Food was very good. My friend and I hadn't been to a Denny's in a VERY long time. However as with every experience there is always something wrong with it. So we ordered the Italian sampler. The garlic bread was amazing, the mozzarella sticks were spectacular, but the three meatballs were COLD. they were disappointing. We ordered breakfast and everything was delicious. Now the service......was less then satisfactory. He was nice.....however he didn't come by and question us about the sampler even though we were clearly disappointed by the meatballs. We attempted to ask questions but he was in such a rush he just passed by us. The diner itself was not extremely busy. At the end we were contemplating getting shakes and dessert but we're just handed the check.....like what? Isn't the point to ask if the customer is finished and if they would like something else??? Best server ever dennys could have! I am a server and definitely very impressed with today service! Hugo is the best server I've had at any restaurant period! I ordered a burger and fries and my friend ordered a plate of meat. he said his meat was burnt and the food was cold I bit into my burger and bit into rocks it hurt my teeth dried out non juicy burger that tasted like it had been sitting there for days. I had fries that tasted like they were sitting in a toaster oven for 2 days they were so crispy and cold it just evaporated in my mouth horrible food I'll never go to Dennys again. This place sucks!!! I ordered my food online at 6:47 pm said it would be ready at 7:08 pm. When I got there it hadn't even been started. They kept saying a few more minutes. At 8pm I couldn't even see it had even been started, bad thing is I had already paid online too. All kinds of people were waiting to be seated, to pick up orders for delivery, and waiting to order for a to go order. Finally, I watched a guy walk in and order to go and when his order got done and they handed it to him...I went off! I have never seen such bad service in my life! Went in to have dinner/breakfast with my little family on Feb 16 around 930pm. Let's just say food was great but service lacked. Tremendously. Our server was Jimmy. Nice guy just not a great server. Spent alot of time talking, watching TV, and on his phone. The manager on duty did a better job of taking care of us. Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and was almost dying of thirst until he brought the check a while later and asked me if I needed another refill. Our check was also incorrect, had to remind them twice to fix it. Needless to say I will probably never be back for night service. Quality service seems to only be offered for breakfast. read more

Came here twice. Service was wonderful. The food was unfortunately inconsistent. LOCATION: Easy to find; adjacent to Super Pawn & across the street from Walmart. Plenty of parking available but few near the entrance. ATMOSPHERE: Never busy. Utensils always clean. Very average-looking. FOOD: Ordered a Prime Rib Skillet my first time here, and it was perfectly prepared; the prime rib was cooked medium-rare, had juice dripping, & was delectably seasoned. Ordered it a 2nd time a couple of weeks later, it was chewy, overcooked, & under-seasoned. Waffles were average-tasting. Pancake Puppies were a bit too dry. Eggs were overcooked the first time but beautifully scrambled the 2nd time I went. The smoothie was ice-cold & refreshing, perfect in July. SERVICE: Each time I came here, service was amazing. The waitress was friendly, attentive, & made sure our drinks were never empty. OVERALL EXPERIENCE: Great location & wonderful service but too bad the inconsistency of the food knocked the rating down to 3 stars only. read more

Denny's Online Order: Order # 77211932 DENNY'S 310 N NELLIS BLVD, LAS VEGAS, NV 89110 (702) 452-5885 I used the new Denny's online ordering system on Saturday, July 8, 2017 a little before 9pm. My "food tracker" said the order was delivered, but it was not. When I called the store, the manager, Pedro, said there was nothing he could do. They gave my food to "some guy from UberEats", and that was the end of the store's responsibility for the food. He cannot issue a refund for the food that wasn't delivered - I'll have to try and contact Denny's corporate Customer Service in the morning. I was very disappointed in the store's total lack of concern and care. They gave my food to "some guy"... no clue who got it or where it went, and refused to take any responsibility for my order. Pedro said he'd gladly make me new food if there's something wrong with the food that wasn't delivered. Really? Well, maybe "some guy from UberEats" will complain about the food quality. In the meantime, I'll be complaining to Denny's corporate office, Paypal, Google, TripAdvisor, and every other review option I can find. Update: The store's General Manager, Marlene, called me the next morning and apologized. She said she would issue a refund, although the store isn't responsible for the food once it's picked up. I pointed out to her that it might be a good idea if they actually knew WHO they were giving the food to, rather than "some guy from UberEats". She agreed, and even offered to comp me to a breakfast next time I come into the store. Another Update: On Monday (7/10/17), I received an email from Denny's corporate customer service telling me 'too bad, so sad, get your money back from UberEats". I replied that I don't think it should be MY responsibility to contact UberEats, since I didn't order through them, I ordered through Denny's Online. Nothing on the website said my food would be delivered through UberEats. If it had, I wouldn't have ordered through the Denny's website! How, exactly, am I supposed to contact UberEats for a refund? I'm supposed to say "Some guy picked up my food and didn't bring it to me, so I want my money back. I don't know who it was, when he picked it up, or where he took it." yeah... that's going to get me real far with them, isn't it? I went here for breakfast. I ordered a grand slam for $8. I asked for my eggs scrambled well with cheese and veggie blend, hashbrowns fried hard, all bacon and a side of toast and extra butter. So after waiting like 20 mins for my food in the not so crowded restaurant my husbands food comes and so does my eggs bacon toast and hashbrowns, the waitress says your pancakes will be out in a few minutes. Strike 1, then i look at the hashbrowns on my plate and they are barely even brown, even my husband who is not a complainer said his were a wayyy on the light side but he'd eat them. I sent mines back and about 10 mins after brought me some nicely fried hashbrowns and my pancakes, by this time the rest of my food was gone and who wanta to just eat pancakes and hashbrowns alone. My husband coyldnt finish his hashbrowns bc he said they were RAW. The service was OKAY nothing to tip for but we tipped anyways. read more

