leave as we were waking out both of the servers were standing there doing nothing actually one was on her phone So we walked by they didn't say a word to us the girl still on her phone.. So I decide to go back inside and I asked to talk to the manager so the sever says oh she just got her all she what end was dessert!! I said what?? I just got there?? We have been sitting here for 15 min and body took our order!! And she keep going on and on about how we had just got there and her excuse was they had a big order!! Okay I get it she had a big order but was she cooking that big order? No!! It would've taken het less than a minute to take our order.. But no they rather be on their phone and my cousin told her you know what all of us have jobs we have to be professional and not be in our phones when we're working and she tries to defend the girl by saying she had just got there like no she was already there when we got there So my husband walks In and she still saying the same thing!! So I told my husband lets go and as I'm walking out I hear my husband say I'm never coming back here and her reply was than don't come back that made my husband even more mad like how rude and unprofessional can you be?? Finally the "manager" comes out asking what was going and we told him and he goes that should've never happened and apologized and offered us free food we said we didn't anything.. You can totally tell this manager has no control over these people cuz they obviously do whatever they want.. I told him you know what us costumers are the ones giving you work our money you pay checks come from us.. We don't have to be treated like this!! And we walked out!! Ohh yeah and there was another group of people there and told us they weren't satisfy with the service.. The Employes there are careless,rude, lazy and unprofessional!! Hair in my food, rude waitress almost yelling at us and throwing plates at us, why work here if you hate your job.

So... my first time at this Denny's while going to Sedona from Scottsdale... some Denny's can be a hit and miss. This was DEFINITELY a MISS!!! At a good, clean and friendly Denny's, the food is always good. I go for the "Moon Over My Hammy" breakfast sándwich. They can't screw it up. My wife and daughter are not fans of Denny's. So my experience at the Denny's located at 1630 W State Route 260, Camp Verde, AZ 86322. I don't know if they were having a bad day or what, but when we walked in and to the hostess podium... We stayed there for about ten minutes. The staff walked back and forth, servers look at us but continued their routine. No greeting, or be there shortly etc. Very awkward for us. I just finally said, can we just sit at the counter to a redneck lady... sorry, but the entire staff were rednecks. They were very loud as they talked to each other and just going about their own things.... BUT NOT ATTENDING US. No customer service whatsoever. The lady said yes you can sit there. As we walked to the counter... we saw fries on the ground, napkins and essentially not a very clean restaurant. We made it to the counter seat, no one else sitting at the counter. But it was dirty, sticky, menus just thrown on the counter from previous customers or so. My wife was immediately disgusted. I am a man and a Retired Marine, I can bear more then my wife, but I was getting to my limits trying to let them right their wrong... We sat down, and again, no greeting, acknowledgement, Coffee or anything... more awkwardness. I looked to the the other counter, were they receive food and prep station for pancakes. I saw powder sugar all over the counter, the pancake topping area, the cover was left opened. Some bananas peeled and left out and turning a dark color already. I looked to the kitchen and saw only one cook. The poor cook, redneck too, looked like a zombie, the outer eyes were red, he looked frail and VERY TIRED! He was looking a at a ticket, and mouthing as he was trying to read the ticket. I looked at my wife, and being married for 35+ years, she didn't have to say much more! I said, let's leave Honey! She said what about your "Moon Over My Hammy... what a sweetheart... I said, I can get it some other day. She said ok. We walked out... no acknowledgement coming in and no acknowledgement going out! That Denny's yelled ECOLI with 24 hrs bathroom visits... NO THANKS! Too bad, they had no self pride, Uniforms disheveled, dirty and no company PRIDE! I am going to see if iHop can start making "Moon Over My Hammy!" Only my opinion, and hope not to offend anyone. read more

Absolutely disgusting...place should be closed or overhauled entirely including but not limited to all staff, including cook who could not even make biscuits. The first set was raw the second pasty and all other food on plate was just thrown in microwave...disgusting. Then the bathrooms they were the nastiest I have ever seen. Feces and urine everywhere and the sinks were brown and no it was not rust stains. The smell of sewage was so strong. The waitresses rude. I wish I could have never had the displeasure of eating at such a disgusting place. I am only giving this one star because it will not let me pick none. read more

Amazing service every time, no matter the order. Wait times can be longer than normal due to them being understaffed, but its worth the wait for perfectly cooked food and clean tables. Lots of people normally, so expect mildly high amounts of noise, and speak loudly to the waiter as the noise can mute you. read more
