Walked in with a server yelling, "why are we seating people? We're on a hold in a kitchen!" And another server asked a seated customer, "we are on a 50 minute ticket turn-around right now, you sure you still want your slammich?" A lot of dirty tables waiting to be cleaned, top it off with employees making customers feel bad for walking in to fund their paychecks. We came on a sunday and waited 10/15 min to be seated. we waited another 15/20 min just to be asked what kind of drinks we were wanting & ordered our food at the same time. We waited about an hour for our food to come out and everything was ROOM TEMPERATURE at best. My bacon tasted like it was cooked and put in a fridge to cool down, the burger ordered tasted weird & they charged me .99 for fries that come with the meal? the eggs were disgusting giving that the food came out cold. when it was time for paying, our tickets were messed up completely. adding meals onto more than one ticket and when asked to be fixed, we waited 15 min until we walked up to the front to speak to a manager ourselves. i will not be returning. read more

It's been a loooong time since I've eaten here. However, over the years I ate there they always had awesome servers, the food tasted just like the food you went out to get lol. The restaurant is normally pretty clean as far as I've ever experienced. Id eat there for Breakfast tomorrow.... If I wasn't broker than the Joker. Lololol. 5 stars, because they've been good to me. They're consistently reliable when I just need some food. That being said, I'm sure there's "bad" Denny's around, but it's the management and cooks who should probably be used car salesmen and have no business in the back idk. Lolz. GO EAT. On the other hand the Food when we received our eggs and hash browns were cold and by the time we had waited we tried to enjoy instead of letting our waiter know. The chocolate chip pancakes were not good in my personal opinion and the French toast were really good. If Food would have been hot it I would have given a 5 star review. read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would, let me start off with the service. It took us 15 minutes to be seated, which is reasonable as it is lunchtime on Sunday, family day. After we were seated no one greeted us or got our drink order after 10 minutes of waiting. Another server not ours came by since he saw we were looking around wondering who our server was. He was nice and got our drinks, didn't catch his name. Finally our server came quickly got our food order and disappeared. Mind you the restaurant was extremely busy so we had patience at first with the kitchen. No waitress in sight, had to flag her down just to get refills. Slowly after an hour and half ticked by, the whole restaurant seemed to have left and it was just my party and a slim few other tables. Our food finally arrived except for my sisters plate. A lot of our meal was cold. Cold pancakes, cold hash browns, cold biscuits and gravy. Which you would expect to be steaming hot. I asked for another side of HOT gravy to pour over my biscuits to make it somewhat edible. The additional gravy was not hot and it was added to my bill (the manager took it off at the end). The pancakes also were rubbery and cold. Hardly edible and most of my party had pancakes with their order. After everyone had tried to eat this cold food since we were so hungry, my sister had still not received her meal. After waiting and seeing other tables receive food we were getting frustrated and out of patience with the kitchen and staff. When it came out it was also wrong, we requested over easy they gave us scrambled. We didn't want the food anymore since everyone was already done. Multiple team members mentioning they would get a manager and we still had to wait to even talk to her. She was apologetic and nice but it couldn't remedy the fact we had waited for so long for our meals only for them to come out cold. She did offer a discount for our meals but in my opinion I didn't want to pay for such a bad tasting, cold food. On top of this experience the restaurant was not very clean. The restrooms were dirty and looked like they hadn't been touched up or cleaned since the night before. When my sister was trying to eat her late meal in the almost empty restaurant a team member was moping next to us with a disgusting smelling mop water. If that's the kind of mop water they are using I can only wonder the cleanliness of the kitchen. I was extremely disappointed with my experience and will never be returning. Spend your money elsewhere or find another Dennys. NOT THIS ONE. read more

The service is amazing! We were seated almost right away and our server, Maria, was very accommodating and assisted us often. The food was good, a little pricey, but well cooked, albeit a few things were a little burnt. I will say, however, that you should avoid coming on a holiday, as when I came to eat here Easter Sunday the place was packed and I had to walk out before I even got a menu! Usually come here for dinner and service is usually slightly lacking but today I came for dinner with friends and food was super depressing, I ordered a "Classic Sampler" and was not happy with the outcome, server has to make more ranch because they were out, which my friends come here exclusively for the ranch. Another friend ordered an order of Cheese Sticks and more than half of the Cheese sticks were hollow! Worst experience at this Dennys so far, surprisingly service wasn't as bad this time but the food wasn't great..... I've never been a big fan of Denny's, any location. I never have a good dining experience. The food and customer service are never to my liking. The food always have an earthy, musty taste. Also, the night we dined here, the waitresses were having an argument. One of the new workers, who was shadowing the senior waitress, was embarrassed because of the senior waitress' rude behavior. Now forgive me for only posting 1 picture but it was because we were SOOO hungry! Let me start off by saying there were A LOT of people waiting BUT I will say... the crew got the people in and out (Thank you) because we were hungry lol. Word of advice... wear a coat or a large sweater because it's cold in there ... or maybe a hot cup of coffee or cocoa lol Let me start off by saying it wasn't too noisy in there and clean... they have the customers separated and i for 1 appreciate the care! The food was excellent!!! We ordered cinnamon pancakes and sausage, scrambled eggs with cheese and hash brown on the side. Me myself and I ordered a t bone steak and eggs over easy..... delicious and perfectly cooked (thank you chef) we the customers appreciate you!! The waitresses were SOOOO sweet and kept coming by to ask if we needed anything.... Now THATS customer service for you!! Thank you because that went over VERY well with me!! Got the chicken fried steak, vegetable medley and mashed potatoes. Everything was superb and cooked with love. Chicken seasoned & juicy vegetables awesome flavor potatoes creamy and hearty. The only thumbs down was the orange juice tasted bitter. Switched to strawberry lemonade which tasted like 90%water, 5% lemonade, and 5% strawberry 0% sugar.
