The Denny's in French Valley has some of the most friendly and attentive service I've ever experienced the food was quick and the quality was great, it was clean and when we entered they all greeted us. Thank you specifically to Jesse who was our server and consistently went above what I expected and made us feel at home. If you're ever in the area for food it would be a disservice to yourself to not go to this Denny's. read more

We went to this Denny's on 7/2/24. I had Omelette only w/Water. Hubs had Beef Sandwich w/Choc Shake. Our waitress was over stretched & got lousy service. Tired of waiting on bill we went to register it showed $52 !!!!!! After paying i looked at bill they add over $8 gratuity that she didn't deserve. What if we had cash & left tip at table ??? Pros: Our waiter, Ivan, was very nice and the food came out quickly. Cons: I was sitting in the center with 6 other tables seated. The only personal conversations I could follow were the emploees'. I like high morale, but they were talking so much louder than their 7 tables of guests. Also, if I wanted to, I could have sang along to every song playing on the radio in the kitchen. Again, I like happy employees, but they changed the noise and ambiance of the entire restraunt in a way that did not reflect the respectfully quiet conversations being had by their guests. I've been here a few times and this is, by far, the best Denny's I've eaten at in years. The food's a cut above other Denny's locations, the staff is cordial and usually punctual, everything's clean and the smell's kept neutral so nothing interferes with the taste of your food. I gotta knock a star off for one big reason though and that's the soda. Every time I've gone, no drink I've ordered tastes right. Every soda tastes drastically over-carbonated. We got to the restaurant and it took probably 10 minutes for the waitress to come take our drink order we went ahead and ordered our food at the same time the drinks never came 15 minutes later she came back and said can I take your order which we had already ordered it probably took over an hour for us to get our food we will never go back there again. It just seemed to me like nobody knew what they were doing so frustrating. read more

If you consistently want items forgotten about, then order from this Denny's. It's a complete joke here. There has not been 1 order that we have placed for either pick-up or delivery that has not been missing items. It is clearly not the delivery services fault and Denny's won't own up to a mistake they make with other than a "sorry". You pay a premium price for the food and then for the delivery to just have items missing and offer for you to come pick them back up. If I wanted to pick it up myself I wouldn't have paid someone $10 extra to deliver the order for me. They can't even get the requests for specific condiments and utensils. They ask how many you want (forks, knives, salt and pepper) and no matter how many you request, they choose to give you whatever they feel. I just received forks for pancakes and French toast. They provided butter but to knives to spread or even cut. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and order from them again but they have just proven that they are consistently bad. read more

