This is a Hawaiian pizza we had last night, these are leftovers . It was pretty good overall, nothing special, but we thought it was hilarious that there were like two or three pieces of canned pineapple on each slice. There may have been Ham on it as well. Must be reflective of the great pineapple and ham shortage of 2026 I wish I had a better report, I'd like for this place to stay in business.

Tried Desi Pizza Kitchen and was really impressed. They have a lot of variety, but I went with the Achari Chicken pizza and it was absolutely delicious. A bit on the spicier side, but in a good way, with the perfect kick. The crust was just right (not too thin, not too thick), and the chicken was cut into small cubes and cooked perfectly. The toppings were balanced and flavorful, which made the whole pizza stand out. I'll definitely be back to try some of their other flavors. The only small downside is that they don't allow half-and-half pizzas on weekends, so it would be nice to have that option since they have so many great choices. Still, if you're craving Desi-style pizza, this place won't disappoint!

I tried the butter chicken pizza, and it was a new flavor experience for me. The butter chicken topping was flavorful and rich, though it was a salty for my taste (both pizzas were salty). The combination is interesting and different from regular pizza, and it's worth trying if you want something unique. I ordered it to go, but there is space to dine in.

Ordered online for pick up. There is a lot of free street parking but fyi this is a busy area. Ordering online was easy to navigate. Staff were super friendly when I arrived. The restaurant was clean and had a lot of indoor seating. Ordered a cheese pizza and a butter chicken pizza. Both were flavorful and tasty. Totally would come back and try other things on the menu.

I'll be honest -- I'm not a big fan of pizza. It's never been something I crave. But the butter chicken pizza at Desi Pizza Kitchen in Queen Anne completely changed my mind. Easily the best pizza I've ever had. The butter chicken was tender and flavorful, and the sauce had the perfect blend of spice and creaminess. It's like the best of Indian comfort food and pizza rolled into one. The service was friendly and fast, and the place has a clean, cozy vibe -- nothing too fancy, just a chill spot with good energy. Only downside? They charge extra for additional garlic sauce. And let me tell you, that stuff is addictive, so consider yourself warned. If you're skeptical about fusion pizza (or just not into pizza in general), trust me -- this one is worth trying. I'm officially a fan now... at least when it comes to Desi Pizza Kitchen.

Tastes just like Can-Am Pizza on the Eastside--delicious, classic Indian-style pizzas! We tried the Achari Pizza and Masala Fries for a picnic, and both hit the spot. I like that they offer different spice levels, which makes it easy for anyone who can't handle too much heat. The flavors of ginger, cilantro, and warm spices really shine through. They do have a few tables for casual dine-in, but we preferred takeout. The masala fries were generously coated in spices and absolutely yum! This place is easily my go-to whenever I'm craving Indian pizza.

Food - the smell of the pizza had my mouth watering, but my first bite wasn't as flavorful as i was expecting. but i will say - we ordered the butter chicken pizza & it has bell peppers on it. and i just really dislike the taste of bell peppers so maybe im biased. we asked for a MILD pizza because i can not handle the spice and it lived up to the MILD level. overall not a bad pizza, but still on the search for a chicken tikka pizza. Service - pizza took kinda long but i guess at least that means its freshly made! but very helpful and friendly person took our order. Ambiance - a few tables inside, a little cramped. must have had a power issue while we were there cuz they had a box fan in the doorway going. just a few people sitting inside, maybe its more of a to-go kind of place (which is what we did)

Large butter chicken pizza - IG @bougiefoodieboi

I got the large butter chicken pizza here, ordering ahead for lunch. Estimated time was 16 min but it actually took 35 min, so a more accurate wait time would be appreciated. Recommend ordering directly for lower cost, but I opted to book with UberEats to use up my monthly credits and they had 20% discount so the price ended up around the same as ordering direct. Large butter chicken pizza could easily feed 3 people, so I would assume medium will feed 2 people. Value wise, that is a good price. The butter chicken is pretty solid, and the sauce is rich and creamy. They also add a few other ingredients like onion and cilantro, to further enhance the flavors. The crust is fairly thick so it is filling, which is a good or bad thing depending on how you prefer the pizza. Overall, pretty decent spot with decent amount of seating.

