Passing through from Wisconsin stopped in for breakfast. Our waitress Stacey was so nice and attentive she made our day. It's very refreshing to be made to feel so welcome. First time visit- Was great! Had to get my car serviced early on a Saturday morning and didn't want to starve while waiting. Would normally have gone to Cracker Barrel but they are super slow getting the food out and have gone downhill lately IMO, so I gave Denny's a shot: I must say I was very surprised (in a good way)- Had never been to this location and the last time I went to another Denny's was years ago. Very clean location, friendly staff and the food, a build your own grand slam, was very good- My server even asked if I wanted a to-go cup for the coffee I was drinking (without my asking) and poured me a fresh cup sans charge. Very kind host sat me down and lowered the blinds from the morning sun. My server was kind but when she returned with my order which had two eggs as part of it that cooked together tried to tell me to just cut them apart. The issue with cooking eggs that the white pool together either doesn't allow the whites to cook properly or the egg gets overcooked. As I kindly mentioned that cooking eggs like that not only can make the eggs cook improperly but the presentation looks bad. To me it is rushed and the quality is overlooked. The server noticed I was writing a review and showed concern because she takes pride in her service in which was noted in the way she interacted with me. She seemed to want to take what I have said and grow professionally. It is that some establishments get stuck in a pattern that quality and presentation is set aside and replaced with quantity and flavor. As in either way there are instances that quality will overtake presentation and quantity will overtake flavor. read more

Went to Denny's very early in the morning (5a) to get some breakfast before I went to the airport for a cross-country flight. The waitress was very nice and sat us right away but unfortunately, she could not get our order made. The cook was cleaning the grill and very brash. When asked when he could start the meal, he continued cleaning the grill and said he would start when he was ready. Very poor attitude and service by the cook. We told the waitress we had to leave and while in the parking lot, we found the night manager and we informed him about the cook's attitude and lack of service then we left and went to Waffle House for a very quick bite to eat. Just based on the service we got, I doubt we will ever go there again. read more

Coming back from my trip, I saw a 4 star Denny's and thought what could go wrong. As I walked in with my mother-in-law and husband, we stood and waited for 5-10 minutes before someone noticed us and came to seat us. Our waitress' name was Abbie and she came over soon to get our order and before she could get anyone else's, someone walked in and she ran to seat them before finishing our orders. She then walked over to the cooks screen and said " Alright got everyone's order, yay!" Finally, after spending endless time in the back, I raised my hand and waved her over and she got the REST of our orders. My food came out way earlier than the rest... Then, she asked the cook if he got the order for the 2 chicken skillets. He said no. So there we wait for another 30 ish minutes waiting for ALL of our food. Walking away with the tray, she just completely threw it at the ground and stared WTF. Also, some man asked for the bill and she kept yelling across the restaurant asking what he wanted and finally she came back and handed him a glass of milk and proceeded to say " oops I guess I'm gonna have a glass of milk in the fridge for awhile." Finally, going to pay the bill she dropped the bill and when she went to give us our change, she dropped it also. She was either drunk or didn't care about her work (she was on her phone half the time). We never got any more napkins or refills either. As entertaining as it was, I will never be back and neither should anyone. It deserves 0 stars. read more

Our waitress, Kathy, was great! We've been seated in her section twice this month and have received great service each time so two thumbs up. Our only complaint is that the entire waitstaff in this location constantly holds personal conversations with one another very loudly. You can hear them everywhere in the restaurant. One is behind the counter while another is in the serving area yet a loud conversation is going on between them across the room. No reflection on Kathy, though. She's one of our favs! Go Kathy!! The cook at this location is great, too. We've never had a bad meal. read more

This is a good Denny's. I eat here late night after gigs. It is pretty reliable. Very friendly wait staff. I usually get a club sandwich. It is usually too much food to eat that late at night. So I have a quarter of a sandwich for the next day. Recently had the T-bone and eggs.i was surprised at the large size of the steak. It was very good in flavor too. 3 star means A-okay. Okay.. our waitress didn't really seem to care about her job. She was very slow and my boyfriend/cousins milkshake didn't look like the picture, it didn't taste like we thought it would and it came after our food. And almost half of the work crew was smoking outside. Not too happy with my experience. I would recommend any other restaurant but here. Taco Bell and steak and shake are right next door.
