Make sure to ask for a discount or replacement food after the staff let's one of their kids come to your table and try to grab your plates or drink. Ridiculous that a restaurant allows them to bring their kids to work and run frantic throughout without consequences and then when I ask them to remove him I'm being rude. read more

I ordered the original Grand Slam. 1. Pancakes 5 stars 2. Eggs 4 stars 3. Bacon 0 stars 4. Sausage 1 star Service: 1. Denny's had very few patrons. It took 10-15 minutes for the food server lady to take my order. It took a while to get my order brought to my table. The food server disappeared after she served my food. I won't say much more at this point other than Denny's should look into how employees are trained. 1 star P.S. I wonder if my food server was the actual cook in the kitchen. We tried the new skillets they have the California Taco and the beef one and they were really good. Service was kinda slow on the drink refills. We've came here a couple times and guess one of the servers or cooks didn't have a babysitter again because they had the same little kidd running through the kitchen area and up to tables. Weirdest/ worst Denny experience I've probably ever had. Now this was a late night 2am on a Monday so days could be a different experience. Walked in and didn't have anyone seat/ greet us for almost 5min. Finally a kid pops up out of a booth in an undershirt dragging his feet with AirPods in his ears. Does a "hand wash" just water no soap and then walks us to a booth. When walking through the dining room every single table except for ours was stacked with dishes. Basically like every time a guest left he never cleared the table for the whole night he just went back to his booth and napped or played on his phone. After being seated he disappeared to his booth out of sight again. Upon opening the menu there was a crusty whipped cream substance sticking the pages together. 15min later I think he remembered we were there and asked if we were ready to order "his AirPods still in and on the phone with someone else". Food was typical dennys which is solid. The guy just kept going to his booth and hiding out of sight. Eventually after the lack of service I started walking in the kitchen and getting my own soda refills, if I hadn't I'm sure I would have never gotten one at all. If it wasn't for the cook in the back that looked like he at least cared about his job I would have walked out, honestly probably should have. Probably could have walked out without paying and the "server" wouldnt have even noticed. Next time I'll just go to the slightly less safe Dennys on S 1st street where all the hookers and pimps eat late night. At least there won't be 10 tables covered in old dishes attracting flies and I won't have to walk into the kitchen to get my own refill on a drink. Shoot they probably even wash their hands with soap over there ‍ All I know is I won't be going back to this location lol read more

Elvia was AWESOME. Handled a big group of 16 with ease and effenciency. She was fast, friendly and cheerful. in addition the group was made up of Deaf and hearing people. GREAT JOB ELVIA. We came around 4:30AM two days. The host was friendly and she greeted us to showed us to the table. The food quality is much better than a Sunday morning breakfast. The kitchen had one cook but he did a very good jobs. The eggs were not overcooked, the hash browns was not burnt, and the french toast was awesome. We repeated the same late night breakfast yesterday at 2AM. The experience was the same. Usually, I'm not a fan of franchise diners. However, this particular Denny's has good service and accommodations. Bryan was friendly, responsive, and helpful with a smile. Even when I didn't realize that the soup of the day wasn't chicken noodle soup, which was the only one I could eat, he didn't make a fuss with my order and continued to deliver beyond my expectations. To top it off, he must have checked on me at last four or five times to ensure I was taken care of and/or in case I had any requests for food, water, etc. He also shared his recommendations on what to order and let me sit in the private room to eat and work (with a power outlet for my laptop) before our meeting there in the evening. The private room is large enough to seat 22 people with extra chairs along the walls for a meeting, whether it's for Toastmasters or a special occasion, with a built-in projector and screen. I'm a fan of breakfast and the value menu has some great deals. Who can resist All You Can Eat Pancakes ($4) that are ultra-fluffy? There are two menus and make sure you know which day it is for soups especially if you have any allergies. Parking is ample in the shared lot in the back. The place, including its restrooms, are clean. Plus, it's open 24-7 when you need a pit-stop. read more
