I decide to go out with my friends for a meal at Denny's after prom. I order a strawberry banana crepe and find hard sharpened plastic. The waiter is informed about the plastic I bit into and decided to give me free food. The bring out a second crepe to make up for our meal, unfortunately there is another piece of hard sharpened plastic in my meal. This is inexcusable and a shame. read more

This place is so generic. The service and the quality of food has done down. Went there Friday night and it wasn't busy. It took a while for a greeting and when I did, they said to wait. Walked with two other people and we were seated promptly by the hostess who then told us someone would be right over to get our drink order. After about 15 minutes watching several servers walking around talking, but not bothering to actually come to table to take our drink orders we finally decided to get up and walk out of the restaurant. However the restaurant was virtually empty, so it really couldn't have been a surprise that we were not served. This morning I stopped in with my son to grab a quick and wallet friendly bite. Our waitress, Lorraine, was amazing! She offered us orange juice and coffee as soon as we sat down, quick to take our order, she even asked if I'd like avocado on the side, brought out our plates with a few extra napkins, checked on us a few times, refilled our coffee promptly, but never bugged! I have been waited on by a few different people at this location over the past 6 months. The outcome is always the same, great food and fantastic service. It is clear that the staff works as a team and is a well oiled machine. There was a tiny mix up with my pancakes, but they were slammed and it was an understandable and promptly fixed situation. I ordered to go multiple times from this location and tonight was annoyingly disappointing. I called in because the website does not allow me to order online for some reason and when she repeated my order everything was correct. 20 minutes she said. I got there and ended up waiting over 50 minutes for my order and when the girl brought me my food she asked if everything was there. I looked and my fries were missing. She took it back and when she came back the fries were on top. I paid for an a la carte fries and got literally 10 pieces of fries in the container. And the French bread I paid extra for was missing.
