I don't particularly like it here. Me and my family have come here a few times as it is local and makes for a quick meal. The first time really was because a family friend worked there I think. It was terrible the first time; we waited to long to be seated, waited to long for the drinks, and when the waitress finally brought our food it was extremely late and it was subpar at best. More recently we went hoping things had changed and they had. We were seated quicker, got our drinks fasted and the food arrived a lot faster. All in all, it was an okay experience. read more

Drive away is all I can say. This had to be the most awful Denny's I have eaten at. We both had sandwiches an fries. First off the fries were so soggy they looked like they were old left overs that had been re deep fried as there were 3 different kinds of fries on the plate. Then the bacon was so greasy an uncooked it was Im possible to eat. Now not to mention the tomato butts ( the top of the tomato the core) that were on both of the sandwiches. How hard is it to cut the ends off a tomato or throw them away..come on people. Absolutely disgusting. Won't be stopping there ever again.. read more

I stopped at this Denny's on Wednesday morning- at about 12:10 AM. I was the only person in the restaurant- although I did see a cook standing in the back kitchen. I waited around for 10 minutes but I never did see any waitresses anywhere. I walked around in the seating area but no one was there. I finally gave up and left the restaurant. I went and ate at the Subway shop which is in the adjoining building. The next morning I would have liked to have eaten at this Denny's- but I was still mad from the night before. read more

Staff was friendly once they actually realized you're there. Took 5 min of me waiting at the front register for myself and my newborn who wanted out of his car seat, to be acknowledged. After the acknowledgment from the COOK area, it took another 10 min for me to sign for my ordered food and get them to make the drink they didn't see. We have been visiting this location for years. The restaurant is clean, food fairly priced and gives great customer service! Our favorite is their omelets, red skin potatoes, adding a fruit bowl and fresh strong coffee! We enjoy our visits, and they serve full breakfast menus any time of the day! read more

Wow were we surprised! We haven't been to a Denny's in many years so we were greatly surprised by the wonderful tasty hamburgers we ordered. Both the mushroom Swiss and bourbon burgers were some of the best we have tasted anywhere! We really get around, so this is saying a lot for us! Tons of ingredients, all served extra hot and delicious! The seasoned fries were well worth the few cents extra. Service was outstanding as well. We are very happy we stopped here on our travels back to Long Beach, WA. Thought we might be looking at a restaurant experience of maybe a 5, instead we got a 10!!!! read more

We received horrible service here. It took 5 minutes for someone to even come to the front to seat us, which should have been my first clue. It was about another 15 minutes of being seated before a scattered waitress came by and asked if she had taken out order or not. HUH? She didn't know if she had taken our order? Anyways, we ordered and then promptly heard another family complaining that they had been waiting an hour for their food. Sure enough about 45 minutes went by with nothing. At that point, the same scattered waitress walked by 3 times and indicated that she would bring our food shortly. We could see it out ready to be brought out, but yet her and another waitress were busy chatting. When she finally brought our food out, she was extremely rude and I admit that I snapped at her. My son didn't get his eggs, and my daughter didn't get her toast. They assigned another waitress to us who fixed everything. Additionally, there are signs everywhere demanding masks, and we were asked to wear masks to our table even though we are fully vaccinated, yet the manager was walking around the restaurant without one. read more

