Gross! We ordered 2 senior omelettes. They were horrible! Hardly any cheese at all. Full of grease. Looked like bacon bits instead of bacon. Toast was raw and not hardly toasted! It was soft not toast. Brown grease running out of omelettes and what's with no cheese Get a new cook! read more

The lady that worked @2:30AM on April 6th, was very deranged and rude overall. I waited on a to go order for 25 minutes when there was only one other couple dining in the restaurant. I politely asked if I could add 2 drinks to my order she then said "give me a minute." By the time she bagged my food she still had not added my drinks to my order and set my food on the counter in front of me as if I didn't ask if I could add 2 drinks to my order. Just went to Denny's and ate breakfast. Our server was fine. However when we went to pay their system went down and we tried 3 different banks and nothing would go through. The woman at the front desk stated, "it's not the system because I've been using it all day". As if to insinuate that we just have no money and cannot pay for the food. She got the manager who was also quite rude and "magically" the system started working again. It was great to be insulted at the end of our meal. I will absolutely never eat here again. read more

Panama City FL on Hwy 77 is very clean and the staff was very friendly and went above and beyond for us. Our Server Madison talked to my HS Senior daughter about college and was giving her so much info. On what to expect she was so sweet and so was the manager. The food was cooked just as it should have been and our glasses never went empty. Excellent service and the food was delicious! I drop in here every once in a while for a salad. It's usually a little late after I've been out having a good time. My girlfriend doesn't ever want to go there because It's always pretty cold in there. She has to bring a sweater and doesn't like having to wear a sweater in the summertime. Thinks, it looks funny. Their food is always consistent. Sometimes when it's late , they get kinda behind and you have to wait awhile for your food. But, they are 24 hours and there aren't many places open late in Panama City. read more

Get the value slam $4 and the biscuits and gravy $4 breakfast. You will get a biscuit and gravy, 2 bacon, 4 eggs, hash browns and two pancakes. All for 8 bucks! That's a steal. The restaurant is clean and so where the bathrooms. The waitress was nice enough and only forgot one drink. I do not really like their eggs. That powdered egg stuff. But get the over easy or something and you will get real eggs. Overall, it is a pretty standard Denny's that has been built recently. read more

Me and my sister has been to this Denny's multiple times in the past 2 months we have wanted the grilled cheese and soup no matter what time of the day we go in they do not have the soup ready so we had to order other things that we didn't really want today we went in we also still had to order something else other than what we really wanted and when we got our food it came to us lukewarmed almost cold the waiter did not come and check on us at all after we received our food we had to ask the cashier to get us a to-go box and for the check if you're going to have something on your menu that says that it is available from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. I suggest that you need to have it ready for them times and you also need to bring the food to your customers still hot so no I do not recommend going to this store and me and my sister will not be going back read more

We had breakfast there about a week ago and it was horrible. I ordered biscuit and gravy and it was not the white gravy they use to serve. I think it was a water based gravy and it was so salty you couldn't eat it. Our server sat our food down and went outside on a break, we could see him out side the window. After waiting about 15 minutes for our server to return I went to the front to find anyone who could get the manager. She finally came to our table and I told her how awful the gravy was. She comped our meal and we left. I know that this Denney's has had problems getting and keeping good help but after 3 months the service has not improved. The good servers are over worked. read more

This morn we showed up at dennys like we have on sat instead of sunday like we have almost every weekend to meet my daughter and her husband ,for 2 years we have been regulars , We enter took our regular seats in the corner circular booth and were told by the new waitress we couldn't set there, she got mad when to the back to talk to the manager , came back said it had to do with fire hazard. I aske why after 2 years it makes a difference no answer . My wife is handicapped and sets in a wheel chair conferrable at the flat entry space after every one else has entered, we like this booth because we have always used the same waitress who is a great person, the manager if he has come out and explained the new regulation if there was one we would have complied but we never saw him until he bought out order instead of letting our waitress, you tell he was pissed about what had happened , he was rude throwing the plate out on the table like dealing a deck of cards and left without saying a word. my daughter and my wifes food was cold when our waitress came back she ordered new eggs for them. Again the manager bought the new eggs saying nothing no apology ,my daughter thanked him twice only to receive a dirty look. I when to pay my bill 60 bucks he saw I was tell the person that was working the register of my experience he came and acted like he was working the other register no one was at I made sure he over heard my comments about him again he said nothing glad he didn't as I was ready to give him a piece of my mind , we saw him as we left , looked like he was using at our waitress . She is a sweet caring person and didn't disserve to be fussed at if there was a change in seating policy he should have been the one to come explain it instead of passing the buck. We spend between 30 to 100 dollars every sunday morn and have for 2 years less a couple months after he hurricane today we had my wifes brother and we came on sat as he will be leaving I the morn but we had intended to come back tomorrow with my daughter and her husband, We are considering cracker barrel to keep our regular waitress from being disciplined any farther. So I ordered a steak and eggs meals From Denny's.com and the bag comes sealed. When I opened the bag up there was a live fly inside. Mind you I eat at the restaurant weekly either inside or delivery. I called the store and spoke to the manager Will. I wasn't expecting anything other than to inform him. He proceeds to tell me the bag has holes inside of it. I told him ok but I was just calling to let you know. He made it seem like it was my fault the fly was in it. I proceeded to tell him I'm not a complainer as I travel all the time and eat out all the time at restaurants but as a manger I feel like you think I'm making it up and I'm offended. When I asked him what his name was only then he said what would you like me to do. I said at this point nothing and I will never come back there to eat.
