This spot is located in Charleston Commons, with ample parking. I decided to stop in for a quick dinner and had placed my order on their app ahead of time. When I arrived, the cashier was very friendly and checked on my order, advising it would be a few minutes. Not a big deal at all. As I waited, I noticed there was the stereotypical "east side" smell, which isn't really what you want when you are waiting for food. It also wasn't busy for dinner-time on a Saturday. My food was ready in a matter of minutes and I took it to-go. When I got home, my food was still hot and overall it was okay. The salmon was definitely way overcooked, but I kind of suspected it would be. The veggies were pretty soggy, except for the broccoli which was nice and crisp. I added the soy and sriracha sauce packets they included, but overall, even with the teriyaki sauce, it lacked flavor. It's been a couple years since I've dined here and honestly, I probably won't go back since there are much better options (in my opinion). read more

Frequent here as it's a good deal for good food and it usually doesn't take too long to prepare. Not quite a sit down restaurant but the food doesn't come off as fast food either. Has always been fresh tasting and hot. You can see they prepare it on a grill and not microwaved. With a lot of options to enjoy I can switch it up. They even cater to vegetarian diets. Everyone was extremely nice and since it was my first time eating here everyone was patient. What's crazy is that I order an orange chicken bowl but I got something else. My Hubby and I have always tried to support the businesses in our immediate area so were excited when Teriyaki Madness opened at Charleston Commons... we've been there three times and each time more disappointing than the last. This last... and I mean LAST time.. we both ordered bowls with spicy beef... needless to say it was soupy, nasty and no spice. I have no clue how they messed up something so simple since the spicy chicken was as expected. Neither of us ate the beef or anything the "sauce" touched.... so basically  all I had was some veggies ..but at least my hubby had his spicy chicken. Although the food is very sub-par the staff is very polite & sincere ... the cooks just need to take some lessons from their counterparts in Henderson & Centennial. I ordered my food for delivery because I am a teacher and I was closing out my classroom for the year. I am gluten free, so I ordered the teriyaki chicken over rice while my coworker ordered the katsu over noodles. When the order arrived, they put the meat on the wrong base. My chicken was over noodles. When I called the store they required me to bring the food in to prove it was wrong. I drove over and they only offered to remake our order. I asked about a refund and was offered an egg roll. I'm gluten free and cannot eat that! I paid delivery fees and tip to not have to drive to the store and they offered me something I couldn't eat as compensation for my inconvenience. Called the place to tell them about it, so they can look out for that in the future. Just had the Teriyaki Large Beef Bowl. I did not purchase a drink. The total cost, including tax,$13.99. Kinda pricey for a single meal. The vegetables were fresh. The rice was good. The beef was slightly over cooked but still tasty. Ask for a side order of the steak sauce, it is sweet and makes up a major flavor of the Steak bowl. I I'll return for future visits for a variety of restaurants to visit. But for me, the price is equivalent to a Spicy Chili Mint meal, at Thai Cuisine at Bonanza and Nellis.
