Worst service I have yet to witness!!!!! I don't know if they are understaffed overnight but the older women can't handle that volume alone. My friend and I decided to stop at Denny's since we haven't been there in a while. 2 waitresses, Nicole and Brandy worked as a team. My friend asked for a refill of her raspberry ice tea, she got the refill after her all of her food was already gone. I asked for the check and a to go box. Nicole brought us the check. If the power goes out and you are cold, wet, and hungry, then this is the place to go. They seem to be the only restaurant with power after an extensive power outage. Our waiter was nice and had a great attitude. They are under staffed or poorly managed maybe even both. We waited around 45 min for a burger and a salad. The salad made me pretty sick afterwards and the fries that came out with the burger where old and burnt, luckily there were only 7 or 8 of them. i went to go eat here last night around 2 ish am. the service was horrible my bf and were waiting for a table for 45 mins. the hostess kept walking by us and refused to do her job to sit us. then the hostess finally came up to us and said i need to clean more tables before i sit you. which thier were plenty of empty tables available. the hostess kept walking around the empty tables while we were watching her . so then we decided to leave and make an online order instead. we waited for another 25 mins. til our order was ready. once it said our order was completed my bf and i went inside to go pick it up. i got the conformation by an email saying my order was completed. we waited for another 25 mins for the hostess to come talk to us. then we told her the name of the order and she said we dont have your online order. i showed her the email saying my order was completed. the hostess said well our manager isnt here so you can call tmwr morning and speak with him about getting your money back. what really pissed me off was that they were able to do uber eats and door dash online orders perfectly fine but when i ordered online on the website my order is no where to be found. but uber and door dash onlines orders was successful. overall i will never go back at that location again. i am also writing a letter to the manger about this situation and how to get my money back. overall i wasted two hours at dennys. dont go to dennys late at night because its a nightmare and the employees are lazy and dont want to do their job. read more

Been to this Denny's twice with my kids. The service was great both times, but the food takes forever to come out. I ordered right when the waitress came over to the table, and it took about 25 minutes for the food to come out when it was hardly busy as it was a slow Friday morning both times. The food was OK. The pancakes were hard to cut, even with a butter knife! Either they were sitting at the window for awhile or on the grill too long. They seemed a little rubbery. A friend and I went in to this location because we were at Kohl's and it is in the same parking lot. We were sat quickly but it was a few minutes before anyone took a drink order or anything. Two servers were working as a team (Brandy and Nicole) which you'd think service would be outstanding considering these two had a total of 6 customers the whole time we were in. I had asked for a refill on my drink and it took a whole 30 minutes to get it, by then my food was already gone. I ended up drinking water I had brought in my diaper bag for my daughters bottles. I shouldn't have to bring my own beverage to a restaurant. My friend had requested a box-we waited a good 15-20 minutes for the box. The servers were up front, socializing. They greeted other guests and served other tables as we were waiting for this box and were trying to get their attention. One of them finally asked "do you want a box?.." seriously!? ‍‍we also requested separate checks as we normally do and my friends check had the whole appetizer on her check but to hunt these people down to ask for it to be fixed was next to impossible. Good if you want breakfast late at night. after a certain time they change their menu don't know why. For breakfast items they are good anything else off the menu taste like they just pulled it from the freezer or a can. Prices are pretty good. However at about 2am a group of what they like to call themselves goths, which they are the saddest looking goths I ever seen, I know because I worked with one of them. about 20 of them come in a few times a week, they are just a bunch of overgrown kids in eyeliner and bad clothes. They don't even have nice goth clothes. If they were a bunch of real goths with nice clothes I could handle that (and I am not even goth lol) So avoid Denny's at about 2am. The staff at that time look like bums, the tables are sticky and make sure you check your silverware to see if it is clean. The staff is friendly I will give them that. And there seems to be a bit of a wait for your food. So if you are drunk or you think you are goth have a bite. If you want decent food and a good price go during the day. read more

Dennys is great especially late at night since nothing else is open. It's my go to place to eat when I'm on a road trip, because I love the food there and I know whats good. They have nice small dishes you can order from their 2,4,6,8 menu. This one like most of them is an older building, so its gloomy and tacky, that's why only 4 stars, but the food is what matters most. If they renovated, I would change to 5 stars. read more

Today is the 11th of November,2017. My husband and I went for breakfast. I ordered scrambled eggs, wheat toast and extra crispy bacon. While waiting for our food our waitress Jennifer brought the table beside us their meal and dropped their plate, knocking over her drink and breaking the glass. The poor woman had glass and apple juice all over her. Our food came and i had over easy eggs that were cold, bacon that was barely cooked. It was aweful. Extremely unhappy with the wait. I understood the kitchen being backed up for 45 minutes because things happen. But to tell us you are waiting for a bigger table to sit a party of five, sit three parties that range from 3-4 guests at open booths then seat us at a same size booth as those parties 50 minutes later and just pull a chair at the end is ridiculous. I went to Dennys for a quick breakfast. It came as ordered, 2 scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon and a grilled English muffin. My only complaint is the bacon was ?? not sure what happened, maybe it was leftover from the day before. It was very chewy, did not eat it. Everything else was good, hot and more than I could eat. I have ordered couple of omelettes online for pickup and the website said the order is ready to pickup at a time but when I reached the order was not ready. Went there last night,late night after a concert. We got there at about 115 am. We waited about 15 mins to be seated, once seated greeted by a unfriendly waitress, served shitty coffee. Once ordered we waiting over 45 minutes to even get food. Once my friends food arrive we continued to wait for the rest of our food. So over a hour of waiting we finally got some of our food. But wasn't even correctly placed, it was cold, and tasted like it had been sitting there for a while. Needless to say we ended up leaving along with two other tables.
