I really enjoyed my pizza that I came for around 11 am on a weekday! Service was super prompt but it was pretty empty when I came. I had never had a pizza from subway but you can get all sorts of toppings for one price (omitting the meat) and it was super tasty! I also was able to get a side of ranch. Easily won the Worst Service award of all the Subways I've been to. One of the guys (not the Asian guy, who was nice, the other) had a serious attitude. Before ordering I asked to confirm: "So, there's a promotion: buy one footlong, get the second 50% off, correct?" He replied: "Something like that". I was confused, so I asked: "can you confirm it's that promotion?" And his reply was again: "Something like that." I let it go and we finished the order. Of course when he rang me he didn't apply the promotion. I didn't check right away, but I had to drive back to ask for the difference back (which I got - it was $7.99 and they gave me exactly that; you don't think they could use one of the pennies in the counter jar to give $8 in bills instead of all these coins...). If I owned this store I'd fire this guy on the spot. read more

I have never had a good experience at this location and it is by far the WORSE subway in the area. Every time I've gone to this location, the two girls working are constantly just yapping to each other and completely ignoring any customers that come in. Even when they take your order, they're STILL having their side conversations amongst each other. I've ordered curbside from this location before and not once do they EVER actually come out and give me my order. I've had to go in myself to collect my order - if you cannot offer curbside, then take it off the app!! I just went to this location today and ordered a salad. In the past, the salads have always been chopped but the employee just threw all of the veggies in a bowl. When I asked her if she was going to chop it, she said this is how the salads are. Not sure when they changed that. 0/10 recommend this place. read more

Parking is challenging on a busy day. I usually use DoorDash but downloaded their app today and placed my guest online order at the Morada location for curbside pickup. My order was ready for 11:05am but I couldn't find any curbside pick up sign or any parking so instead of making the store walk to the other side of the street to locate me, I ran inside. I asked one of the ladies where my order was at approximately 11:09am and she stated it wasn't ready yet. I observed and saw they haven't even made my order yet the app said it was ready for curbside pick up. That was disappointing. I actually left store with my order at 11:17am. Tried to avoid going into the store or paying additional fees DoorDash but as a result, lost a few minuets of my morning. read more

Great spot for sandwiches and super friendly and efficient people. If you are at the Stockton Soccer complex for a tournament, this is the place to feed your squad. I ordered online and arrived 5 minutes before the promised time. I let the staff know I was there. They told me it would be just a couple of minutes. 20 minutes later, they told me that my sandwich was being made, although it was a few minutes later I saw one of the staff finally grab my ticket from their counter. It appears that since I was prepaid, I was lower priority that those standing in line. By the time I had my sandwiches, the lengthy line in store had fully cycled twice. To make matters worse, one of the two sandwiches had sriracha sauce instead of Chipotle sauce, which made the sandwich inedible. I was offered a free drink for my wait, but had I wanted a drink, I would have ordered one. I was also already late. I can understand being busy, but Subway shouldn't push those that have already paid and been promised a time behind customers walking in the door. If they can't handle the online customers, they should not accept the orders or offer more realistic times. read more

I called the that same morning to add to my order and now I had 10 platters by 11am. Then I came back and needed 12 salads at 11:30 am. They made them all for me in the midst of a busy lunch time. I came here during covid times so of course things are a little different. I needed something quick to eat and I know it was close to closing time so I didn't want me to be THAT customer to come in super late (was about 30 min before closing and I live only 5 min away). When I got there I can tell that the 2 girls working there were irritated that I came in. There was 1 customer paying, another ordering and then me. By the time they got to me, the girls were literally huffing and puffing. I tried to be as polite as possible but their rude attitudes really rubbed me the wrong way. We didn't get far with my order, just my bread and I decided to just leave. their behavior was just disgusting and rude. I could've been the a$$hole and ordered all the way to the end and not pay and walk out but just with all the unnecessary attitude I just told them I didn't want to order anymore and walked out. I'm sure they don't care about 1 customer but I really hope management reads this and check those girls. read more

Location: This place is conveniently located next to a Starbucks and gas station. This is great when you're in a crunch for time and need to get gas, breakfast, and start your commute. Easy access to freeway. Service: Nothing phenomenal but it is a chain so I don't really expect 5 star service from these places. They get the job done efficiently so I can't complain. Food: I love that they started serving breakfast. I prefer their flatbread breakfast sandwiches over McDonald's sausage mcmuffin. I make sure to have them put a little chipotle sauce to give it a little spice. For lunch I recommend trying the herb and cheese bread if you haven't already done so. If I can give this place a zero star I would. This review is not regarding the staff but the owner (Indian lady). I came in today around 12:30 pm to just grab a salad and before me, she (the owner) was helping another gentleman. That one gentleman was very particular about his sandwich and want it a certain way and I guess she (the owner) got a little frustrated. After she was done with his order she came and help me "rudely". I ask for a chicken salad and she proceeds on doing so and made me my salad. With me having a bad vision didn't notice how she was chopping my salad but did notice she was chopping it angrily. I came home and open my salad and it was all grounded and mash together. It was not a salad anymore. More like a ground-up salad that been in the blender. I was very disappointed and will not be coming back there again. We walked in and were greeted by two girls that were working behind the counter. They took our order and were very courteous and quick to attend to us. We could see that they were working together very well as they were hit with a small rush. Cheyenne was the name of one of the gals that was working so quickly and efficiently. She took the time to make the sandwich in so much detail and to such perfection that I never witness in an ordinary Subway. We had a receipt that had been stained and she took the time without asking to make sure she gives us another receipt. Her consideration and anticipation is rarely found these days in any service business. She's definitely an amazing employee and they are lucky to have her. This is my local subway and I always thought it was nice so I was looking forward to staying to eat with my two young daughters but to our surprise there was a homeless sleeping face down on the table right next to where you line up to order food (this was not late only around 6pm). My girls were startled and didn't feel like staying so we got our food to go, I was actually going to order more but we kinda wanted to just get out. Originally I ordered a couple sandwich platters online at the kettleman location , turns out i sorely underestimated the amount of people showing up to our seminar. After calling a few subways and not getting anyone to answer the phone I called this one and was prepared to possibly be told no to 2 additional trays because I am aware they sometimes need 24 hr notice not this store they gladly excepted my challenge and had them ready in 10 minutes. IMO these platters were put together alot better and with alot more care and attention to detail than the ones I ordered at kettleman I definitely know who we will be using from here on out for our events read more
