Bourbon Bacon Burger with Hash Browns
    Rebekah A.

I think this is the 3rd time in the last decade I've been to a Dennys location. It isn't somewhere we go often, but while driving through we decided to stop here for dinner. This location was pretty quiet, clean and the staff was all very friendly. I ordered the bourbon burger, and subbed my fries out for hashbrowns. Because why not? The burger was cooked medium well, and was piled with goodies. The sauce was a little sticky for my preference on a handheld, but luckily I had baby wipes. Mom score. Lol The food was on par with what to expect from a Dennys and overall we had a pleasant experience.

    Staff is great.

Great food. Great service. I always have a wonderful time with the banter from the staff.

I was traveling on Interstate 5 near Lodi, CA and Thornton Rd. "Oh lord, stuck in Lodi again!" Ok, not really stuck... just wanted to make that Creedence Clearwater Revival song reference. Me and my traveling companions stopped on onto the Flying J truck stop for a potty break. We spied the Dennys inside the adjoining building. We were in the mood for a sit down meal before we hit the road again. So we popped on into this Denny's. The place was clean and modern. The decor, lighting fixtures, and wall decorations were all pretty new looking. It was the prettiest looking Denny's I have seen in awhile and I just dined in one a few weeks ago. They had booth, table, or counter seating options. I got the $8.99 endless breakfast special. It was not on the menu, I just saw it on the Yelp app and asked our server. So a pro tip, check out the Yelp app or Dennys website for additional meal discounts & specials. This special had scrambled eggs, pancakes, and hash browns. Each serving is 2 eggs and 2 pancakes with hash browns. The pancakes were huge and fluffy. Golden brown. Buttery goodness with a mesmerizing vanilla scent . Mmmm. The hash browns were grilled with a slight crisp to it. Yum. The coffee was ok. Hey it's a Dennys... you're not getting single origin here. It runs around $3.60 and it's bottomless. Our waitress made sure of that. I never saw the bottom of my mug. She was awesome! Darn I forgot her name. If there was an Olympics for waitressing, she would have medaled. Even though my order was endless, I only ordered one. I normally would have ordered another, I know ya all probably thinking... another!? LOL. But my traveling companions gave me the cross eye. Our waitress said the kitchen was understaffed and warned us after we ordered that the food may take awhile to come out. I appreciated that she warned us and gave us the opportunity to bail right then and there. I noticed some tables took her up on that. We took our chances and stayed. Surprisingly it didn't take long at all.

We came in here at about midnight on a Friday evening. There was one server and one cook. Ofcourse everyone else also wanted Denny's at the same time so there was a bit of a wait. The server did the best she could and really did an excellent job for how much work she had. She was also bussing and cleaning all of the tables. We ordered two nachos, one Oreo shake, and one strawberry pancake puppy. All of the food was fresh and delicious. The nachos and pancake puppies were the perfect temperature. Although the service was a bit rough I rated them 4 stars because it wasn't the servers fault and honestly the world is just understaffed right now. We would come back here without hesitation.

We've been wanting to try this spot for a while, and since their other location is closed in Sacramento on Tuesdays, we finally made the trip to Lodi and wow, it was absolutely worth it the wait and Abdul that helped us was cool. He had a good sense of humor. We were coming back from Monterey and all of us were hungry. We ordered quite a feast: (3) chicken tikka wraps without lettuce 8 piece chicken tikka 8 piece chicken malai 6 regular naans + 1 garlic naan Tandoori fish order Tandoori chicken pizza Chicken tikka masala rice plate Every single item was flavorful, mouth watering, and cooked perfectly. The chicken tikka and malai were tender and packed with flavor. The naans were soft and fresh, and the chicken tikka masala rice plate had that rich, comforting sauce that was creamy smooth you can't stop eating and dipping your naan into. The tandoori fish was a standout smoky, well seasoned, and tender. They give a lot of meat inside the wraps. The tandoori chicken pizza... let's just say we couldn't even wait to get home. We ate a slice in the car because the smell alone was too tempting. That's how good it was. We took everything to go, the quality was top tier! You can tell they care about their food and flavors and wanting their customers happy. Abdul kept letting us know the status of our order and took care of us with chutney and ranch. If you've been thinking about trying Smokey Grill, don't wait.... this place delivers on every level! Ask for Abdul, he is down to earth nice guy. 5 stars!! Thanks Abdul!! Photos are attached

The food was so undeniably palatable, my taste buds were going through the roof. Every bite was pleasantly satisfying. The mimosa also complemented the entire meal well. The entire atmosphere had such a cozy, rustic feel. The service was slightly underwhelming. Though it was kind, the attentiveness missed the mark. The price point of the food was fairly reasonable. Overall, the dining experience was lovely because the food was dynamite. The service needs some improvement; however, I'd absolutely return.

