Past weekend we visited Winery's and after that stopped at Denny's. It was a wonderful experience from the start till end, one of the very good ones in my visit's to Denny's. Aldo was our server and he made sure that our food was perfect to our expectations, our coffee was fresh and cups where filled before even they where empty, service was fast and all the staff where courteous, friendly. Not the frequent Denny's visitor but my Mom didn't feel like cooking breakfast while I was visiting her and this location was really not the best. Our local Denny's in Las Vegas was amazing compared to this one. Took almost 25 minutes for 2 simple breakfasts. I ran out of coffee and had to hunt down our waitress. Found her with three others standing in a corner and talking. 2nd attempt at wanting a refill and couldn't find her at all. There was 2 big groups so I understand it may take a little longer but this was really bad in so many ways. went to have a sandwich for dinner tonight. We frequent the place mostly in the mornings but sometimes in the evenings. Decent food decent price always good service. Unless it's Chris one guy at night. Ordered food ordered well done received barely cooked. Went back twice still not cooked correctly. He made excuses for the food not being right paid four dollars for a cup of iced tea and never received any refills. Never came back to see how we were doing. Ordered a BLT came with four pieces of bacon two pieces of bread, lettuce and tomato for 16 something. like I said we frequent there we've never paid that much for this d school dime BLT sandwich. He's been working there for years. I don't understand why he's still there. He has no personality, and he argued instead of being understanding and at least acting as though he was concerned.. I went to this location with my family, and I ordered the mozzarella sticks immediately after I was told the appetizer I wanted wasn't available, I decided to exchange the appetizer for something else. Everyone at the table agreed I'd just exchange the mozzarella sticks when the waitress returned with our straws We waited 10 minutes for her to bring our straws, and my worst fear happened: She brought the mozzarella sticks WITH the straws. I stated that I'd like to send the sticks back. She looked at me without saying anything, and I said "I was going to send these back when you came with our straws, but you never came" I proceeded to order the Bacon Bourbon Burger with a side of dipping sauce, and when she brought the food, we had to remind her for the sauce. No biggie. She comes with our refills and forgets the sauce again. She remembers that she forgot the sauce, and tells her fellow co-worker to get the sauce, in which they joke with each other saying "we don't have it". At this point I've completely tuned her talking out because I'm trying to best to enjoy New Years lunch with my family. I wasn't aware that they made more unprofessional jokes about our table IN FRONT of us until one of my siblings said "Wow, that's probably not something you should say out loud" The burger itself was cold, and the side of onion rings that I ordered were overcooked. Overall, the experience wasn't great, and the waitress was rude and insufferably obnoxious to the entire table. Worse Denny's I've ever been too. My nephews took me there because I told them I wanted to go there for my birthday since I love Denny's coffee but ironically I didn't drink coffee because I didn't want to use heavy creamers. The server was nice but not real attentive and strange. I had two small children with me and she gave them adult menus, the kids were like we don't want this, so I had to ask for kids menu. She rushed one of my nephews which caused him to not understand the description of the meal but the real issue is when she brought us our plates, I figured she would be back with napkins and utensils but she didn't say anything, nope so we had to flag someone else down and she never came back to give us ketchup or syrup so again we had to flag someone else. We all had ordered breakfast so jeez, this should have been a no brainer. I swear this place just hires anybody and when My 2nd oldest nephew went to pay for me, This young blond chick behind the counter was staring at all of us weird since the kids don't look black and wondering why he was paying since he's young 18 yo for me who is in my early 50's and half black, these people are not used to biracial families apparently so she didn't realized the teen who is my nephew was paying for my birthday meal. I am not in the habit of writing reviews, and am not easily impress, but after my last visit this morning I felt impelled to write one. My server was Danny, and from the minute I sat down, he was there asking for my drink order and once that arrived he took my food order. My food arrived shortly there after, hot and sensational. He checked on me a few times and was quick to notice that my soda needed to be refilled. To some, this may seem as little things, but believe me, it's the little things that matter. I did not dine at Dennys prior to Mrs. Valarie working there. Valerie has been my daughter and I waitress since she was fired from IHOP for taking an emergency day off for her kids. Almost 7 years now I have been served by Mrs. Valerie. Each establishment she worked she was completely flawless and because of her is why I left IHOP and chose to dine at Dennys. I didn't know she worked at Denny's but I refused to eat at a place that fires a woman for having to take care of her kids. So when we saw Mrs. Valeria at Dennys we knew we would have great service. After retiring, I came here almost every day to set my work day and have meetings. After getting to see the whole team work together, handling every customer with care was overwhelming refreshing. I was glad that Mrs. Valeria worked at a place that appreciated their customers and employees which ultimately showed concerned for her children. There are plenty of places to go but no one has served like this place. Wifi is good, staff is always cleaning, mostly quite but bring headphones if you want your own thoughts. This place is ran with good leadership, compassion, respect, and the food is always made to your liking! Coffee and Toast is GREAT but don't forget your Pancakes!!! We had not been to a Denny's for at least a year. Monday, my wife and I decided to visit Denny's and we are so glad we went to this location. Our server, Savanna, provided excellent service. We started with an order of mozzarella sticks. They were served so hot we had to wait a few minutes before eating them. They were cooked to perfection, with the cheese melted in the middle and the outside a golden brown. We both ended up ordering the 55+ scrambled eggs with cheese. I had all sausage and my wife had all bacon. We both ordered our eggs soft and they were perfectly cooked. My sausage was excellent. So often the sausage is overcooked and shriveled. Here they were plump and juicy. My wife's bacon was actually still sizzling on the plate. The pancakes were also delicious. Both our meals were outstanding. Savanna went on break about midway through our dinner. Another server, who I did not get her name, stopped by several times as she was moving between her tables to check on us. Maribel, who I believe was the manager, stopped by frequently throughout the evening to see if everything was ok. She also filled in while Savanna was on break, filling our beverages, clearing dishes and/or retrieving a requested item. Over the years I have visited more Denny's that I could ever keep track of. This Denny's is easily in the top three of them all, in terms of both service and food quality. We will definitely make this our go to Denny's. read more

I went in today (around 3:30pm on 12/11/19) to pick up an order. The reason I am being specific about the time and date is because the cashier who was working at the time was spectacular and deserves recognition. I didn't catch her name, and on my receipt is says the servers name is "Olo A" but I'm not sure how accurate that is. When I walked in, I couldn't believe how difficult the family she was helping was. It didn't take me long to realize they were throwing a very inappropriate fit over a few dollars on their bill, and they actually ended up being wrong! I will never understand those kinds of people. Anyway, the woman at the cash register was so poised and resilient. While she was still dealing with them, a rush came in and she made sure to acknowledge everyone. She was not phased. When it came to be my turn, I apologized on behalf on those people. She smiled, and said "eh, there's nothing you can do!" I was very impressed. Great job to that woman! We all know how difficult people can be and I admire your customer service skills. read more

Then on this same order I forgot something and I called back and again I was greeted by a different Denny's employee by the name of Maribel who was also helpful and pleasant and the food was good.