This location is horrible! Came in here to get breakfast for my sisters bday and were treated the worst. First my dad ordered a sandwich and they forgot the cheese and lettuce. The rest of the food was cold. It took forever to come out. Then my sister found hair in her food and they tried to say we planted it. Then my other sister got a cheesecake and also found a hair on it as soon as they set it on the table. When we talked to the manager he was unapologetic and defensive about the hairs he kept saying it had to be our own hairs because there were no females in the kitchen. Even though we seen some in there. He said "so what do you want ? A discount?.". like we were planting our own hairs to get a discount. How disgusting. When we left they got our check wrong and we brought it up to the cashier and she called a different manager and he looked at it and said "you already got a discount it's practically free" .. we had chosen dennys because birthday people get a free grand slam and we had told the waiter since we got there it was my sister birthday and what is the birthday special. So when they charged us full price for the grand slam and we said why did we get charged for it since it was her birthday and she showed her ID and everything. He said "well you already got a discount on the other dish" i said yes because there was hair in it ! Again, he looked at us like we were just not trying to pay for our meal and said it's already practically free. And gave the check back to the waitress and left. We ended up paying for the nasty food and horrible service. Never coming here again. Corporate really needs to teach these managers how to treat their guests. read more

Worst customer service I've ever had. Didn't get our drink order right(we only had two drinks, water and lemonade. Guy have us a coke instead of lemonade). We order a grand slam, ultimate omelette and a short stack of buttermilk pancakes. We didn't even get the short stack of pancakes, our food wasn't even hot and the toast was soggy. The whole time we were there the waiter Juan S. Didn't even come refill our drinks or check if we need or wanted anything else. After we finished eating we waited for our bill and nothing. We had to walk up to the register and get it ourselves. The manager took our payment, didn't even ask how our experience was. As someone we worked in the customer service industry for 8+ years I expected better service. I understand being busy and stressful days but at least say hi my name is, or pause on the way to the next table and say need anything? Awful. It seems that Denny's has gone under new management and so has this Denny's. I have noticed all the workers are of one race and they are very rude and unprofessional. I went into this establishment last week and as I walked in nobody spoke or said hello until I gave them a look. The cooks are perverts and instead of cooking they are always talking and laughing. The manager kept look at me and my friends like we were doing something and he kept walking by. The waitress was old, rude, and kept forgetting our drink orders. I will pass on this Denny's from now on. I think they need to get new management and new servers because they are unprofessional and too slow. read more

Food here is ok but overpriced. Server asks for our drink order and my wife and I ordered apple juice as it was breakfast time. Our drinks were brought out immediately and the food 20 minutes later. While we sat of course we sipped and by the time the food arrived my juice was gone. I asked for a refill to which I was then told oh no refills on that. 1. How do you bring me a drink 20 minutes before my food and then tell me no refills? 2. Is there a juice shortage? It's not expensive for juice quit being greedy. And 3. If there are no refills tell us, up front and ask if we want something else or juice when the meal comes. Very shady and I will not be coming here again read more

honestly if I could give this place a zero I would. We walk in and have about 6 different people see us waiting and we stood there a good 5 mins and to make matters worse they were about to help a couple that came in after us. We finally get seated and wait for about 10 mins before anyone comes to our table to ask us for drinks or anything but I had noticed that the couple that came in after us had already been served and visited twice by the waitress. I timed on my phone how long it would take the waitress or anyone to come back, took another 8 mins. My advice, avoid this place period. If you have to drive the distance to go to another Denny's, do it trust me you'll get way better service at a McDonald's. read more
