I have tried this location many times because it is near me, however I wouldn't recommend it. The only thing great about this place is that it is open all hours when you need a meal. They used to have a few plant based options on the menu, but now they are off. The service is poor here as they don't have many staff when it is busy and simply picking up your hour can take several minutes if no one helps you. The food is pricey for what you get and the staff doesn't really care to help if you have dietary needs. They recently removed the Impossible burger off the menu and I won't be visiting again as there are no plant based meal options. read more

Had breakfast at this location last Thursday morning, didn't expect it to be so busy! The host greeted my husband & I quickly and found a booth for us by the window. Our kind server Fernando was on top of taking everyone's drink and food orders. Food came out fast, fresh and hot! This place wasn't good. I requested cheese on my eggs thinking they were going to put it on top but they scrambled it in. It turned out soggy and there was too much cheese that it overwhelmed the eggs. It didn't taste good and almost made me throw up. The orange juice was not good either. It was grocery store quality and not fresh squeezed. We came here for breakfast but quickly regretted it. The value menu was also partial meals. Like they had eggs but no sausages or sausages but no eggs kinda menu that made the $7 not worth it. Forcing you to get the regular priced meals which were expensive for a diner. I was shocked at the price of my bill at the end. I did not get value nor did I get good food. The server tho was very attentive and nice and was the only positive experience during my breakfast meal there. I'm not coming back. What a great quick meal! Came to IHOP for a quick dinner after work. Rachel was our server and she was awesome. Greeted us very quickly and made sure we were absolutely taken care of the entire time. Refills and to go drinks were offered and delivered quickly. It was very nice to receive such great service. I had the spicy poblano eggs Benedict with crispy hash browns. We had friends visiting and we decided to meet for brunch. I suggested several places that I knew would be far better, but for some reason they were insistent on IHOP, so,we reluctantly agreed. I ordered a BLT with fries, husband got a breakfast platter of some sort. The BLT was a complete joke! I took my first bite and only got a small piece of lettuce. I opened the sandwich and it had 2 small pieces of bacon, which were broken. I paper thin slice of tomato and one small leaf of lettuce. I could taste no Mayo either. Period. It was a basically toast. The only redeeming thing was the fries were hot. Husband's sampler had what looked like 1/2 piece of bacon, a tiny sausage, 1 egg, a small smattering of hash browns and a small pancake. It was like a child's portion. Bill was over $30 with tax and tip for these two "mini" meals and only 1 cup of coffee. Service was horrible, no water refills, no checking on the table. Server brought the check with the meal, as if to say, leave asap. We left hungry, and came home and had a real sandwich. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. We've had far better breakfast with more food at even Denny's or local Mom and Pop places for less money, or about the same. I will never return! read more

This is my second time coming here and it's always busy and tables are always filled. As soon as we walked in we were seated right away. I'm the one that always observes places where I eat with customer service and I have to say my server was prompt even though she was busy acknowledged that us with a nice greeting and went straight to the point on serving us and took our order. And during our stay I was observing the restaurant manager Joe who I noticed observing everything on the floor, I told my mom that I was impressed by his work performance with his involvement on keeping the restaurant moving, helping his staff with cleaning tables, making sure everything was operating smooth. The pancakes were TRASH, the omelettes were TRASH, the ham was TRASH, the fries were TRASH, the onion rings were TRASH and the chicken tenders were the worst of all. One order of tenders were extremely dry,hard, burnt & over cooked. The other order of tenders were really undercooked like really undercooked. I've never had to throw so much food away that was paid for with hard earned cash. It's disgraceful to the franchise how the employees can cook, package & then sell such poor quality food. Once we got the food home & opened the first container all I can say was "REALLY"??? Opened the second container followed by a "WOOOW". Want a sweet treat? IHOP is the place to go. Delicious cinnamon crepes or go the traditional route with the quick 2 egg breakfast. Service excellent. The only downside is the homeless population... it just is very sad to see outside the windows. Food sat on the counter for 8 minutes and we know this because we were sat right by the counter and the waiters were off in the corner on their phones also in direct view of what they were doing. I know that this place just opened up, everything was just not good. Let's start off positive, the place is nice and quaint. Newness always good! The bad: Hostess was nice, but too much multitasking doing to go orders and seating with no help Service: had 3 different servers. They were nice and personable but very unorganized. Sat but the food counter and everyone was running around like a chicken with there heads cut off. Managers in black jackets seems to barking orders and not really doing anything Had to ask for refills on coffee, some food was Luke warm, toast cold and everything came out separately. Parts of the order came out 5 mins after. Hash brown were not cooked and still raw in the middle. I wanted to order additional items, but the server replacement never came by. Servers were trying the best they could, but very unorganized. The 2 star rating had to do with management and how things are run.