I ate here twice, one day for a light dinner in the bar and another in the main restaurant…read more The ambiance is very pleasant, perhaps call it farmhouse chic with a sophisticated yet cozy feeling as though you're eating at someone's house. It's contemporary and the furnishings are quite comfortable. It's the type of place you can settle in and have a casual meal without feeling rushed. Prices are high yet the quality is excellent. For the first evening at the bar we settled into a high top table. You can sit at the bar, lounge type seating or outdoors on a pleasantly shaded patio. They had an expanded bar bites menu as the main restaurant is closed on Wednesdays... most of it quite enticing. We opted for cocktails to start and I chose a specialty Date Maple Old Fashioned. It was really good with a large ice ball to chill it. For bar bites we shared the pork belly sandwiches (small, delicious but messy to eat), the sausage skewers (amazing!) and crab cups (refreshingly light and easy to eat). After cocktails we had glasses of a light white wine, made with Santorini Greek grapes. For the next meal in the dining room the place was a buzz with activity but conversation was easy without a lot of excessive noise. It's intimate and the room is quite pleasant for a gourmet meal. We started with cocktails (same Old Fashioned) and shared the grilled Brussels Sprouts which were plentiful and ever so delicious. They were slightly over grilled for my taste yet it didn't distract from me enjoying them. We got bread which was a baguette with butter and the consistency perfect for a French style loaf. For my entree I debated between the scallops and the pork chop and went with the chop. I was quite pleased as the chop came in thick slices and drizzled with a tarragon mustard reduction sauce. It was amazing, tender, juicy and at 22oz I couldn't finish it all. It came with a tasty apple sauce and grilled seared cabbage. Absolutely delicious. Ed, celebrating a birthday, had steak which came with a huge bowl of mashed potatoes which I tasted. Oh my gosh, the creamiest potatoes ever! For dessert we shared the cheese plate, a really great way to end the meal, with glasses of a twany port. All of the cheeses from a brie to a hard cheese were top quality. Service both times was very attentive, professional yet personable. We were well cared for and everything went smoothly. It's expensive yet the experience and value is worth visiting. Make a reservation.

Americana House is located right near the check in lobby at the resort. The food was really good when we came here. You put that on the soft fresh bread and it tastes like so good together. Service was good when we came, as well as the ambiance there in the morning for breakfast, eating outdoors when the weather is nice is always a mood setter for the day on the weekend or vacation. We sat inside, where the space features exposed brick, artwork throughout, and very comfortable seating... my partner specifically pointed that out. The layout includes a mix of seating areas, which gives it a more relaxed, layered feel. The bar area, known as the Ghost Lounge, adds a darker, more lounge-like element to the overall atmosphere. Service was excellent. Our server, Lacy, was friendly, attentive, and witty - easily one of the best servers we've had in a while. For drinks, I had a local Oak Farm red wine that was excellent. Others in our group had mimosas, which were well received... especially the grapefruit mimosa, which my partner really enjoyed. For food, there were several highlights. My partner had the chicken and waffles and loved it; I tried some and would agree it was very good. Another person in our group ordered the steak breakfast tacos, which came as a set of three. They only ate two, and I had the third and it was delicious and something I would recommend. Another in our group had the eggs Benedict and thought it was excellent. I had the biscuits and gravy with fried eggs. It was okay, but not something I would go out of my way to order again. In terms of value, prices felt consistent with the quality of the food, service, and overall setting. It's not a budget brunch spot, but it feels appropriate for the experience. Overall, it was a really enjoyable Easter brunch with great service, a comfortable and well-designed interior, and several strong menu items. I'd rate it a 4 out of 5, though if half-points were an option, this would land closer to a 4.5. We'd definitely come back.
