No complaints at all! This is the most amazing dentist office I have ever been to! From the first phone interaction I had, to in person, you can really tell they prioritize customer service and overall care for the kiddos. Upon calling to schedule an appointment for my son, the receptionist was super friendly and mentioned I would receive all paperwork online which would save me time upon my first visit. Amazing! I hate filling out any physical paperwork and this online system was easy to use and saved me from having to to arrive early to fill out paperwork in person. There is a shopping center where you can park and an old school elevator to go up or you can park on the street and access the office that way. There is a very nice play area for the kids to play in as you are waiting to be seen. We didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. Since it was our first time, they gave us a tour of the office. They have an arts and craft area, very vibrant walls throughout the office and tvs so your little ones can be distracted as they get work done. The dentist was super friendly and gentle with my son. She sang to him to keep him calm. After she was done, she explained any concerns and preventative care and gave us handouts to take home. My son was able to choose a toy once everything was done. He even ended up biting Dr. Jen's finger--but she handled the situation with so much patience, understanding, and grace. Judah didn't want anyone looking in his mouth, let alone cleaning his teeth, but Dr. Jen went above and beyond to make both kids feel safe and comfortable. The entire team was amazing and made sure the kids had plenty of distractions, from their favorite cartoons to fun, dental-themed toys.