When I saw there was a new restaurant in seattle offering momos, I had to check it out. My friends and I ordered 2 XL pizzas (shahi paneer and chili chicken) and the veg momos. It took around 20-25 minutes to get the pizzas and we ate the momos while we were waiting. The Shahi Paneer pizza was delicious and so filling. They have a very thick crust with a good ratio of curry, cheese, and toppings. The Chili chicken pizza tasted very similar. Almost like the shahi paneer pizza if you dipped it into the chili sauce from the momos. If you want a little bit of that sweet and spicy flavor, I would recommend the chili pizza. Both pizzas were $25, which I would say is reasonable for the area, especially if you're sharing with people. I think I will come back for takeout pizza. The veg momos were extremely disappointing. We paid $10 for 6 tiny momos that tasted like straight chili sauce. Defiantly do not recommend trying the momos. I really like their interior wall design. It has a desi style art with bits of seattle highlights subtly woven in. I wouldn't have noticed until a friend pointed it out and it was such a cute little addition. It's also a little chilly inside, so if I wanna eat here I would bring a warm jacket or come in the summer.

MUST TRY INDIAN PIZZA. I've had Indian pizza in the best, and I'd say it is one of the best pizza you'll ever taste. After trying their butter chicken pizza, I definitely still agree to that statement. Insanely tasty and delicious pizza. Many ingredients are added to the pizza than a regular American version. Each bite was an explosion of flavor and I enjoyed every minute of finishing the pizzas. They have other types of Indian pizza and I can't wait to try the others. For the medium size, it was $19 which I say is a pretty fair deal. The service was decent. The cashier was helpful and answered any questions we had. The pizza did take some time to make, however, it makes sense since they add so many ingredients. Plus the pizza is amazing so the wait is very worth it. The ambiance of the restaurant is an average pizza place. They had some nice art of their logo on the wall. Other than that, nothing too special. Just a place to enjoy some great pizza!

Butter chicken pizza, sized medium, medium spicy. (I purchased the local root beer elsewhere while I was waiting for the pizza to be made)

I got the butter chicken pizza and a side of butter chicken sauce, medium spicy. I inquired about the spiciness level of the medium and it definitely did not have very much kick to it at all. My only criticism of this great idea (Indian food-themed pizzas) is that they could have leaned into the Indian spices and flavors even more--I ended up dipping the crusts into the side sauce and that was fantastic, even though the side of sauce was from the fridge (cool, not heated).

Been looking to try this new pizza place since I love Indian food. The butter chicken pizza was piled HIGH with toppings! The sauce had a tomatoey, slightly creamy flavor and came loaded with cheese, onions, tomatoes, green peppers, ginger, and cilantro. I got an extra-large for $26, and for the amount of food you get, it was totally worth it. Flavor-wise, it was good but not life-changing. I feel like it could use more ginger or distinctive seasoning, the flavors kind of melted together instead of standing out. The garlic sauce on the side though is BOMB!!! Made the flavor much better. You can pick mild, medium, or hot. I went with hot, but it could have been spicier. We waited about 25 minutes. There's lots of self-seating space but most people seem to be doing takeout. The lady at the counter was super nice. I'll definitely be coming back to try the other menu items sometime!

Not sure if this is the same place i used to get my burgers. Looks and feels different, but the burgers are still the same.... try their food, for the price, it will put a smile on your face. My Hawaiian styled burger was so juicy and saucy. Also the patty was a nice thickness and cooked like I like it. Not one of those thick burgers you get a fancy restaraunts, but thicker than fast food. A decent sized burger that was too messy and juicy to get a good photo of. The service isn't great, but there's pretty much always someone at the register ready to take your order. They don't really say much to you, even when your ordering. Their service for sure could be better. They have a water jug at the front counter, maybe offer guests water while they are dining in or waiting on orders. When you enter you will notice how bright and clean everything is inside. They even have themed decor that they took as far as updating the table tops with a design. Nothing fancy like toulouse, but for a small pizza burger shop, I'm impressed. I recommend trying this burger spot for sure. I'll be back, again and again....

The restaurant itself leaves a lot to be desired, but I'm not asking too much. I believe the owner said he was trying to revamp the place. I hope that the area comes alive in the future years, that should help. Here's the issue though, this is the slowest spot ever. I've waited 30 minutes for fries - FRIES. I don't mind waiting for food, but it should remain reasonable. There were only two or three people working, and one man did tell us this, but I need to be honest - this was on Super Bowl Sunday. No one was able to get anyone a beer from the tap for 40 minutes, the food took forever and it appeared that online orders were being prioritized (which makes sense, you make as you get orders coming in, but that puts your in person customers in an odd and sometimes frustrating position). To be honest, I probably wouldn't have minded as much if I just had some fries to snack on. I didn't mind as much this one time because I was just happy to find a place to watch the Super Bowl Half Time show, but other days, it's a little hard to look past. I wish this business the best, I live too close to not hope for its improvement! Looking forward to updating my review. At the end of the day, if you're hungry, it's late, this is your spot.

