This place was the worst Denny i ever been to during late night hours. Went in a party of 10 and the wait to get our food was forever. Literally slept on the table because of the wait of the food was so long. First of all , service was alright . Not the worst that I experienced in other store but could be improved. The food was disappointing. Burger patty was over cooked, burnt, and dry like a desert. Cheese was not even melted on the patty , literally was cold slice of cheese in the burger when it came out. After having many breakfasts lunches and dinners at this location I can confidently say that the service is always stellar here. Multiple times I've been here with my girlfriend and her grandmother and they never have an issue with service nor is there ever an issue splitting our bill and correcting dishes as they exit the kitchen. Servers always are attentive even with a packed seating and they're always ready for refills. We hope to keep coming here for a great space to relax. read more

I ordered through DoorDash a Dennys order. I ordered a medium well steak, with potatoes and over medium eggs. It offered a side of toast or pancakes. I selected pancakes (See the Doordash Order) When the order arrived the steak was visibly burnt, dry and I was unable to bite into the steak. (see pictures in Doordash chat) The egg was over hard so the yoke was solid. The potatoes was visibly burnt. No pancakes arrived. I took pictures and immediately made contact to DoorDash.. When I made chat contact I was immediately told no help. However I bypassed and sent the pictures and the condition of my food. I was immediately directed to a special department. I was told to allow 4-24 hours for a response. However, no response. I called in Saturday to dispute the $5 credit because the entire meal was unsatisfactory. The cycle response to allow 24 hours is what I received. I called Dennys. Spoke to the Manager Kim she stated she would make contact to DoorDash to issue the credit. However, no response, no follow up. By day 4 DoorDash agents have denied my refund and disconnect the call in my face. read more

I had their $4 chicken wraps with bbq sauce with fries on the side with ranch. I also had this Pancake Puppies with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. My friend invited me to have a late night snack and just have conversation and catch up. We didnt really have to wait that long for our food to come out. What I found strange is that our pancake puppies arrived first before our chicken wraps. For me that was odd because you would think the waitress would have the common sense to know that the vanilla ice cream would melt by the time we were done eating our chicken wraps. The least she couldve done was ask us if we wanted to eat the pancake puppies first or not. The food came to us without the simple common sense that most people do not eat dessert first. Unless she thought the pancake puppies was an actual meal itself. I dont think so....it has vanilla ice cream so its a dessert. She didnt come back to check up on us if we needed our waters filled. She proceeded to say we're trying to get tables cleared and apparently someone threw up at one of the of the tables, hence part of the smell situation. I walked out and as I was getting into my vehicle there was an employee outside that spoke to me. I told him that the restaurant was an absolute disgrace to the neighborhood and that the community deserved better. Baldeep is our server ( I'm still eating) and she's incredible! We not only enjoy the food here but their service is excellent. She's always coming back to check on us if there's anything else we like, offering us coffee refills , etc. And she's always smiling. I think we are going to cone back here. This review is only getting a 2 star because the waitress was friendly. However, the service was very slow and our experience was made worse by the homeless that came in and bugged the waitress so much that she couldn't serve us as fast as she could have. Food was okay but they got my order wrong the first time and gave me regular eggs instead of the egg whites I ordered and didn't ask if I wanted butter on my French toast and just put it there and not wanting to make our breakfast take any longer I just didn't say anything about that. This is not a good Denny's they do not take pride in there work I order what I usually order Biscuits and gravy which wasn't made right and they put some type of sausages on there that I never ask for or had on my biscuit and gravy with there biscuits and gravy and whoever made the gravy can not cook it was not good. My hash browns where burnt literally and half of my food was not cook all the way done all my kids meat that came with the original grand slam taste like gas fumes, burnt and was not eatable.
