The only reason I am even giving a star is because we got our drinks fairly quick. Besides that I'd give zero stars. It took over an hour for us to get our food. Had the worst experience here tonight. Ordered over medium eggs, wheat bread, changed bacon to turkey bacon, and waffles instead of pancakes. My eggs were completely runny and undercooked, they gave me normal bacon, pancakes, and gave my husband wheat toast instead of me. Sent the eggs back and all my food was extremely hot and so was the plate. Pretty sure after opening my eggs they just microwaved all my food. I just decided to eat the pancakes and they were EXTREMELY salty, either they cooked them on top of where they made something salty or they literally put salt in it, not sure but I could only eat a couple bites. What topped it off though was as we were checking out the guy ringing us up told my FOUR year old daughter that he was supposed to wear glasses but people said he looked like a psychopath so he doesn't wear them Definitely don't recommend there. read more

I flew in to visit family from California for Christmas and wanted to take them for a good breakfast. the staff here busted there asses to get everyone's food and drinks out in a timely manner the food taste delicious. I've never been to a restaurant that was this busy as they were and the staff still made time to check on our table regularly, refill drinks and hold conversations with every table around us as they were running and rushing to take care of all of the crowds on Christmas Day. I give it to them for holding it down and keeping a smile on their faces and us customers. I will definitely be back next time I come to visit. Was well worth the wait time. read more

where to begin, if i could give this place zero stars i would, as soon as we went in the door it smelled like straight cat urine, and when we finally seated at our table, we were slammed with overwhelming smell of poop. By the time we finally got our drinks we had 5 different people ask us if we had ordered our drinks, then we waited an additional 20 minutes just to order our food. We then waited an additional hour before our food even arrived, just for most of it to be cold and taste off putting. For instance the pancakes tasted like sour milk. The waitress bless her heart was trying to make everyone happy and get stuff out, but the place reeked of disorganization, poor hygiene, and a kitchen with god awful performance. One word sums up my experience here: HORRIBLE! We were seated at a booth that had scrambled eggs all over the carpet that I know the workers saw but did not bother to clean it up. The scrambled eggs on the carpet were there before we got there, during our breakfast and after we left. Gross! Our table was also sticky. The server was not attentive at all. The best thing bout this experience is I actually got my food. First let me say this was an online other thru Yelp... no let's begin.... I place the order, once I placed the order Yelp gives you a time frame... ok I got 15 mins from when I ordered.. I leave my house in 10 mins. Because I live 2 mins away. So I get to Denny's, tells the hostess it's a pick up for Me, she asked for Grubhub, no a pick up for me.. She checks for my order, she says it's not ready, but remember the app told me in 20 mins. I look back on the app time changed, to an additional 15 mins ok, I can wait. 15 mins go by I go to the counter, and the hostess again asked me was it a grubhub. So I kindly said no, it's an pickup order for me. She goes back, comes back, nothing still. She then says they might not of put it out, she'll check the back. Comes back, nothing. So someone else checks, come back with an order, wasn't sure if it was mine. Reads off the order, I said if it don't have two kinds of meats in it, it's not mine ( now I'm frustrated)... she's goes to the back, comes back and says yes this is yours. Ok thanks, it came with coffee, she says "I gotta make it" umm ok. She goes to the order table and brings the coffee, not one but two. I say it came with two, she says yes, a single order with two coffees, oh well thank you... oh yes by the way, they didn't give me syrup.. she repeats, oh they didn't give you syrup, I'll get you some.... someone calls her name for an in store order.... but remember I asked her for syrup.. I waited bout 6 mins (I'm stupid I know) and then I see her come out with a table order. So I had to ask someone else for the syrup, oh yes I have syrup at home but I paid for this syrup from Denny's!!! So I get home, now my pancakes are cold, I hate to, have to reheat my food before I even eat it. But I had to, now I taste my eggs they too are cold, at this time I'm ready to throw it in the trash, but I paid for it. So I had to reheat my eggs, hash browns, sausages and pancakes. Yep my whole order. Remember I live 2 mins away, no way my food should of been cold but it was... so I want to thank you Denny's for letting me know, not to eat there anymore...... then I mention, this was thanksgiving day, and I wasn't able to make it back home to celebrate with my family. I've been going to this Denny's off and on for over 20 years. It's changed very little in that time. The food is the same as any other Denny's in the country, it tastes better when eaten at the end of a long night of drinking. What separates any franchise from the crowd of other locations in the same chain is the staff and location. From the first time I walked in I was immediately assaulted by the smell of dank, a smell that has not abated even after the remodel. The staff is the same as always, different names and faces, same generally pleasantly indifferent attitude. The only reason I gave one star was because the young lady who served us was extremely polite! I believe her name was Crystal. Other than that though, what a mess! After waiting for over an hour for our food to never show up, we ended up cancelling our orders and just leaving! The two tables that were sat after us both got their food while we are still waiting for our actual server to come over and greet us! Never happened btw!
