Myself, and my family decided to go have breakfast at the Denny's at 8707 Elk Grove Blvd. When we arrived at the diner we were seated immediately. The atmosphere was pleasant, and although they didn't offer the $5.99 value menu we particularly wanted, we still found excellent prices for what we ordered. The reason why I'm giving this Denny's a 5 out of 5 is because we had the pleasure of being waited on by a woman with the most kindest heart, and the sweetest disposition. Our waitress was named (Manal). This woman continously came to our table, and made sure that we had everything we needed for our meal. Manal made this one of the best experiences we've had in a very long time. We will definitely go back again, just to experience the excellent customer service she gave us throughout our visit. Thank you again Manal. Denny's is blessed to have such an excellent representation of customer service, and satisfaction! Hope to see you again! read more

Okay, Seriously? This was my first & last time coming to this DIVE! There were soo many bugs flying around, I spent more time swatting away bugs than I did eating. The manager/owner was on duty, watching me swat gnats, never came to our table to speak with us or APOLOGIZE! I ended up asking for a take out box. Bright Spot Alert!!! Alli, wonderfully personable waitress, professional, quick & efficient. She couldn't stop apologizing for the freakin' bugs! Manager/owner this is where you should be taking notes. I recently visited this location with my family, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. When I ordered nachos with fries instead of chips, the server said they couldn't accommodate the request due to the new management's policies. This was a letdown, as I've made similar substitutions at other locations without issue. We ordered our food and waited over 30 minutes, but eventually decided to leave without eating since the wait was excessive, especially given the restaurant was nearly empty. The staff cited the new management as the reason for the delays and inflexibility. Overall, our experience was marred by long wait times and inflexible service. Came in again. Had a great experience last time so I thought I'd give it another shot. Overall I'm very pleased with this restaurant! It's very clean and kept up. Food is fast and consistent. The service has always been great with no complaints! Only compliments :) One incident that did happen was a server was handing out the wrong food or the cooks were making it wrong. I was watching from afar. The manager handled it perfectly though. She went to the customer asked what was wrong and what she could do to help. She found out the order was put in wrong and got it fixed right away. Customers were definitely taken care of despite of how busy it seemed. I will definitely return again! read more

I'm gonna be real with ya... This Denny's is low key my favorite spot to get some pancakes & coffee & study at weird hours. Their coffee is good (usually) and if you come at the right time it's not usually busy. Honestly some of the servers are not "all smiles all the time" like you see at other restaurants. They aren't chipper or fake-nice they just take your order and bring your food and check, and refills. I've never had a problem with the service it's always quick and no-nonsense which I appreciate. The grand slam lives up to its name cause it actually slams. Don't tell anybody I eat at Dennys 3 times a week but low key I recommend this as the pinnacle of late night dining!! read more

I frequent this Denny's often. I hardly wrote reviews but this place deserves my time. The food is always so yummy. Today I ordered an Ultimate Omelet with Hash browns and 7grain toast. So crispy, so HUGE and so delish. I usually get a Moons Over My Hammy which hits the spot every time. Felicia served me today. So attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. I came and ate by myself but that's ok because I know my girls were going to keep me entertained. Adriana came by and we chatted for a bit. She's got the best jokes!!! So clean, friendly, and delish. There is a cool sub room around the back from the main room where you can study. sometimes it is closed off and this really helps with the noise. you can also reserve it for a group. This is not the room in the back that is open but the one closer to the front door/parking area. The food is just average, like all other denny's not good, not bad. The service is average too. For the room the don't seem to kick you out, even after hours upon hours of being there. That might not work for you but it has for us. Be careful as you need to order food and drinks to stay there. I work down the street from here and this is always a quick, easy go to. The quality is good the service is efficient and the price is right. I don't know who needs to hear this but y'all are sleeping on the cinnamon roll pancakes!!! Those are the delightful, fluffy, sweet gems. Like a cinnamon roll pancake and French toast had a baby!!! I'm telling you they are legit. Let's be honest you aren't going to Dennys for a fine dinning experience you want good greasy food for a good price. Well this is it. i will not be eating at dennys due to the racial profiling in SD, shame on you dennys, you had a tag team wife ( server refusing to serve black truckers) husband (general manager who wasnt even on scene) calling the cops on the 2 gentlemen and making up stuff and both of those dennys workers are still employed. well guess what ? now you have a tag team of lawyers on the side of the 2 customers who were racially profiled. Great service. Great food. Friendly people. We stopped for breakfast after a week long camping trip, then subsequent graduation ceremony and dinner ( elsewhere). We were greeted in moments and had a table in under a minute. A big guy got our drinks after we sat down also in under a minute. Naz was out server and quickly took our order. Mushroom really shine in this dish. Something new they have for fall is Pumpkin Cheesecake. Now im like Kevonstage. I dabble here in there with a lil Pumpkin and this Cheesecake yes please!! Now just like their chocolate mousse cake for the price, gone held and give me a extra Lil sliver!!

I selected the Rigatoni, Five Cheese Marinara, and a total of four Italian Sausages. The pasta dish was satisfying and tasty. I also enjoyed the never-ending bowls of flavorful soups. I was going between the Pasta e Fagioli and Chicken & Gnocchi, because they were both so delicious. The server during my dining experience was Cena. Her hospitality was beyond amiable, kind, and attentive. She ensured that I was taken care of as a guest and handled every single need in a quick manner. The interior of the restaurant was inviting and clean. I loved the entertaining music played throughout the restaurant. The price point of the food was reasonable. Parking was quite easy and accessible. Olive Garden Italian Kitchen is literally one of my favorite chain restaurants. I will be returning to this specific location in the near future.

I just went in to pick up a drink my wife ordered...friendle serverd by the wsy.... & ig hit me ...the fresh smell of weed...turns out there is a group of women on the patio by yhe drink stston just tking away....then an employee opens the door to check on them & the smell got really bad.... Why is this allowed, Panera? This location was were there was the sjooting happened....guess the law means nothing in this part of Sac...you can keep it!
