I'm not one to complain all that offen, but this experience was soo not good. I was craving a nice steak sandwich or something equivalent. It was my suggestion to order Moo Moo's. The French Dip sandwich sounded like a good option. We ordered on the Door Dash app and I pick it up myself right before they close. Everything was in bags and ready to go upon my arrival. I was met by a friendly staff and they asked if I needed anything else like condiments amd made a few suggestions. I replied, sure I'll take some ranch dressing. They were gracious enough to place them in my bags of food and handed me the whole order for 3 people. I didn't go though the bads to see if thenorder was complete because I trusted them to be thorough enough. When I arrived home it was then I discovered they forgot the Auju for dipping the French Dip. Of course that was my dinner, my attitude was no big deal, people make mistakes and it was close to closing time. I proceeded to eat the sandwich and before I could even sink my teeth into it, my tased buds were hit hard with an overwhelming flavor of pure salt. Again, I was hungry so I precced to eat it. I hate half if it before I was completely disgusted with that salty meal. I saved the remains just incase someone at Moo Moos want to see that it was eaten. When I called in with this complaint the Manager habe me on the phone for a while as he tryied to locate the purchase order of my meal. He offer to refund my one meal, but I asked him for a bit more forbthe fact thelat they completely ruined my dinner. I had to eat a plain Bologna sandwich. No only that I wasted my time and my gas going to pick this meal up myself. That when the manager became very argumentative. He ever said to me that was wasn't a regular because a regular customer wouldn't ask for more back tjen the one meal that was bad. I tried to explain myself once agin to no avail. At thisnpoimt I wasn't in the mood to sit on the phome with a loud angry guy who kept talking over me, so I hung up. I decided to call Door Dash to ask for a refund. After a few mins on the phone with they were able to see the order and make a full and complete refund for tje entire order. That was more then I was looking for but I didn't feel bad excepting it. To some it all up, Sides were missing, food was way to salty and a rude Manager. I hope they do better for other people. I will not return. read more

One of the best burger joints in the valley! I can't believe it's taken me so long to try them. I've been to this shopping center countless times for various reasons. I did place my order through DoorDash, so it wasn't in person. However, I have walked passed and it is always packed when I have, I know they have booth seating and regular chairs/tables, cow decor all over, I've seen milkshakes served in their stainless steel malt cups. My order was placed and took maybe 35 mins to get delivered which is not bad, given I live 15 mins away. The garlic fries were hot, yet crispy and seasoned nicely. My burger was warm, cooked thoroughly, seasoned well, very flavorful. Their special sauce was bomb, ranch was freshly made you can tell. The combo came with a drink, but you know the fatgirl in me had to order a milkshake. I was a lil scared to order it thinking it would arrive melted. Wasn't bad at all. Burger 10/10 Fries 10/10 Milkshake 10/10 Soda 0/10 only because it was flat I definitely recommend if you're passing through the 5 and hungry to stop by and get you a burger with a shake! read more

Hello fellow Yelper's Breakfast with the family (Son's pick) This was our 1st time here for breakfast and I wasn't to thrilled, but the things you do for your kids I said "Let's go". We've been here for lunch lots of times and enjoyed every meal. We arrived around 0830, not busy at all, by 0840 Trinity took our orders. She was a delightful person (Yes, I'm that old that I can use the word "Delightful ") In a few minutes our orders came out hot and delicious (Kudos to the chef ) I was VERY Impressed and delighted with my order. This will now be my go to breakfast meal. The Moo Mess. Amazing go to burger place. Plenty of variety of burgers on the menu. I Went here with colleagues for lunch. We were seated right away and allowed to pick wherever we wanted to sit. Service was quick and the young lady who served us was pleasant and cheerful. I ordered the pastrami with regular fries. It was great!! Would order it again. Other people at my table got the roast beef sandwich as well as a moo moo burger. They ordered moo moo sauce too! I also tried a collegues sweet potatoe fries. Im not a fan of sweet potatoes fries but they were a good option if you don't want regular or beer batter fries. The place was clean and had lots of open tables to seat. Where do I even begin? We walked in and we were greeted immediately which was very nice! I used the restroom and it was clean. Love the painted walls of the cows and people dancing. Music was lovely. The main thing you might want to hear is the food!! It was juicy and well seasoned. I got the Monterey Moo which was a burger on a brioche bun with jack cheese, bacon, avocado, moo sauce, lettuce, tomato and red onions. I got it without the avocado because of allergies and no onions but it was still very delicious, with a side of garlic fries! I also got the cream cheese jalapeno poppers they were perfect! My Husband got the Moo'na Lisa burger, it also was on a brioche bun with jack cheese, bacon, avocado, sliced jalapenos, fried egg, moo sauce, lettuce, tomato and red onions, with fries. We probably dine here 2-3 times a month. One of the main reasons we gave it a chance, they offer a GF bun for my partner as he is GF. But we have continued to patron their business because of the fantastic service and how clean the place always is. I enjoy the music they play and overall - it's a fun place. It was our first time going here. We're always saying we'll go there one day and finally that day has come. It is located in a shopping area so the parking is pretty good. Plenty of parking for sure. I seriously thought it was just a burger joint. You go in and order your food and go but not at all. It's definitely a sit down restaurant with a variety of dishes to choose from. It has a Mel's Diner type of vibe inside. We ordered fried zucchini, buffalo chicken and strawberry milkshake. Fried zucchini was very good. I didn't try the chicken but I definitely got a whiff of the spiciness! Strawberry milkshake was yummy. I'm picky with my strawberry milkshake and theirs is really good. Tacky in all the right ways and I loved every minute of it. We came in between lunch and dinner so the place was pretty quiet. The employee who took our order was nice and patient. We stopped here on a road trip and had a great time meal. It's just off the freeway and convenient. The fries are really well done and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Had dinner with my daughter at one of her all-time favorite places. Their burgers and shakes are the best! However, their service is even better. Our server was busy taking care of customers and the owner came over herself to start our order. Actually, I didn't even know she was the owner at the time - she was very friendly and very knowledgeable and accommodating on our orders. Little did the owner know that I hired on one of her previous employees who had nothing but the highest praise of the owner and the loyalty and kindness she had toward her employees. I was so impressed I even recommended to my daughter to go apply to work at Moo-Moos because of the owner when my daughter was looking for part-time work (she did something else). The is alright. It's your typical burger, tender and fries place. Nothing we ordered stood out as something we must come back for and have again. We ordered tender basket with chili cheese fries. The chili cheese fries were good but needed to be served pipping HOT. The tenders were just ok. Next was breakfast burger with garlic fries. Again here the fries were the star. Last was the fish and chips. Nothing special about these. Just frozen food fried. Service was fine. Although with as many people working a lot of dirty tables. I didn't even bother taking pictures. Went in on a Friday during lunch time brought my 8 month old niece to get out of the house. There was only one person waiting tables but, she was handling it like a BOSS. She was doing her very best to keep all tables happy. The wait was a bit longer which was to be expected. Once I placed my order, BLT with fries & a Dr. Pepper side of avocado for the baby.
