Normally I don't go to Denny's (I prefer iHop) however i have never had as good of service in my whole life than what I had two nights ago. I met my parents there 10 minutes late. (I had sick 5 year old with me.) First I was greeted at the door with a warm smile, after I had told them I was meeting someone already I went to find my parents. Our server, Meghan, got my daughter and my drink order. Then she asked if we needed a few minutes which we did - then she said she would be back in a few. She tended the table next to us that was a family of three also with kids and she just seemed super friendly. When she came back a few moments later, we were all ready, we placed our order. I ordered my daughter a cup of soup. (Due to her feeling icky) She entered in our order and asked if she should bring out the soup now, or wait a few minutes. We asked her to bring it out ASAP. And she did just that. In addition to her bringing out the soup she also brought out a few stickers for my daughter. It was a very genuine and surprising gift to receive. We got all of our food super fast, and it all was right and tasted wonderful!! I was impressed to say the least. Also, at the very end when she brought out the ticket and asked if we wanted to-go drinks or anything else there was a dog sticker on it! If you're going to go to this location, DEFINITELY ask for Meghan. After the other night i guess you could say because of the service and great food I will definitely be choosing this Denny's over iHop. read more

I understand service during the day and service on overnight shifts are completely different due to less people at night. But that should be no excuse for the terrible customer service I received at this location. I walked in and could see a woman putting food in bags and another in the dining are smoking a cigarette. The man looks at me multiple times doesn't tell anyone i'm standing there, a waitress comes out and sees me but again doesn't tell anyone. And they did have a bell to ring for assistance- to my surprise didn't even work. For reference I had a pick up order that should've been ready before i even walked in the door. Anyway after staring there very impatiently for 10 minutes the woman that was bagging comes up to me and asks what can she do for me, I told her I had a to go order for.. and before i finish she cuts me off and says i don't have any to go orders ready you have to wait... okay bitch the attitude wasn't necessary first of all and secondly you've been back there messing w bags of food for over 10 minutes and nothing is done? I went to Denny's today to get a late breakfast & do some work. I was told the owner supplies the wi-fi but will no longer allow anyone to use the power. The only reason I go to Denny's is so I can work during lunch and/or breakfast. I guess I will no longer enter this Denny's location. That's OK, service was never good there anyways. read more

Smoking is still allowed in this restaurant. The smell of it hits you in the face as you walk in the door. That's the last thing I want. Come out of a restaurant smelling like I've been in a bar. No thanks. I'll drive the extra 15 minutes and eat in a clean environment. read more

We were at Dennys around 9:00am. We were seated quickly and our server, Shelly, got our drink orders right away. She made suggestions and made sure we knew about the special going on. Went in for breakfast with a friend on Saturday....service was good...food was okay...would give it 3 stars but after we recieved our check the waitress comes over and says our table is reserved we have to leave. Place was full of empty tables...not sure what they were thinking....the waitress said the manager made her do it....we asked to speak to her and she confirmed that she had the girl tell us to leave...later as we left a male identified as the actual manager apologized and offered us a free meal the next time we go.....there will never be a next time! read more

Okay, the food here is good, (especially the $4 All You Can Eat Pancakes) but one of the waitresses that works late night there is a b**tch.

Food was okay. Service was horrible! Waitress forgot about us for about and hour. Two other families were seated in the same section and were served their food about 20 min before our waitress came to tell us she forgot to put in our order. Food came about 15 min after we were informed and was bland (not all Denny's are like this). There was only an apology given no type of compensation for any inconvenience. I've been here 3 times and each time I went in, i figured i would have a better experience. Nope. One time, the server forgot about us and was in the back talking and still hadn't taken our order. Our visit at this location was very satisfying. Our server Lisa was very sweet, attentive and helpful. The food was delicious! It is absolutely the place to go on a late date night you won't be disappointed. Before leaving the young gentleman at the front was also very attentive and offered some water to go which was really nice of him. We are definitely coming back! read more

I hate to leave a bad review but I'm doing this to help someone out in the future. Anyways, I walked in to a restaurant that was stained by smoking and was sat to a table, the host was very nice and quick to get me a drink, however, 15-20 min of sitting at a table, no one asked for my order. Many waiters/waitresses walked by, but no one asked how I was doing, or even cared to ask if I had been taken care of. This must not have just been the case for me because another customer talking to his waiter used the ole' "man it must be busy" comment, of course this was jokingly because the room was half empty, and the waiter responded with "this is about normal for a Saturday". I was honestly excited to try their food, the menu honestly looked very appetizing, however I had things I needed to do later in the day. After notifying one of the staff members that I needed to leave and I had only gotten a water, they were very kind and asked if they could take my order then, but unfortunately I didn't have time to stick around. read more

I love Denny's and I've never had bad service anywhere I've gone but today was the first time. I went to Denny's with my boyfriend and his family. We got there, ordered our drinks and our food. Our waitress didn't come to our table for at least 35 minutes. People who arrived 20 minutes after us got their food ASAP. Our waitress said she was new. We had to get someone else to get our drinks refilled. Then when our food arrived 45 minutes later, they messed up one order, they over cooked my chicken tenders, and messed up our drinks. We asked for the tickets and it took 15 minutes because our waitress got our ticket wrong the first time. Probably will never go here again. read more

I had a few safety concerns, my husband and I went on a Saturday morning, seemed as busy as usually. for starters, walking in to a very confused and angry crowd because there was nobody to organize the quests to be seated, the quest had waiting were not being acknowleged they were very annoyed to say the least!! Then, talk about waitriess that really don't like there job well, I received a cup of coffee with lip stick(red) on it. If I noticed it right away? why didn't the waitress as she prepared it? I had to order another, Then we waited for quite a bit for a very simple order. As we waited, the table in front of us to the right was is serious trouble it had three small children with two moms, as there order was placed on the table the table almost fell, once again I noticed the concern how come the waiter didn''t? before this I noticed one of the moms requesting another table but not before the table fell, spilling all the drinks leaving the children crying thinking they did some thing wrong. what caoncerned me was when wait staff proceeded to re set the table!! finally I said out loud, that's a broken table! you need to remove it from the area before some one else gets hurt. A waitress agreed and proceeded to remove the table from the room. I'm thinking I know that perfection is not we should be looking for, But common sense is!!!!!!!! read more

Service was absolutely horrible! We had to get up and leave because after watching at least 2 other tables come in after us, eat and pay we were still sitting there with empty drink glasses and no sign of our food. All the while I'm watching at least 5-6 waiters and waitresses (including ours) set back in a corner complaining how busy they were. Here's an idea, quit complaining, do the job you chose to do and you may actually be able to accomplish your job and it wouldn't be as busy. There was literally one waitress that was working hard and her tables were in and out with full stomachs. Wish we would have been in her section.... I will never return to this Denny's again and would advise any others considering it to think twice. read more
