We originally came here for dessert as it was one of the few places open after 12am. When we arrived the restaurant was still considerably empty for a Friday morning, definitely nothing compared to the usual 8am-12pm breakfast crowd. Our party of five got seated immediately upon arrival but that was pretty much the only redeeming moment during our whole time there. We first ordered a round of waters for the table and then continued to look through the menu. Some 3-4 minutes later our server returns and tells us that the water will take some time as there was some malfunction with the machines. This is understandable, so we let this one slide. We proceed to order our desserts. Between the five of us we had ordered pancake puppies, one sundae, one banana split, one cookies and cream milkshake, and one apple crumble (?). Our server returned after some considerable time with the pancake puppies, sundae, and apple crumble. She then informed us that they had run out of bananas so we opted for another sundae instead. At this time, there were now three out of the five of us with their desserts at the table with no utensils to eat them with. She came back with four sets of utensils, which she brought some five to ten minutes later along with our sundae and the milkshake. At this point, their desserts had all melted a considerable amount since they all contained ice cream. Since there were only four sets and five of us, we had asked if she could bring us another set. She didn't come back with another set of utensils. I figured it would be best if we started eating our ice cream before it melted so I took the spoon while my friend settled for the fork. We had to flag her down a second time another five minutes later and ask for it again, as she forgot that she didn't already bring us one. By this time, we were halfway done with our sundae already. Another thing worth mentioning is that our sundae and our friend's milkshake had come in a different glass as our other friend's sundae, as they had 'run out' of their glasses. Now, I've been to Denny's enough times to know that their milkshakes come in a large glass accompanied by a tin that contains the excess milkshake. Instead all my friend got was a tiny glass, no tin, and no straw either. We didn't want to have to wait another half hour for our check so we just went straight up to the counter, where, surprise surprise, they still ended up charging me for that banana split. Although they did correct it, my opinion of this Denny's has forever been tainted by this experience. I don't expect to be back soon and if for some reason I am back soon, I can only hope that the service will have improved greatly by then. read more

The younger Hispanic woman said this. How can a server say that to someone. Then I ordered a hot chocolate and they gave it to me at the end of my meal COLD. I have NEVER written a review on service at any Denny's, and have visited Denny's Restaurants for over twenty years, service at Denny's has been ok overall. But I wanted to take the time to write a review on an exceptional experience with your waitress, Melanie. She was extraordinary. She brought items salt, pepper, hot sauce, etc. without being asked, and actually came back to check to see if we needed refills on coffee, water, etc. Wanted you and Melanie to know that we so appreciated your extraordinary attentiveness and service. Do yourself a favor and do not go here. I've been here a handful of times, trying to give it some chances but I've come to the conclusion that this location is an absolute waste of time and money. Based on my last visit this past weekend, I would give it 0 stars if I could. The food is good, don't get me wrong, but go to a different Denny's for your own sake. The only nice part about our past visit was our waiter, Francisco, who was an absolute sweetheart. I'm assuming he was new based on how the host Mari-something yelled at him in front of all the customers, but he did a great job and was very polite. Rating on Safety and Security: My boyfriend just ordered food for pickup an hour ago and once he walked by the parking lot, a guy pulled a GUN to his head. He searched my boyfriend asking for his money, but he only had his card. So he stole his food instead and kept the gun pointed at him until he left. I am surprised that Dennys did not have anyone paying attention to their security cameras or even any guards. I remember seeing 1 guard there before but yet somehow my boyfriend was put in danger. This has been remodeled and looks great! We walked in and about 4 or 5 servers were chatting at the front counter with their back to the door. I just ordered the biscuit and gravy to go with extra gravy and gravy on my hash browns poached eggs and I got the opposite over easy eggs no extra gravy no gravy on my hasbrowns instead I got cheddar cheese. Me and a friend decided to stop by this place because most places were already closed at this time. Upon arriving I was already put into a bad mood because of some douchebag in a Mustang thought it would be nice to park directly in the middle of two parking spaces. The thing is when I arrived he was already parked and still in his car and there were two spaces. He was parked in one space and the other space was empty. As I try to pull in and park, he turns on his car and repositions it so that it was directly in the middle of the 2 spaces. Like seriously? So walking in, I was already agitated. The host said wait here for a minute. There were a bunch of other people in front of us waiting to get seated as well. Minutes passed by, and no one came to seat us, the restaurant was pretty much empty. The manager was just walking around doing nothing. Can you at least help us get seated or something?
