Now the girls are vomiting and have diarrhea for days!!!! -DID THE COOKS/ EMPLOYEES WASH THIER HANDS AFTER GOING TO THE BATHROOM?!! -IS THAT PORK BACON CONTAMINATED?!! --IS THE KITCHEN CLEAN?!! I ordered a Turkey club sandwich with the TURKEY BACON. The cooks had the nerve to serve me RAW TURKEY BACON on my sandwich! I had to flag down a waitress to have the kitchen cook my turkey bacon! My wife and I came to try it since it is new. The service by Alexa was fantastic. She deserves FIVE Stars, but the uninvited ants kinda ruin the eating experience. Stopped by this new location on my way home from work with my kids. Loved how they have a outside sitting area with a jumbo connect four game and bean bag toss. Walking inside the location is spacious and clean. We were greeted and seated with little wait time. The staff was very welcoming and let us move our seats to socal distance more. The food was prompt and delicious. I will definitely say this is our new Denny's home. We live down Hesperian in San Leandro. So not too far. Definitely recommend this location. read more

Came in to this with my family (11 members) and we were attended to in about 20 mins. The service was okay, the waitress kept making comments on everyone's food choice. My little cousin ordered a burger and the waitress told her "Are you sure? You'll eat that?" and my cousin was a little offended towards her insensitive comment. She also said she had to attend the adults first because they need the coffee first making the teens a little secluded. The food came one at a time and the intervals were way too far apart that whoever got the food first we're already finished with the plate. The rest of the food came extremely greasy, burnt and one even had a handprint on the burger bun. We all could not finish the food and left a lot of the food on the plates. We still left hungry and a little disappointed since we were celebrating my nephews baptism. So it's Dennys honestly no real complaints on the food or service the location of it is kind of funnyblack bear is a few doors down and on the opposite end it's a Coffee shop... but not the point, this mainly has to do with the ambiance, I really like the feel of the open space inside compared to the one on industrial the down fall is the seating area towards the right when entering is a little dark the lighting gives you more of a dinner feeling instead breakfast/lunch which is okay because on the opposite end it has so much natural light.