I've eaten at hundreds of Dennys at nearly every Pilot or Jet truck stop. Let me tell you that this location in Murrieta is hands down the best. The manager, Krystin, is amazing. The staff is engaging always smiling and wonderful food in a nearly new spotless Dennys. I haven't forgotten you and your staff. Sitting in a rather poorly run one in Texas made me appreciate what you guys did for me while staying there.. Excellent food and wonderful people. This is a great spot. Came here one afternoon. It had been a while since I've been to a Denny's. This location was clean, and the staff was super friendly. Went to the restroom to wash my hands, and the restroom was super clean. The soap dispenser was full, and it had a very clean, pleasant smell. Joel was our server, and he not only was he attentive but very nice and pleasant to talk to. I want to add that the 80's music that was playing was JAMMIN! I LOVE me the 80's!!! I will return soon. We decided to try the new Denny's that opened up in Murrieta during the beginning of summer. We visited near the afternoon on a Sunday and it was filled with many guests. The parking was a little tight and it can get swamped on weekends. There's also a Popeye's and gas station nearby. But even when the place was hectic, we were seated in about 10 minutes. The front desk attendants were friendly and professional. Our server, Crystin, was great and very attentive. She consistently kept on checking on us. The modern setting of wooden-tile flooring and warm ceiling accents, as well as the smooth green and red lights, brought a fancier mood to the American diner. Haven't been to a Denny's in years but driving home from San Diego , we stopped there to grab some breakfast this morning. The menu was fabulous. Lots of different options, I couldn't decide. I choose the vegetable omelette , it was super delicious!!!!! Jessie our waiter was very friendly, awesome personality, he was great Before we left , I used the restroom . One of the things you expect is slow service at the end of the night. But waiting over 30 mins Aug 3rd 9:00-9:10 the people here totally ignore on a order that was to go. (Small order) but another group came in behind and they got seated and served quickly. I don't want to insist racism but seriously, 30 plus minutes to get an order out plus waiting for that order to made. This is my 3rd time ordering online and I wasn't surprised. One of our orders is a Get Your Fixin' Country Fried Steak Dinner with a side of Seasonal Fruit. Not only did they forget about the side, they barely gave us gravy. I want to preface this review by saying the atmosphere was great, music, cleanliness, and overall service was fine. I've been to this location before and I've had good experiences. However, this last visit was extremely disappointing. We had a group of four and a child and only two of us ordered actual plates (omelettes) while the other two got pancakes. After time had passed we started wondering where the food was. I looked over to the kitchen and noticed two plates on a tray under the heat lamp. It looked like the two omelettes but no pancakes. After ten minutes the server still had not delivered the food but they were still under the heat lamp. Eventually he went over and removed the tray and placed it on the counter. We thought the food was finally coming. He left the tray there for another 10 minutes! At that point he hadn't even bothered checking in with us because we also wanted to send back the cold brews. They were extremely acidic. When he did come by to tell us the food (pancakes) were almost ready we switched out two cold brews for a mango smoothie and an Oj. The smoothie came in a broken glass so that had to be replaced and still no food. When I looked back at the kitchen the tray with our two omelettes were still sitting there on the counter. To make this long story shorter he eventually brought the food and it did not look appetizing as the omelettes were dried out and avocado had browned. I sent it back and he was apologetic but did not offer to remake anything. He just brought us our check and we weren't charged for the omelette or smoothie. read more

Oh my, we've had the greatest experience at Dennys today and I can't wait to share! Came here on a lunch hour and got seated right away. It was very clean inside. Our server Jesse gave us the most excellent customer service! Comparable to a 5-star resort customer service. He was very good with customers, and extremely friendly. It seemed like they really have a good team going today. Food came out fast, was fresh and definitely satisfying! As usual, Denny's coffee is still the best. The service here leaves a lot to be desired, speaking on the To go service. I placed a to go order in the restaurant, and it was the worst mistake. I waited over 30 minutes for my order, which was partially put together on the assembly line . I had to get the attention of a manger to ask about my order. I think it's just very unorganized, but the food was lukewarm, but decent. If I go again, I'll try to dine in maybe that'll have a better outcome. read more

I ordered a side of pancakes to go. I went to the restroom. I came back my pancakes was sitting on the counter by the register. They were cold cakes instead of hot cakes. Also, hats off to the cooks as the 55+ omelet that I had was excellent! I asked for salsa to go with it but it was so flavorful, I didn't need it. I was once driving back from San Diego to Palm Springs, in a horrible rain storm, and just needed to get a break from driving in such terrible weather. Thsnkfully I found a Dennys just off the hiway so stopped in. And I'm glad I did..I had one of the best meals I have ever had..I had the cheese omlette, with bacon and a side of hash browns. The bacon was delicious. Cooked nice and crispy. The hash browns were cooked to perfection. And the omlette could not have been any better. With hot, melted cheese inside. This location has actually been a great spot for the fam when we want a quick breakfast. If you haven't already found out, they don't do their free birthday grand slam on your birthday anymore... you need to sign up for their email club which is lame because neither my mother in law or I received an email for us this year.. however, last year the server was nice enough to still honor it for us. Aside from that, the staff is awesome and the location is clean. It still definitely gets busy at times, however, we always try to come before the crowds.
