Not happy. Half hour sitting at the counter late this morning waiting for a veggie omelet. For some unexplained reason the order did not go into the computer. Yikes! Went here after leaving Bass Pro Shop. We haven't been to a Dennys in awhile..now we know why. This place is dirty..including the bathrooms. Food was nearly coming back up as it went down. We had country fried steak with eggs..buffalo chicken fingers..bacon cheeseburger and my oldest son had the pancake breakfast..now his was pretty good..but you can't go wrong with good ole pancakes and eggs. read more

I was not pleased with my service or food. The food tasted old and like it had it been sitting out, and our server reached over the partition to give us our beverages which was really upsetting and they almost spilled. We were surrounded by unbussed tables and it made the ability to enjoy our evening minimal. read more

Arrived after visiting the bass pro shops and have to say I'm very disappointed. First we sat down and I picked up my menu only to have syrup all over myself. Then our coffee cups had dried pink lipstick on them. After that throughout my meal I was just totally disgusted. Will not be back to this dennys ever again. read more

My friend and I come to Denny's often after we get off of work, usually around midnight. Almost always we have a waitress named Laura and she's absolutely the best. She remembers us every time we visit, and she even remembers our order, even if it's been months since we last came. She's 100% the best server I've ever had in the restaurant business and my friend and I always hope we have Laura. read more

Atilla literally ran the whole show. We've been here before with 3 other booths and the waitresses were frantic and stressed out. Now we have this man Atilla, holding down the fort and making sure everyone has what they need. Fast service, Perfect quality. As packed as it is he continues to stay calm. I had placed a to go order late at night afteer I had gotten off work, exhausted.. get home get under the sheets ready to watch a movie and eat my dinner, opened up the bag and it was not my order.. I was not exactly happy to put it lightly.. I work in the restaurant business so I know personally that these things happen but nonetheless I wasn't happy, I called bacck up and spoke with "Atilla" who was Extremely apologetic and asked what they could do to to fix things.. I still wasn't happy but was glad that I it truly seemed this guy cared. Put clothes back on, back in the car, drive back, as soon as I walked in he addressed me by name and again was sincerely apologetic, ha had the kitchen recook my food so it was Hot and also gave my my original order that had obviously been there for a while, he also asked me over and over what he could do to make me happy, I didn't know what to say bc rarely do you actually receive good customer service these days, so I said I don't know just throw some bacon in there, he said NO I've got you some bacon sausage extra toast etc etc.. I'll be honesst Atilla made an awful frustrating situation one where I drove home with a smile.. they should have this guy re-train every server in the restaurant. One more thing, while waiting for my food I noticed not only was he serving guests, he was washing dishes, ringing up guests and more... every once in a while you come across someone who restores your faith in humanity (and esp Cust Serv) and tonight was one of those nights for me.. Atilla needs a raise, he turned around a bad experience into one where I felt so strongly to write this review. read more

Horrible service. Attempted to eat here recently. Ordered water to start with. Waitress never brought it over. When it was time to order food, the waitress got side tracked while we were telling her our order and started cleaning other tables and then went back to the kitchen to grab a tables food. I want to give this location more then 1 star...food is always decent at a decent price. But customer service is HORRIBLE at night. My husband and I have been a few times and all the employees act like they don't want to be there. The times we've been there at night it's not busy, we get seated right away, and then we wait forever for someone to even come ask what we want to drink. Most recently we did an order online for pick up. Told us 20 minutes. Ok, cool...no problem. My husband goes in to pick it up and they tell him it will be about another 5 or 10 minutes. Again, no problem. Well we're waiting and waiting, he's never acknowledged again. He sees two cups sitting on the counter which happened to be our milkshakes. Just sitting there. They were liquid when we got them. About 40 minutes later they finally brought our food out to go. Meanwhile there were people who came to dine in and left before we got our order. I'm a pretty lenient and understanding person. But when we're told it will be another 5 to 10 minutes and in all actuality it wasn't...then on top of that, can't even address the customer to let them know what's going on or to apologize...then I have a problem. read more

