Sat at the bar to get food after a long night of service from work. Ordered and everything was fine.... I ordered country fried steak W/gravy,eggs and hash browns. Heard a kitchen guy YELL to manager that the sauce looks like Splooge (slang for semen)........he said send it. He offered to just let me pay for my juice. But then charged me for the whole thing. I just came off of managing 2 bars. That's just negligence and pretty disgusting. The only upside was a server who seemed to be doing EVERYONES sidework. I'd recruit her in a second. Avoid this place at all costs! This was the worst all around experience I've ever had in a restaurant that I used to love when I was younger. The food, when we finally, after a couple try's got the right meal from the kitchen, it was either undercooked or cold. The atmosphere of this restaurant is so bad or tense, and I feel for the wait staff with how they're being treated by what appears to be their manager. I didn't catch her name because she wouldn't do anything on the floor outside of berate her employees, but she's a short Hispanic lady with dark hair that was pulled back. I've never in my life seen someone in a lead position so loud and disrespectful to their team in front of other employees and especially paying customers. Through all that, our waitress still came out and tried to keep a smile on her face, but man do I feel for all of them. Went through the drive through and ordered a junior cheeseburger deluxe. Once I opened it I noticed a huge bite has been taken out of it. Went back in to speak with the manager who was extremely rude and basically said I was making a big deal over nothing stating it was a simple mistake. He could not explain how a burger with a huge bite taken and wrapped back up was given to me at the drive through. All he wanted was to get me out of there. THE WORST FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD! (The waiter was great but the manager was awful! If I could leave zero stars I would! Food was so greasy that when my mom cut into her country fried steak a pool of grease filled the plate. I wouldn't feed that to my dog that's how bad it was! Not one bite was eaten and because the waiter offered us a 7 dollar discount she was mad she had to go through with she came over with a attitude and yelled at him "to stop pushing buttons" and shoved his hand away from the screen and when he walked off clearly upset she laughed and said "awh i must have hurt his feelings" she refused to give me her name and claimed she was a nobody there and that the store was private owned. They are owned by WKS restaurant and i emailed them. The point is we shouldn't have paid for anything because the food was untouched and the attitude was unnecessary. I will never go back! read more

The food was pretty good. The service was pretty good. The server asked if any of us want coffee and my wife said yes, and the friends that were with us said yes, but I said no just water. When I got my bill, they had the food correct on the bill but they charged me for two coffees so at the cash register I told them I only had one coffee so they said OK. We'll take that off but unknowing to me until I got home and looked at the bill again, not only did they take that one coffee off, but they charged me for a Coke zero which was even more money than the coffee that none of us had. If it wasn't so far to drive back over there from Easley, I would go back and give them a piece of my mind. Me and my group of friends came in around midnight and they were kind enough to accommodate such a large party of 15 so last minute. Our server was Keisha and she was amazing! Food. four of us ordered breakfast at about 11:20 on Sunday. 40 minutes later, our food arrived. All of us ordered crispy hash browns. They were more like rehydrated potatoes that were nearly raw. They were inedible. The bacon was good. Three of us ordered crepes that were hard to cut even with a knife. Soft scrambled eggs were dry and hard. Orange juice was good. Berry pancakes were good, but barely warm. Coffee was good. Talked to the manager and she did adjust our bill. The one waitress and one waiter were over busy. I wanted to like this...but ww waited an awfully long time for food that was cold and pancakes made on a griddle that should have been cleaned beforehand. The service was amazing. The food was not and the quality of cleanliness was very low! I went with my youngest and the high chair was so sticky the waitress who got it knew that and didn't attempt to wipe it off at all I had to stop another waitress and she cleaned it right off with no problem. One poor guy running the entire front of house, and he did it very well, and one poor guy in the back cooking and delivering the food One of the customers actually wandered around, filling up everyone's coffee cups, because he needed coffee and found a full pot. And then he shared with us. That's lovely, but that's not how it's supposed to be. This is the second time we ate a cold breakfast here. I decided to place the order today and hour in advance, waiting until the pick up time to arrive and 20 minutes later I still had not seen the girl who said she was "going to pack it up right now". Once I found her and asked for my food it still wasn't ready. Finally when I got my order, it still wasn't completed. There's absolutely no reason why I'm standing next to the manager and I'm yelling back to the kitchen for my own items. Then I finally get my things get home and she probably did it on purpose but the coffee they charged med $2.29 for was just a hot cup of water when I finally got back AFTER my lunch break ended. I made sure to check my order because I never get something I paid for and still didn't get everything I paid for in addition to my order being made wrong. The managers run the place with pride and therefore their staff like Amy I direct reflection by the clean environment and hard work ethic that they have. She greeted me tonight and treated me like I was the big kid at the playground. I totally respect her and the way she took care of me, 10* service, I see why they put her in front of the place. She was multitasking taking orders on the phone, begging to go orders, saving customers and being the cashier all at the same time never losing her smile once! Had to wait again about 20 min for my server to stop to take my order. There were 2 other customers when we got there. One gave up and left the other finally got service about 5 minutes before us. I bought coffee, she never came back so I never got a refill. The food was fine when we finally got to eat. Unfortunately this will be my last stop to this location.
