I had such a terrible time at this Denny's last night. The waiter saw us walking in and she left to the kitchen. I had to use the restroom and after locking eyes with one of the guys I asked "do you have a token so I can use the restroom" he then called the waiter and she comes walking towards me and this is how our conversation went. Karina: what do you need Me: Can I have a token? Karina: a token for what Me:to use the restroom (she knew exactly why I needed a token she just wanted to be rude) Karina: oh well you didn't ask nicely, and the restroom is for customers only Me: okay... Can I have a token and a table for 4? (I asked exactly the same way because there's nothing wrong with how I asked - She handed me the token and walked away) I used the restroom and came out and my party was still standing around & was never seated ... A man walks in and she seats him! So we just picked a table and sat down... She didn't come to us so I asked the same guy I locked eyes with from before for menus. He tells her, she then comes with 4 menus. She proceeded to give us terrible service the whole night and my sausage links were not cooked all the way. Side note : if you ask for something make sure to ask if there's an additional cost. I asked for onions and it was on the bill. If I knew it was 89 cents I would've done without. read more

I placed a to-go order earlier this week for myself and my coworkers, paid for it in advance , when I arrived they told me it would be 15 more min so I said ok I'll be back, came back 20 min later it still wasn't ready! Then when it was they tried to charge me again I showed them my receipt the manager took it and walked away to verify then brought me my bags. When I got back to my work site my eggs were missing, my bacon was barely cooked, they charged me for the everything hash browns and gave me plain hash browns on top of forgetting other sides OH and my itemized receipt!!! when I attempted to call 4 different times no one answered so I emailed "corporate" and the response I got was sorry about that hopefully you will give Denny's another try but nothing about my missing food, service, or lack there of, needless to say this isn't the first time I've had an issue with this Dennys but it will be the last!!!! I never witness anything like this. I am truly disgusted at the how bad service was here. It wasn't even bad it was terrible. I don't even know how to describe it. If I can give this place zero star I would. I went at 3:30 am tonight and there was only waitress. She totally acknowledge my existence and doesn't bother to ask me anything. The waitress and I made eye contacts multiple times. She gave me that disgusted face and did her own stuff. I literally stood there for a good 15 minutes just waiting to order a take out. She was too busy talking to the her other coworkers and too busy pretending to be busy. One of the employee that was off the clock roll her eyes at me and giggles under her breathe. She stated that it was because they were " understaff ". No. She was only taking care of two small parties. This waitress really can't multitask? That place wasn't even busy. Overall, this place really SUCKS! Waited over 20 minutes for a Turkey sandwich and a chicken salad. The waitress (Lam) her service was bad as well. The place wasn't even busy. Seriously 20 minutes??? I asked for the other menu and she ignored my request letting me know that they still had the item on the menu. WTF? Then our order came and she gave my girlfriend the wrong order, NACHOS!?? Came in on Sunday night to be seated a group of 5 was ahead of us and they said they'd been waiting for 10 minutes even though there plenty of vacant tables available. We waited for 5 minutes and still no one seated the group in front of us so we just left. I figured if it takes them that long to seat you it'll probably take longer to get your order and not to mention the time to finally get your food. Lousy service. read more

I rarely have any problems with Denny's, but this one doesn't work too well for me. my order was quite simple, one half nacho and an 8dollar meal(fish, mac&cheese,fries, garlic bread and a soft drink) from the 2 4 6 8 Menu. my two friends ordered a meal from the 8 dollar menu(steaks, fries, mac&cheese, garlic breads, and soft drinks) as well. the waiter took our orders down mentally so I thought that was pretty impressive. sadly, I probably know my order better than him. he seemed surprised when I asked for the free soft drinks that comes with the 8dollar meals. that's fine though, maybe not many people order from that menu. the food came out and I noticed that I was the only one without a garlic bread. I called another waiter that walked nearby for the garlic bread. all was good again. however, the nachos never came out. I checked the bill and the nachos weren't included, so that's okay. My experience was pretty good. Ordered their new Fit Fare Skillet and it was good. I also had a side order of wheat toast. They buttered the toast - next time I will have to ask them not to put butter on my toast. It was low calorie and 20 grams of protein. Service was good. The only time I eat Denny's food is when I crave the "chicken fried steak." I had a craving the other night so I called in an order to go along with a dinner salad. When I went to pay, the female manager said it was $15.50. So I paid her, but afterwards, I felt like I overpaid. So I looked in the menu and it was $10 for the CFS and $1.99 to add the dinner salad. That manager charged me $3.50 for the salad. I called her over and told her the overcharge, she nonchalantely said, "oops, I;ll give you the difference." WTF? If this was the server, okay, maybe he could've made the mistake but the manager? Anyone who eats at this Denny's keep an sharp eye on the bill because this manager will try to rip you off. I am truly appalled at the service of this place! From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out! It took so long to take our order ( surprisingly after my comment of going somewhere else) then when we finally got our order we waited for a refill cause we drank most of it waiting to give our order in the fist place! I even asked and told them what me and my sister were drinking it still took 30 mins to get our drinks! There was only one guy running around taking orders and taking out food and two just standing there!! Including there "supervised" I'm assuming by the blue collar shirt she was wearing! We came to celebrate my sister promotion and It wasn't bad the waiting BUT the attitude of the waitress (iris) wasn't good at all she was like in a hurry asking if we already know what to order after we got the drinks one of the cups was dirty my mom ask for a salad and it had a paper wrap I don't really recommend it. read more

Have been going to this location for couple of months now for breakfast since its by my work but today I had a bad experience with who I am guessing is the manager(hope its not an owner). Theres a big bowl of candies by the cash register which I assumed were for the customers but today I grabbed a candy and while I was still standing there waiting to pay, she grabs the bowl and puts it under the counter without saying anything. I felt that was really rude & uncomfortable. She. could have waited until I left or could of said something like those are not for customers lol. Besides she is never polite anyway. My three year old son and I stopped here after a long day at Disneyland because he wanted chocolate chip pancakes. The woman in the front, I believe a manager was very friendly when she greeted us and sat us right away. She even took our drink order at the same time. This is the first time at Denny's that the food actually looked like the picture on the menu. We ordered a steak Cobb salad, philly cheese steak omelet and value slam with pancakes. All of the food arrive promptly and looked like it was cooked with care. It made the experience more pleasant than usual. We had to wait over 15 minutes to be seated when there were multiple empty tables. Additionally, it took another 20 minutes for them to take our order. Then we waited another 30 minutes to get our food. I ordered a salted caramel pancakes as a whole breakfast. However, they gave me my eggs over easy instead of Sunnyside up. They also did not ask me my preference of sausage or bacon, so I received bacon which I do not eat. In addition, the pancakes came without the side syrup of caramel. So, overall it was a 55 minute wait for the wrong order. read more
