We just waited an hour and a half to get our food and it was terrible. some of it was overcooked/burnt, some of it was undercooked, all of it was greasy. No one could eat the fries one of us ordered, all agreed they tasted weird (old grease?). There were only a handful of other diners, the place was not crowded. According to what I understand, there's a new manager there and this new manager does not know how to order food product to maintain a regular restaurant for a week. From what I'm understanding, the delivery truck only comes on Tuesdays and for the last month I have been at the restaurant on Monday morning to eat breakfast twice both times they have been short on things the first time they had no vegetables or fruit for their omelettes or pancakes. This past Monday I went they had a list of things that they didn't have available the most important being bacon. How can you run out of bacon? I'm giving this a two star right now because of the management and the lack of product needed to produce the things that are listed on their menu properly. The staff was wonderful both times I have no complaints with them and I have no complaints with Denny's itself. But this Denny's was at a truckstop on the side of an interstate. You can usually say all Denny's restaurants are the same; however, this one is better than most. I was worried when I saw it was attached to a large gas station and truck stop. we went to Denny's in Catlettsburg today and it was really a bad experience. My husband ordered the nachos and they were half fried greasy nachos in a big pile with a little bit of meat sauce and cheese. The waitress said they were out of pico de galo. She became rude when he asked for onions. She brought out old tomatoes and onions that were clear in appearance. He told her the bachos were terrible and he couldn't eat them. she said all she can do is take 10% off the bill. His ice tea was old and tasted strange. She did bring him a coke in replacement. We never complain about meals and service but this needs shared. The food was awful, drink bad and the waitress became very rude. We will never go there again. I never do stuff like this but yesterday I doordashed the nachos, mozz sticks and a drink. the nachos just had the sauce and shredded cheese. no pico, no sour cream. the marinara on the mozz sticks was poured all over them, obviously making them soggy... and then i didn't receive my drink. today i was still craving dennys so me and my boy friend decided to go. his sweet tea literally tasted like it was 3 weeks old. it was so sour. and then we ordered nachos and the donut holes, the nachos didn't have pico again, but we found out it's because they are out... okay that's fine but the server should let the customer know, in my opinion. we got the donut holes with no icing until maybe 10 min later she brought it. i got the cali sandwich with fries and the fries were cold... it was a terrible experience honestly. also one of the line cooks were sitting on the cooler I think? idk I couldn't tell what it was but he was hitting his vape where everyone could see. someone needs to do something about that place read more

Arrived with my husband and son for dinner on the way back home. Server was prompt and very friendly. We placed our order and drinks and my husband's side salad arrived quickly. The remaining of our order arrived about 20 minutes later except for my son's. This is a nice pretty and clean Dennys, super fast service, great fit menu items, lots of veggie, chicken and turkey fit options, had the veggie omelet with Cholula and red skinned potatoes very tasty. This Denny's was attached to their property so we decided to have breakfast since the location was convenient and I was sorry I did.
