As I was driving from the storage facility I saw a building with "Ontime movers" on it. Not knowing a good mover here I decided to look them up and was impressed with the reviews. I called and spoke to Frank the owner and he was very professional, knew exactly where my storage place was and we arranged a date to meet. 4 guys showed up, all in company shirts, very polite! These guys were amazing, I immediately felt comfortable having OnTime take it from there. They also arrived in 2 trucks with company name professionally on their trucks! These guys were so careful with everything and protected floors, doors and never tried to take a shortcut. I also felt they were very reasonable in what they charged. Probably the best movers I've ever seen and I'm a real estate broker who's witnessed a lot over my 40 years in real estate. 5 stars is not enough!!

The safety deposit was a reasonable price and it was easy to send over the money through mobile pay. We received a message the day before the move to confirm that we were still on for our scheduled time. It was great to have that kind of reassurance from a moving team. Especially during such a stressful time! Angel and Jesus arrived early on the day of the move to make sure they had time to meet us and set up. The two of them absolutely crushed the move in amazing time. (And we didn't make it easy on them as we lived up a few flights of stairs!) They were communicative when they took a break for lunch -- keeping us in the loop so we knew when they would arrive. It was so great that all of our stuff was safe and locked up so they could take that time to refuel for the unloading process. We were so grateful to have trustworthy movers take care of this big move for us. We called Delivery Solutions by Carlos, and within minutes they went to Costco, picked up the furniture, delivered it to our home, and had everything assembled by about 4:00 PM the same afternoon. Two hours from purchase to sitting in the chairs on our patio -- that's amazing service. This was actually the second time we've used them. Previously we bought two TVs and Carlos picked them up from the store, delivered them, and mounted them in our home the same day.
