I'm so disappointed. This place has always seemed like a bit of a mess, but my past two experiences have been a sign of poor quality. Last time I ordered a broccoli soup over the phone and received a chicken noodle. I'm not crazy, so I didn't really mind. I like the chicken noodle soup, so I ate it and went about my life. However, the lack of attention in ensuring that an order is correct, is saddening. Today, I ordered food to go and waited 40 minutes to receive it (a salad, and a fit slam). The place was busy, but not so much that a little bit of organization wouldn't fix the obvious delays going on. Anyway, when my food came out, the muffin was so burnt that I could write with the little ashes that were falling off. How does someone see something like that and still give it to a paying customer? Just because I'm a to go customer, doesn't mean it's okay to offer poor quality. How is possible that I waited 40 minutes for two easy-to-make meals, and how is it possible that after such a long time, I still received, basically, a piece of charcoal as a side? read more

My husband and I are celebrating our 26th anniversary and we wanted to eat st our favorite diner Dennys. Our server was Etna and she was the best. 5 s for her. Two stars no more no less They sat us in the very back of the diner after assuring us they wouldn't forget about us..... They did. Brought us our food incomplete and we had to flag them down to get the rest of our order to us. Told the waitress our food was cold and her reaction was a smile and then left. Never got more sugar after asking for more Never got our water after asking for it. Their mugs say " at the diner a cup of coffee is never half empty" well... My wife and I went to this Denny's for dinner and they were very busy. We ordered , but had to wait awhile for our meal. Our waitress apologized for the delay. However, when we looked at the cooking area, we noticed that the manager, Arlene, was enquiring about why things were taking longer. Then, at her direction, everyone picked up the pace and she went in the cooking area and began helping to plate the meals and direct the cooks. Within about 20 minutes or so, they were caught up and my wife and I enjoyed our meal. We've been coming to this location for over 10 years and Arlene is our favorite manager. We ordered for curve side pick up. Someone came out saying he can't find my order that's under my wife's name Ana, but he has one that's under Alma? ‍ I just don't see why they can't find my order. My wife's names on the receipt, description of the vehicle and I'm the only one there to do curve side pick up. To top it off they gave us hardly any fries that my wife ordered. This Denny's seems like your typical Denny's for the most part. Service is fairly good, although I had to ask for all 3 refills on my hot chocolate, which is unusual. Usually they refill it without me asking the first time, and the second time I have to ask. Food is fairly decent. It tastes like most dinner food. The pancake puppies come out warm, and the ice cream comes out cold. They are okay about time. They don't take too long, but they aren't super fast, either. I had to take away a star, though, when I saw pictures other people posted of the Pot Roast Skillet on yelp. I only got 3 pieces of meat in mine. Other people easily got 3 times more meat. The meat was a bit on the bland side, but it was the part I wanted, none-the-less. Give me my meat! read more

Ok so I don't usually do this but this is outrageous!!! 4 people walk in 4:45 am (1 table + us 4 which Is 1 more table.) that 2 tables total. Tell me why it takes more than 15 min to bring 2 cups of water and a raspberry ice tea. I went up to Rayna and asked for my drinks and she said I was making sure I put the order correct. ( 2 waters and a iced tea) and she has to "double check the drink" #embarrassing who hires these dizzy people? Rayna should not be working there till she has proper training.
