We waited patiently just to order our drinks, the food was on time and delicious thanks to the cooks. Throughout our dining experience we were never checked on as far as drinks, napkins, or any other restaurant service hospitality. Once we ready to leave, we had to patiently again ask for to go boxes, our bill without being asked. I would say this is one of the WORSE Dennys establishment due to lack of staff and service hospitality. Ruth the manager checking us out did not once apologize for any inconveniences. Please work on ya'll service and hospitality in order for customers to return. read more

Service at 10pm on 3/29/24 wasn't bad... the lady does need help, and the cook needs to know how to move fast and not take a break in between orders... the couple that walked in just in front of us got their food within 20 minutes then the cook disappeared. We literally almost waited about an hour and still didn't get our food because he decided to start making to go orders before ours. we looked on the screen and didn't even see our order on the screen at all so most likely it got deleted..... very disappointing after a loss at the aviators game. What can I say the service at this location is what I have come to expect from a diner. Good wholesome comfort food. Also they have a barcode to warn you of food allergies and a value menu 2,4,6,8 dollars which are awesome. read more

My daughter really took to heart the theme of "America's favorite diner". I could offer to take her to sushi, steakhouse, fajitas, burgers.. literally anywhere and it's a non starter. The Slamburger will surprise you as it's breakfast built into a burger (hash browns included), and is pretty tasty. All and all breakfast spots are not my cup of tea, but can't complain at the price point. Staff all have great attitudes, however service can be slow due to lack of staff. Tip: Kids eat free 4pm-10pm every day with purchase of adult entree. This one surprised me today as we usually go earlier. read more

Today at about 6 pm I went for dinner at Denny's restaurant in Las Vegas. I ordered lasagne and coffee. After dinner I went to rest at the hotel. Around 11 pm I woke up because I was very sick, I felt nauseous and had a stomach ache, I drank a lot water and had to empty my stomach. They fed me poor quality food, Denny's employees poisoned me. I do not advise anyone to visit this restaurant, save your health and I will never go there again. read more

OMG This is the BEST Denny's I have been to, and I have been eating at Denny's for 20 years. This place is brand new, it's very clean but it's still retains the retro look we all love. The staff is friendly and fast (ask for Cesar, he is an outstanding server!) and the manager Carlos is a very nice young man, energetic, polite and know his business. This place even has outlets in every seat, which is something I have never seen in any Denny's. The food is TOP NOTCH!! You can definitely tell the cooks take pride in making the best possible food in every dish in the menu. I could not recommend this place enough! If you want the best diner food in Las Vegas at any hour of the night and every holiday, this is the place for you. read more

This Denny's is fairly new, liked the way they have the social distancing set up for seating. The servers have to wear masks but for customers it's optional. Service was excellent. Condiments came individually. I had the Berry Pancakes breakfast. The blueberries in the pancakes were out of this world delicious. Definitely will be back! read more

We in and asked for four tables since we were a big group. We were situated right away thankful because we had a team of hungry soccer players. My table received our food and another table of boys received their food. The two other tables with players were still waiting for their food after the two other tables were finished. The two other tables were offered free milkshakes but ended up waiting another 30 minutes. The restaurant was extremely stuffy inside, asked for a/c to be turned on. My grandson and I thoroughly enjoyed the food. Service was also refreshingly friendly and accommodating, from the greeter to our waitress. I was surprisingly impressed, since I haven't been to Denny's in a couple of years. Atmosphere in the restaurant was also very family oriented and my grandson was so happy with the crayons and color book he received upon seating. Had a omelette breakfast recently. Food was ok, but the omelette was made like a crepe. Thin egg wrapper with ingredients inside. A real omelette is ingredients inside the egg all combined and cooked together. Hash browns was good. I guess because of all the restrictions on condiments you have to ask for sugar, a straw, ketchup, hot sauce, jelly for toast, knapkins... Service was ok, just needed to ask for a lot of standard items for your table. Decent restaurant, but nothing special here. It's close to my house so I will be back someday. read more

We came the other night after the water park service was slow and which was fine there was only 1 waitress but we ordered nachos the first order to come out has a big piece of paper towel in it. We flag down the manager to let her know she doesn't apologize or anything just hmphs and takes the plate. Then our food comes out 3 of the 6 of us that I was with ordered the same thing pretty much light toasted blte bacon jam on side. The jam was in the sandwich and was bad my sister and I ordered bourbon bacon burgers came with no bourbon sauce had to ask 2 times for some. The cook must've had on off night cuz everything took forever and nothing was cooked right. I worked at Dennys my sister does and my bf still does I'd never met a manager that cared so little for feedback the manger was a lady names iris she gave attitude rolled her eyes and when I paid my bill I realized she didn't give me a discount for the friends and family which is 25 percent and was like oh I gave you 5 dollars off. I told her you gave it to my sister where is the discount for me I'd rather the 25 percent then the 5 dollars but whatever I went in and was like hey I don't see any discount and she is like I need proof that you work and store number even though she just told my sister she didn't need to prove anything. Finally I was like I'm tired this is ridiculous I just want you the manager to know to the cook was messing up was being a jerk to the server and she goes I know by staff they all get along I'm not gonna do anything about that. My whole table heard how the cook spoke to the server so it's not just me that said he was rude. Anyway at the end she's like you want dessert you want something I can give partial refund but it can't be now and I need my mangers approval and all this I was done I didn't want anything else from them. The manager is useless there because she has just as bad customer service as other employees. I sat at a table for 20 mins without even ordering my drink yet and the waiter just kept walking by and ignoring us. I would have appreciated at least a "sorry I'll be right with you" but not a word. This is a very nice and clean location. My server was a Queen superstar! She knew what customer service was all about. My issue was with the food. Not the taste but the size. I ordered a cheese burger and when I took the bun off to add my condiments, I thought I was looking at a meat ball. It was so small that the bun swallow it up. I can tell that it was fresh from how it was hand formed which was nice and not a frozen puck but it needed to be the size of the bun or a bit larger for those prices. Also, I ordered onion rings as the side and paid the upgrade and they were yummy but they hardly give you any. I guess they go by size of the rings and not quantity. I hope that this gets to the manager and the cooks. Please give us quantity as well as quality. My server was Rhonda A and she was superb. Thank you very much. read more

Disappointed in the quality of food. Meatballs were over cooked and hard. Food substitutions seemed to be impossible. Manager didn't seem to care too much about the diners and seemed very inexperienced. Will definitely visit Denny's again, just not this one. read more

Stopped in for a lunch break at 12:15. Wasn't very busy but still took a sec to get seated. No worries. Seat was wet upon getting to the booth. (At least it's was clean) Ordered on first round. It took almost 30 minutes to get my food out. Again not very busy. No "lunch rush". Once I got my food I had to flag the janitorial lady down to ask for more water. My waitress Britini seemed too busy with the chefs and waiters. Once I had my water, she stopped by, no offer ace of an apology around the wait time, or being inattentive, I even had to ask Francisco, the manager or PIC, for my check cause she wasn't paying attention again. Work close to hear. Will not be back. I'll drive to another location if I'm craving it that bad. Recommend you do the same. Not to mention I didn't see anyone wipe the pin pad for card users down in the entire hour I spent there. read more
