Horrible customer service waited 15 minutes for them to take our order and once we ordered we ended canceling our order after waiting over 25 minutes we called the waitress over to cancel manager Nelly yelled from the kitchen out loud why we cancelled waitress said because it's been 25 minutes since they ordered and they still ended charging us for the lemonades we got. Which in all fairness we should of just walked out on the service. read more

I have been waiting for the grand opening and finally the day has come! We came in this morning to have breakfast and everyone here is so wonderful, our waitress Reina was amazing! They have a $6 limited coffee mug promotion and I sure got me one! If you buy one you get free coffee for a month as long as you bring it in. Our breakfast dine in experience was so wonderful! Service was good. Super packed but I don't know why now. First time ordering here. Horrible food portion. My country fried steak was so small. My egg was bigger than the country fried steak. The steak was so greasy also. My crepe was so small as well at regular price which I thought came that way because it was added with the steak. Very dissatisfied with the price with the portions so SMALL. Paid $17 for the country friend steak with hash and one egg & $5 for the crepe. BUT I FINALLY found the best Dennys in Arizona! I recently moved to the area and ever since I come to Dennys every Sunday like the old days! Everyone that works here is happy! We didn't even eat, his staff was so rude and threw our menus on the table and they fell on the floor. I understand they were busy but customer service should always be first. I called in to place an order, and they were about to take it, but then they found out I wanted to order the free grand slam for veterans day, so then they told me I had to come in to place the order. I said ok and hung up, and then I headed to the restaurant. I thought it was a bit odd to have different rules for veterans, but figured they didn't want to make food for free in case someone didn't show. I got to the denny's which is only a 5 minute drive, and asked to put in my order in person. The guy at the desk said they stopped the deal at noon (it's 2pm). I said " well ok, then why did you guys just tell me to come in to order instead of letting me know over the phone that the deal was over?" He shrugged, said "sorry." Then he chuckled and said "thank you for your service." Which felt a little like a mockery. On the one hand, I was asking for a free meal, I know. Came in for Sunday breakfast with family around 10am they were packed which we had to wait for like 20-25 minutes, is not bad we didn't mind waiting. Our server Mayra was great so sweet and nice very patient and helpful. Had order a grand slam with scrambled eggs, did feel like the eggs were a bit under cooked and once I told Mayra about it she took it back but I feel like the cooks they just scraped the eggs off the plate and cooked them again which when I got them back they were a bit burnt. I don't think that's a good things for them to just take it off the plate and just finish cooking it. But over all the service was ok they were busy so I don't blame the server but the cooks they need to do a better job. read more
