Worst experience ever. Our waitress was very nice and trying her best under the circumstances. The problem came when I spoke to their manager Mohammad. He was very unprofessional, and disrespectful. Especially towards women. I will not be returning and I would not recommend this restaurant. This is not the first time I had a poor experience. The problem never seemed to be with the waitresses always management. I just want to start by saying that I am food safety certified for being a manager at another restaurant. While it was not my food, but a nearby table, I saw them being served raw eggs. They were so bad basically the entire egg white was clear. I overheard the waitress nicely say I have talked to the manager and he said this is how you cook sunny side up eggs. I cannot believe that someone supposedly food safety certified would send out uncooked eggs. I am planning on contacting the Wisconsin health department about food safety. If a manager is cooking like this I am extremely worried about how employees are being trained. read more

We are eating foods without flour or sugar and at Denny's we were able to get the oatmeal with berries that we normally eat along with some tasty cooked eggs. read more

First and last time at a Denny's. I went to Denny's a while back and found out I had an allergic reaction to mushrooms while eating an omelet here. I went in anaphylactic shock, left in an ambulance to go to the hospital. I get a call the next day from here, telling me I have to pay my $8 tab or they can prosecute me with dining and dashing. We ate here with 13 of us altogether on our way home from a wedding in Waukesha. Our wait was very short at only ten minutes. We had Tianna as our waitress. She was very nice and kept our drinks full and brought anything we needed quickly. The food was great and all in all was a great experience. We live in Oklahoma, but if we ever came back to town, I would eat breakfast here again. read more

I'm from Chicago and never had Denny's before. I always thought it had a bad reputation, boy was I mistaken! I loved my experience here. Our waitress was extremely friendly and quick. Moreover, the food was excellent! I can't believe how much food they offer for such a small price. Service is usually good, employees are attentive and friendly. The problem I have with this Dennys is that the food always has a funny taste. It may just be me, but it almost taste like their grill needs a good cleaning of old grease. The last two times I ate there I had a hamburger and the meat also had a funny taste, almost like it was going bad. Did not eat it. Denny's used to be my go to place for breakfast, not anymore. Last night I seen the management treat a large group of customers in the most disrespectful manner. This large group of people were not being overly loud or acting disruptive. Came out Christmas eve and was seated promptly as there were several open tables. No waitress for 30 min before we got our drinks. The food was a 23 minute wait which would have been fine if it were true. We didnt stick around to find out after waiting an hour all together. Not good! read more

For what Denny's offers with food and the 24hr world. I would rate the food and service here a lot better then normal. They have recently remodeled the location. Maybe 6 months ago. With that being said, we have a hit or miss on the food/service. Few times we have gone he food was horrible and the service was absent. If you come when one of the waiter or waitress are in a good mood then you should have a good service. read more

The first issue with my experience is that the waiter did not bring out the main courses (french toast for one person and pancakes for another). Also, I asked for a gluten free english muffin and got one that was not gluten free, which could have made me very sick if I didn't notice it. On top of this, we had to wait 20 minutes for the check after we were done eating, and the person that finally brought us our check wasn't even our waiter. We sat here for 45 min waiting for our food and when our waitress finally brought our food she didn't even bring the whole meal because she forgot to put it in... and she showed absolutely no emotion what so ever the whole entire time we were there. Literally walked in waited 5 min just for someone to even aknowledge us. We were put at a table got our drinks and then our waitress walked away because we were still looking and we sat waited for 30min and left. Management saw us and didn't do anything. Never going to this dennys ever again. As a long time customer and resident, new Dennys bites! I used to love coming in here, then they went all "theme style" and eliminated classics. They claim the menu hasn't changed much, but the portions are puny and the taste and quality of ingredients sucks. Since the prices have gone up, the quality has actually gotten worse. They use majorly processed ingredients and still aren't cheap. They do offer some cheap options, but it's not at all the same. It tastes really bland. I miss the days when you would bite into a turkey sandwich and it had basil, oregano, things like thyme and thick salty gravy.. I understand times are changing and you have a new generation to feed, but still offer the classics, the way they used to be. Also, I hate to say it but the new remodel is something I want to run 20 miles away from. It doesn't meet the restaurants style or what I would expect from Dennys. The colors are dark and depressing and do not make me want to come. read more

I have been to this Denny's many times, this weekend I came in for my first time during the month of October with a large group of respectful, paying customers and was met by a man I have never seen before. The initial experience with this man whom I later found out was Mohammed the night manager and self proclaimed "owner" was a little off-putting. He seemed a bit rude and stand offish right from the beginning. It wasn't until more members of my group arrived that my dislike of this manager became ever more apparent. Mohammed the night manager was very rude to his staff,and later had a disagreement with some of his customers. Our server Kirstie was great, she dealt with our large group as well as one server can (management should have assigned a second) Kirstie was a pleasure to speak with, maintained excellent customer service, and did her best under the work conditions. I am appalled that a large well known chain can hire management like Mohammed to disgrace their reputation. I will not be returning to this location unless the management gets looked in to, I truly feel awful for his employees, and potential customers. read more