The oysters were the main draw for me, and they were totally worth the visit. Old Stove serves them with a savory watermelon sauce in addition to a traditional cocktail sauce--eaten together, it's a flavor explosion that I can't quite describe. We also enjoyed the garlic everything fries, which were delicious! We just had to try a flight to sample the brews. There are some really good beers available here, especially the Belgian blonde, citra pale ale, and the stout. I did not really care for the seasonal sour (grapefruit, I think)--to me, it just tasted like a sour and nothing more, but someone with more interest in sour beers would probably enjoy it just fine. Despite the busy night, our server checked on us regularly and was very personable, stopping to chat with us about the local sports scene. There's plenty to look at, inside and out. If you can snag a seat outside, you'll get to enjoy the waterfront. Inside, the decor is industrial but fun. Not sure if this runs all the time, but when we were there, the tvs were playing vintage beer ads, which was quite fun. They also sell some pretty good t-shirt designs. Overall, Old Stove Brewing is the perfect combo of good location, good food, and good beer. Definitely recommend a visit when in the Pike Place area!

It's not my favorite Hawaiian by any stretch, but it definitely does the job for visitors to the food hall. Since the seating can be a little limited at lunch time, the first challenge is just simply finding a spot to sit. Avoiding the peak lunch hour is recommended, but this probably be better if traveling in a group. When in doubt, take it to-go. Teriyaki chicken ($14) is one of their most popular dishes and an obvious nod to Seattle's thriving scene. Their katsu loco moco ($16) is hearty with the gravy, but sometimes a bit too heavy with the green onions. Personally, I'm a fan of the kalua pork ($13.50) and the spam and eggs ($11.50), but the garlic shrimp ($18) was a bit lackluster. They also serve burgers, which are actually a bit underrated. Their double cheeseburger ($11) features nice size patties with a goop of American cheese. The musubi is nearly $4 each, but are also mini-bricks of spam and rice. Lastly, it doesn't take much to realize the prices might feel a bit high here. They're even higher on the website, which i would recommend using for most folks, but recently I noticed various selections are listed for hundreds of dollars each. Unless this is a catering order, it's just another example of another oversight. ____________ (#1) Uwajimaya is dope: https://www.yelp.com/biz/uwajimaya-seattle

Perhaps the Lao Burger served there wasn't as juicy and succulent, with perfectly crisp smashed patties as I recalled? Or perhaps Taurus Ox just serves a completely inferior version. I revisited for a Friday late dinner to reach the bottom of things. This was at around 8PM and the place was surprisingly busy, with a fully running kitchen and almost all seats taken. It's a pretty small restaurant to begin with, but since the food comes fast, people don't typically stay too long. By the time our food arrived, a table had cleared up for us. Lao Burger ($18) - This Lao Burger is just as good as my first visit. Absolutely perfectly fried smash patties, completely with lacy, crispy edges that provide texture and an intense caramelized meaty flavor. I've already described the burger in detail in my previous review - what I can say on this visit is that the burger is basically identical, indicating that Ox Burger is consistent with cook and construction. The burger as a whole has the perfect moisture level with plenty of unique funky, umami-full flavors that make each bite a delight. As with my previous review, two things come to mind that detract just a tiny bit from my full enjoyment. Firstly, the burger as a whole is a bit salty for my tastes, necessitating several trips to refill my cup of water Secondly, the piece of sliced pork belly included is kind of vestigial. It seems to be only there to add additional salt, because neither the flavor nor texture are very apparent while eating. (5/5) Deluxe ($15) - This burger is somehow way messier than the Lao to eat. Upon lifting it up, a mess of watery mustard/mayo mix drips onto the plate. I think it might be from the extra moisture in the tomatoes and lettuce. And yet, somehow the bun isn't soggy at all. This burger is otherwise excellent, combing the same picture perfect smash patties as in the Lao, with the classic fixings - American cheese, bacon, pickles, and plenty of veggie mix. (5/5) I'm glad I gave the Lao Burger another chance. It's now one of my favorite burgers in the city. I'll definitely be coming back to Ox Burger for more. The progenitor, Taurus Ox, remains on my not recommended list though! Bathrooms - Single unisex room.
