Very bad service. Juan the waiter was very rude and unprofessional. I came in with my family, we were a party of 9 including children. I brought my service dog and he rudely asked me if our dog was a service dog, I told him yes (mind the dog is about 5 pounds). When I went to pay for our bill he was very unpleasant and unprofessional. He told me with attitude that he can't split the bill with 4 credit cards. I asked him why and he seemed very agitated by my request/question. Eventually our waiter came in and wanted to take over the transaction. I asked him if he was having a bad day, and he very rudely told me that he was upset because we brought the service dog, and told me to worry about myself and he walked away. Our waiter Tita was very nice and was able to split the bill as we originally requested. I usually come to this Denny's and it's always a decent experience, my past two servers have been attentive and helpful. But today that changed when I placed a pick up order- milkshake and fries. when I arrived to pick it up I wasn't greeted & waited about 5 minutes before being noticed, the restaurant itself wasn't busy at all. Some lady with a botched BBL wanted to give me problems when I asked her for a packet of syrup that I simply forgot to add to my notes for the order. She stated everything was in my bag and upon double checking I noticed she had lied, so I asked her again to which she replied "but it's just fries" with a really gross attitude. I asked 4 times for syrup to which she said no and claimed it was extra. Very unprofessional, and ruined my experience. Only giving the two star rating because staff was friendly otherwise it'd be one star. We both ordered biscuits and gravy. Both were of NO flavor and just terrible. It comes with your choice of eggs, hashbrowns, ham, bacon, sausage, pancakes and a side of toast. Gotta get the hashbrowns well done like always. Tons of calories I know! This was a straight up WTF. On two previous occasions we've ordered a full nachos to go from this location and it was great...a full container of chips and the topping all in one container on the side. Easy, convenient and just wonderful. So this time we ordered by phone as we had before and when we got there it was all in one container, which would have been soggy before making it 15 minutes to the house, so we returned it and asked if it could be made as we have gotten it before. The server took it back and a few minutes later we were given our to go bag again. I quickly looked inside and just verified separate containers. We thanked her and left. Imagine our disappointment when we got home and opened the box of chips to find it half empty and all the topping ingredients in tiny separate containers. We were on this street getting some stuff accomplished and were starving. After having no luck at a strip mall a little down the road, we just decided to eat here. Not my first choice by any means, but we really needed some food or else, keel over. There was a line believe it or not. But we waited about 5 minutes and were seated. For the first time in my life at a Denny's, I did not order breakfast because it was 11.30 and their lunch menu was available. I got a club sandwich, hubby the extreme slam breakfast and lil guy got the hotdog duo. Apart from a slow start with our drinks, everything zoomed by so quickly. I was watching all the people at work and I could not believe the efficiency of how this place was managed. As soon as a table was vacated, the bus boy(s) would come and clean it up and another party was seated. This went on for the duration of our meal and the people waiting never seem to wait too long. My club sandwich was really good. I was surprised at how tasty it was. The bread was perfectly toasted and although I usually hate mayo, they only had a minimal smear on the sandwich to give it just the right amount of moisture without being overloaded. The lettuce was crisp and the tomatoes were not mushy. Impressive especially at Denny's. Lil guy did not like his hotdogs -- his fault as I told him to get the mini burgers. Hubby's extreme slam was a heaping portion of 3 pancakes, 2 eggs, hash browns, sausages and bacon. I've had this breakfast before at the Irvine location and it SUCKED. It was half the size of this one. Our meals plus 3 drinks came to a little under $25 before tip. Not so good visit today. I ordered the chicken fried steak with eggs, fries, and sourdough toast. My little girl had Mac and cheese and corn with a side of sausage. I ordered the kids meal before mine because I couldn't decide at first and my meal still came out before hers. It took forever before I got my toast. I was half way done eating my meal. And when I asked for more jelly it never came. My fries came out pale even when I asked for it to be crispy. So they re-made it. It also took a while for my daughter's corn to arrive. Always a great spot to get a decent breakfast you can count on being good. We stopped by this Denny's recently on a late Saturday morning and it was pretty busy. However, we were sat down as soon as we walked in. We always get seated quickly every time we come and I've never had to wait for a table to clear up. I've been to this Denny's multiple times over the years and I've always had decent service. On our most recent visit, Eduardo was our server for the day. He did a great job and was friendly. The food was decent and like always we ordered 2 eggs, 2 bacon pieces, and Wheat toast. This Denny's location is large and is always clean. The service here is always friendly. Wow! We were here on Christmas Day, and the service was absolutely great. I don't know how they do it. Our server was Jesus, and he was absolutely fantastic. On numerous times during our mail, Jesus came by and checked to see what else we needed. Another server came by and even filled up the condiments on the table. Very good staff. VICTOR THE "MANAGER" So we venture out for breakfast for the first time since the restaurants opened. We're greeted and seated, everything's great. We see another couple come in, they're seated across from us, they waiting for a while and ultimately decided to leave, I'm not sure why but I assume it was due to not being tended to, they never got menus like we did. To which the response from the VICTOR THE "MANAGER" was we have heat lamps. To which my boyfriend replied, I dont care about the heat lamp we want it fresh. VICTOR THE "MANAGER" then replied, "we're busy and running around, is that Ok?" At which point I said are you kidding me? The answer should be "oh, I'm so sorry let me go grab that for you. What are you arguing with us about?" I've never seen anything like this before. Clearly the real managers haven't come back to work yet and Victor was the only option because he has ZERO ability to manage or act professional. So we left and yes I did tell him how terrible he was and he continued to argue and be unprofessional. And yes, I did tell him to *** off and we wont be going to that Denny's ever again. Came in for brunch agter a hectic morning and was rudely served by Rosa. My family and I just ignored her sort-of attitude at first when she was taking orders and serving drinks. First of the order of hot chocolate had some sort of meat taste to it but I disregarded it. My brothers water was dirty and old, and we wanted it changed and it was. My dad's drink came last and it was just messy. There was still smoothie outside the glass and really just starting with drinks it was all messy.
