Best breakfast and lunch and been there over 50 times over 8 years. Owners, servers and cooks are all top notch. They have very accurate wait times on their site so even on busiest days you can reliably know when to arrive. Portions are always more than I can eat and the kids love the food and people. Last note is their Stuffing is probably the best thing I have ever tasted. I always order their stuffing for major holidays to have family say 'wow, your stuffing is amazing'! read more

6 of us ate at the depot restaurant last night. the service was terrible, waitress forgetting to bring drinks, sides of food that were never brought,etc. we had raved about the steaks to the four people with us, who had never been to the depot, the steaks were tough, no flavor. i went and spoke with the manager, he never came by to ask how everything was. we were so embarrassed that we brought our friends to this place. needless to say we won't be back, there are too many other restaurants in this area that have great food and service. read more

Came here on a busy Saturday afternoon. The waiting for two was about 25 mins or so. I got to admit, their waiting system is pretty futuristic. They would take down your name and phone number. Then it would text you a link showing what waiting order and time you are currently at. When it was your turn, they would call you. I had the 2 eggs with corned beef hash with home fries and a side order or cinnamon French toast. Their corned beef hash is a must have! It was so delicious. All you could taste was the very well blended seasoning. Their cinnamon french toast was good too. Not too eggy, it more of a cinnamon tasted to it. 2 of them could easily feed 2 people since it's very thicc and huge in slices. Wow, such a great place! We took a chance on our way through town. So glad we did. It was packed when we walked in so we knew the food must be good. One big brightly-lit room with booths and closely spaced tables... a buzz of conversation and activity. We were greeted immediately and waited only a short time for a table. The servers are amazing. Excellent stop! My family and I stopped here for breakfast today after seeing other Yelp reviews. We were so glad we stopped! As we each took our first bites we individually all said "ooo, wow," because it was so delicious. I had the banana walnut pancakes - delicious slices of banana and large walnut chunks! We heard good things about depot diner and since we were in the area we gave them a try on a Saturday morning. This was our only second time out to eat in a restaurant since COVID. We were greeted and shown to our table and given paper menus. I liked that since it made me feel safe. In addition, all the staff and customers were adhering to COVID guidelines. Our server Colleen was attentive and kind, as was the busser who kept our coffees full and our table clear. We ordered two varieties of eggs Benedict and chocolate chip pancakes to share. I really appreciated how I could swap a fruit cup for the home fries that came with my meal, at no charge. Our generous portions were served hot, well-seasoned, and delicious. While my son played in a LAX showcase at Endicott College, my family stopped in for breakfast. I highly recommend using their website to check in early to avoid long waits. The customer service was really good. Their menu has a lot to offer for breakfast. We ordered an omelet, apple cinnamon pancakes, banana pancakes, and an egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel. The portion size of all the food was more than enough. Nobody was able to finish their pancakes, and they ordered the short stack size. I had enjoyed lunch here a few times before, but today was my first time for breakfast. So many choices. I opted for a spinach and feta omelet. When I said I wanted to pass on the home fries, my server offered fruit or baked beans (!) as a substitute. I chose the fruit, and it was a generous mix of melon, strawberries, grapes, a little pineapple, so tasty. The omelet was delicious as well. Coffee superb. Got the garden omelette with sun dried tomatoes added (comes with roasted red peppers, onions, mushrooms, and Swiss cheese) with homefries which are delicate, moist, and not at all greasy.
