I love this place! We don't live as close but try to make it anytime we get since it's my daughter's favorite place to get her hair cut! The owner is the sweetest and so patient! She cuts it the way the daughter wants it. My daughter wanted curtain bangs for a long time and she made her that it was the right length and kept asking my daughter if this was okay. Always quick service but it gets busy! Owner knows all her returning customers by name. Everyone understands the wait when it's busy but it's worth it. I chose this store because of all the good reviews on Google. However, my visit to this salon was a complete disaster. I didn't get the friendliness or professionalism everyone else is talking about. I received the complete opposite. I would only recommend this salon if you want to ruin your day. The owner's rudeness was beyond belief. Instead of offering any helpful, stylish suggestions, she asked me for explicit instructions, defeating the purpose of me seeking professional advice. Her impatience and outright rude behavior were unbearable. When I considered seeking expert guidance elsewhere, she violently tore the protective shield off me (which I laid my phone on), causing my phone to crash to the floor. Her response was nothing short of a hateful stare - NO APOLOGY at all. This experience left me disheartened, both by the abysmal service and the unfortunate fate of my phone. I happily visited the salon early morning, and I am happy to say she successfully ruined my day. Good job on this! read more

I used to cut my hair here years ago. The cutters name was kim.. She no longer works there. I asked the owners where she had gone but nobody there knows where she went. She cut my hair really well but now she's gone. It's ok I found a great hair lady . Went here on a lunch break to get a quick cut. I walked in with no wait, awesome. I didn't catch the hair stylists name, but she was very accommodating and assuring. She did a very good job with the side part and added a hard line part. She asked for what kind of style I wanted and got a good idea up front. Came in here for a haircut for my daughter. Miko was just finishing with a customer so she was able to start my daughters haircut without much wait. She asked me what I wanted and she gave a recommendation, and I went with it. Once Miko started she got down to business. She was probably done with my daughters hair in about 10 minutes. This place is cheap and good! I used to go to Zee at Chic Cuts in the mall, but ever since she doesn't work there anymore, I switched and came here. They do a great job and their prices are reasonable. The only thing is they need a bit of guidance. i have to tell them how to cut my husband's hair just correctly. But maybe that's just me being very picky. Every 6 months I get foil highlights but I haven't gotten them done here since they are still too pricey for highlights~ read more

Well... A baby haircut is going to take time and the hairdresser cannot get pissed that the baby is moving and that she will try one last time to shape the hair and if not give up! I was requesting multiple times that i will hold the baby and she can try. She wasn't even willing to help! Two/Three times she keeps track of the number of attempts and then gets rude! When i called to ask if they would do baby haircut she accepted and I took my 3 year old. Before starting i was told that if the baby moves they can't do the haircut perfectly and i said okay since it sounded fair. When the haircut started what I realized is that she expected the baby to be perfectly still and doesn't even ATTEMPT to try to have even a bit of patience. Ofcourse we can't expect toddlers to behave like adults!! Wish I could take a video of our experience here and upload it! I would NOT recommend this place for kids and we will go to a kid friendly hair stylist next time!! read more

The ladies here are very friendly and they hand my son candies all the time. :) I also get my eyebrows waxed here and they do a really really good job. Love this place. Been coming here for several years for my kiddo and I. Nothing too fancy for me. The girls know how to do haircut. My son has no hairline and they always cut his hair just right! I'm very picky when somebody cuts my hair, and all 3 ladies are great! I drive from Santa Clara and it is worth the drive! I tried other places around my area, but if I want my hair done right, i would have to go to a very expensive salon. Can't do it all the time. Today for example, I came very close to closing time, and she still took me. She trimmed my hair and my bangs and I feel good about it. My go to place for eyebrow waxing and I've been coming here for about 10 years. $10 for an eyebrow wax and I love the way they turn out every time. There are 2 ladies that do my eyebrows, one of them is the owner or manager and she is sort of tall with dark medium length-ed hair (her chair is right next to the desk), she does a great job. However my favorite is the other lady who is kind of short, also medium length-ed dark hair, she happens to do my eyebrows more often and I love her! She is sweet and consistent. I should probably learn their names! Lol. They are always friendly and they remember me every time I come in. I've never had any hair cut services done here but they are always busy cutting hair. I came in for a haircut. The barber/stylist was rough with my scalp and pulling on my hair when combing . Then she lied about how much the haircut was, which was super creepy. I told her exactly what I wanted when I came in. She told me a price. Nothing extra was done. And then charged me a different price upon checkout. I won't come back. read more

The service is very attentive and friendly, and although their price for a simple haircut has gone up a little in the last few years (so FYI, the photo of the price listings is outdated), it's still very reasonable. I have had all three styists--Miki, Rosie, and Kim--help me with my hair and they all understand how I want my hair to look. I'd like to add that they really know how to cut Asian hair in particular. There's also very little wait time to get service, if at all (I usually come in the late morning). I've been coming here for at least six years and I've never come out with a bad haircut. read more

My Daughter 8 , my son 11, daughter4 and I walked in and asked for 2 haircuts.. 4 guys walked in after us. Both my 8 year old daughter and my 11 year old son sat down to get their hair cut . The Lady with the really short hair (don't know her name ) did an ok job with my son's hair BUT the tall lady that was cutting my daughter's hair was REALLY RUDE !!!! i heard her telling my daughter to "keep your head down" (she was getting a short hair cut) when she was almost done I checked her hair and it was COMPLETELY UNEVEN!! I told her in a nice way uhh i think its a little uneven but she said "no its not " "see" and i said no it's uneven " well im not done" The cape was already almost off of my daughter and she started cutting her hair again !! and she said "well she keeps moving" WOW she is 8 Not 2 !!! it states in the window kids haircut $10.00 she said "this is an adult haircut " so "you have to pay $20.00" well nobody told me that when i asked for the hair cut and she had told me about the 20.00 charge after i gave her my card !! and than ran my card !!!