This Denny's was literally at a truck stop in the middle of the mountains of Oregon. Never felt so much like "cityfolk" in my life as I oooohed and awwed at the goats walking around outside... or was it cows? I don't remember now, some sort of farm critters. Tallisa was an amazing waitress!!!! She didnt need a notepad and memorized all 4 of our orders and drinks and then cooked the meal! The food was freaking delicious. We had such an amazing atmosphere (we were the only ones there at 4am). The manager (if she isnt already from working there only 3 months) should give her massive amounts of appreciation for running this Dennys with such efficiency!!! Cant wait to eat here again! I ordered 1/2 order of nachos, hubby ordered 55+ club sandwich. His sandwich was not bad, fries were hot and crispy. My nachos DID NOT look like the menu picture, or have what was described. It was a bowl of chips smothered!!!! with cheese sauce, taco meat and sour cream. No pico salsa no cheddar cheese, no green onions. It was less appetizing than Taco Bell. When the waitress set the food down I said wheres the tomatoes? She departed quickly. No answer. Less than 10 minutes later she dropped checks at her 3 tables. No "how is everything ". Just a fly by. So the COOK doesn't know what was to go on the nachos and I think the waitress knew and choose not to confront him. When I paid our bill again no "how was everything ". She needs to grow some courage and she will be a much better person. read more

This is part of a Pilot truck stop. Good friendly staff who were working hard to serve two large groups and fit in we two. Had comfort food, served pretty quickly and all warm. The standard Dennys menu, good after long days drive. read more

So we were there yesterday on Christmas, which we drove down from Eugene to go to, Along with several other families all hanging out at the entrance only to find out that this was probably the only Denny's in the nation not open that day. I'm pretty sure even in the classic movie "Santa Claus" they go to a place like Denny's on Christmas Eve........ I plan on calling Corporate to see if a franchise is even allowed to do that.... as all over their website it states that all Denny's are open 365 days a year. I won't be going back. Might as well call it any other breakfast place as it basically let down their name on this one. Less the. Less then one star for us and 3 other families that were lined up yesterday with all their family members. read more

We stop at Denny's when we travel because we know what we are going to get. This made our experience at this store very disappointing. Our food sat in the window for quite awhile--long enough that the whipped butter would not melt on the pancakes. The eggs on one of the plates were cooked incorrectly and needed to be recooked. The sugar-free syrup still had the foil seal on it. I don't think it is appropriate to have a customer open the seal. Then I found a piece of plastic baked into my pancake. We will skip this Denny's in the future. read more

this is the second try on this dennys though improved from the last time still bad enough to give only two stars. the restaurant was not clean tables were dirty we were sitted by a lady who did not identify herself nor if she was a waitress or what then we sat for awhile before the waitress came to take our order. then we sat for a long time before our food came which my friends was cold. there were two other tables occupied and the waitress checked on the others but not us till the end and it took what seemed like forever to get the bill of which we got up went to the cash register to get the bill paid it and left i will never return to this restaurant again read more

This is the worst Denny's I have ever eaten at. The food was poorly prepared and was served cold. The waitress needs to be properly trained and had a good heart but zero skill at performing her job. The entire staff could use at least a week of proper training in order to get a decent meal onto a plate and out to the table. Shame on the owners for letting this place go so far downhill. Shame on the managers for not training the staff. And shame on you if you eat there...you would be better off eating sushi from a vending machine. read more

Fiance is a trucker so he took me riding with him for the first time. He said he had went to a Denny's before that had all you can eat and being from So Cal. I had never heard of that from a Dennys so we were anxious to try it out after alot of driving. Called before we came to ask if they had it so we drove up & Sat down & asked our hostess about the "fill em up" option she went to get that menu. They had several options but the one that stood out to me was the steak. Ordered that and the fiance ordered a pizza/spaghetti combo all you can eat special. When I finished mine, I asked for a second helping and our waiter looked completely puzzled. We asked about the fill em up menu and when he grabbed the menu, he was baffled, he had no idea about the all you can eat. After he went & asked, It turns out the only all you can eat was only the fish & chips or the spaghetti or the deal that was going on for a whole pizza/spaghetti. I was disappointed nonetheless, there was no fine print on the special menu. Steak was great though, though they really skimped on the broccoli & the fries & there was something chemical tasting in the chicken noodle soup & bread that came in my order. Fiance said the pizza and spaghetti wasn't good but not trash either. Both waiters seemed confused when asked about the menu the hostess had given us, so I don't know if its a miscommunication with employees or their new. Either way I wouldn't come back. read more