Me my husband and my 5 year old stepdaughter went out for breakfast this Sunday morning. We understand that they were busy and had a wait time. We finally sat down and our server, Connie had taken our drink orders. She brought our drinks and brought my 5 year old daughter a glass cup. We asked for a Styrofoam cup for her because she is a kid and we are trying to refrain from any spills. She said she would bring us one and she didn't the whole entire time. Mind you, i don't normally complain but as a server myself, i observe other servers. She had 4 tables 2 people on three of the tables and than us. We aren't needy people at all. Just wanted simple things to enjoy our Sunday breakfast. Our food took ages and she did not come over one time and say "hey guys sorry about the wait" or anything to make us feel like our food was coming. By the time our food got out all of our drinks were empty and she said she would give us refills. I am 9 months pregnant and i really enjoy water with my breakfast especially with pancakes. After all they are a bread type of food. I carefully observed her and she filled other people's drinks up and just kept ignoring us. By the end of our meal we were very thirsty than she asked when she brought out the check if we wanted a coke to go. No thank you mam now we just want to get the heck out of here. I hate to even write a review on somebody but i was just very disappointed. read more

If you enjoy having diarrhea and unresponsive waitresses serve the prep work to getting said diarrhea to you while you sit around a bunch of customers who smell like they brought their pre meal diarrhea with them then Denny's is your place and that goes for every Denny's ever not just this one read more

Went to this Denny's tonight, service was awesome food not so much. I ordered double berry pancake special and my pancakes were completely raw in the middle oozing with pancake batter. Don't know what those short order cooks are smoking in that kitchen but I would never go back. read more

I USED to like this place alot, then today happened. I go there for an early lunch with my son & my dad. After waiting a few minutes the hostess seats us. 1. She CLEARLY saw my son & didn't even offer us a highchair. 2. After about 10 minutes the waitress comes to our table. She did NOT offer us a highchair, as she saw my son sitting in my lap(because we didn't have a highchair for him), so we grabbed a highchair. 3. Why did i have to ask for a kids menu? 4. The waitress never offered, we were patient but after she walked off, we called her over to ask for a kids menu. 5. Having JUST brought us our menus, before i even had a chance to look at the menu, the waitress asks if i know what i would like to eat. I said i haven't looked at it yet, so the waitress gave me attitude & said"you don't know what food you would like?" She's lucky my son was there or i wouldve cussed her out. HORRIBLE experience. When the food finally arrived, we had to ask for silverware, as we never got any before the food arrived. No offer of any refills or anything. Either someone was too high to do their job right, or they just didn't care. I didn't even finish my food, i boxed up my sons food, paid the bill & got the hell out of there a.s.a.p. I am basing this review solely on the waitress we had when we visited on November 14, 2014. If you ever visit this particular Denny's, beware of the waitress named "Cindy Pitbull." The only "Pitbullish" thing about her was her attitude. From the minute we walked in, she had an attitude. She was rude to a couple in the booth behind us. When she brought our food over, we asked for more creamer. We had to ask for more a second time before we finally got it. She never came over to ask how we liked our breakfast, and she only asked us if we wanted another cup of coffee when we were ready to leave - and that was only because the people in the booth behind us heard us and they told her that we never had a second cup. Even then, she acted like it would have been a bother if we had wanted another cup to go. I have been in retail for years and would never tolerate this waitress in my restaurant. There is no need to treat people that way. If you're having a bad day, don't let the public know and certainly DO NOT place "Pitbull" on your nametag to deter customers from bothering you. That is very unprofessional. In all fairness to the restaurant itself, our food was good, and hostess who brought us to our table was very nice. read more

Food was cold when delivered to table. I know they were busy, but should have had better service. If food had been hot or even warm, it would have been OK. Have been there many times, and this is the worst yet. Server never ask if we wanted fill up on coffee yet came to table next to us and filled theres up. Waitress Shirley needs to be retrained. Took several minutes standing at register in line to pay for a bad meal, which even made my day worse. read more
