Wow what a great find in Ocoee! They have some of the biggest apple fritters I have ever seen, a great choice of fresh donuts and delicious coffee with delicious flavors. The service is great, nice and patient. They offered their personal favorites or what they thought we would like. The ambiance is a typical donut shop vibe, nice and clean. It was small and definitely meant for pick up and go with some seating inside. I definitely recommend them if you want a delicious donut or giant apple fritter!

The baked goods are delicious! While I was there, they tried to accommodate a new, never before done drink a request from another customer. Right now it's cool fall spooky vibes.! I've been to them in the past when they were in a different location and this new location is great! The only think I thought was weird was when I ordered the giant bucket of apple cider, which was delicious, they put caramel sauce on the outside of the container which made it Instagram, where the butt made everything sticky.. ‍ otherwise great location and the food way awesome!

This little shop met all we had heard about in a recent Yelp best donut shop article. I had a huge 4"x4"x4" coffee cake that had layers of flavors. I also had a great cup of coffee, real coffee flavor and not a burnt bean flavor like so many others try and emulate. Great friendly service in a quaint little shop with an abundance of plants. Well worth the drive out.

DG Doughnuts (Ocoee, FL): A National Donut Day Pilgrimage Worth Every Glazed Mile Tucked just off Route 50 in the heart of Ocoee, DG Doughnuts isn't just a donut shop -- it's a full-blown doughnut destination. On National Donut Day, I made the pilgrimage, and let me tell you: this place didn't just rise to the occasion -- it proofed, fried, and frosted its way into legend status. The Vibe It's got that "hidden gem" charm -- a small-town feel with big-doughnut energy. There's cozy indoor seating, shaded outdoor tables, and a welcoming glow that says, "Sit, snack, stay a while." Whether you're a grab-and-go kind of person or someone who wants to linger over lattes and fritters, DG's got space for you. ‍ The Staff Friendly doesn't even cut it. The team behind the counter is full of genuine smiles and solid donut recs -- no rush, no pressure, just people who love what they do (and what they bake). It's the kind of service that makes you feel like a regular even if it's your first time. The Doughnuts: Sweet & Savory Sorcery This isn't a one-trick glaze shop. DG delivers creative variety and flavor mastery on both ends of the spectrum: Sweet Standouts: * Cereal-topped classics that bring back Saturday morning nostalgia. * Stuffed creations with fillings that ooze with intent (guava, Nutella, Bavarian cream -- yes, please). * Perfect glazes that walk the line between rich and refined -- never cloying. Savory Surprises: * Everything bagel-inspired donuts, or cheddar-stuffed wonders that rewrite what you thought a donut could be. * The kind of flavor curveballs that somehow just work -- salty, buttery, and still undeniably donut. Final Thoughts: A Sweet Tooth's Paradise (and Then Some) DG Doughnuts is everything you want on National Donut Day -- and every other day that ends in "y." Whether you're craving sugar-dusted classics or bold, bacon-topped innovations, this spot delivers with heart and heat. It's not just a stop. It's a ritual. Rating: (5/5) Must-Try: One sweet, one savory, and then a dozen more for later. Pro Tip: Go early -- the best flavors fly off the shelves fast.

I was sent a list of the Top 50 Donut Shops in the U.S. DG Doughnuts was on the list and close to home. So I had to give it a try. The outside seating is nice. I can see people wanting to sit and enjoy their donuts there. The servers were friendly and help with the menu options and what they have available. I bought the Fruity Pebbles donut, Strawberry Lemonade donut and Blueberry Pop-tart donut to go. By far, the Strawberry Lemonade donut was the best. I warmed it up a little bit and it was a taste of heaven. The Fruity Pebbles donut was okay. It was a nostalgic selection. The Blueberry Pop-tart was good at first until I found out the hard way that the frosting has a lot of milk in it.

Wow when you first see the price you may think $4 for a donut. Well wow - worth every penny. And let's just say the cinnamon roll fritter at 2 lbs and prob 11 inches for $8 the best deal around! And it was amazing.

Super cute business, amazing doughnuts, and tasty fully customizable coffee options! Love an establishment that offers milk substitutes! Very friendly staff, and helpful in selecting the best doughnut options! Everything tasted so fresh, and the icing was just right!

We came here last minute before they closed. We were in the area for an event and had some extra time, so we figured a donut and/or coffee would be a good pick-me-up. The employees were so nice (especially since we were a larger group coming in close to closing time). The place was decorated for Christmas (really cute!) and we ended up trying their seasonal drinks- we got one gingerbread iced coffee and one Mr. Kringle cookie latte. We opted for oat milk in both, both were good, but we definitely liked the gingerbread one more. Overall, I'm really glad we got to stop in!

Lets just say, repeat customer. The donuts are big so I never eat them all at once. The toasted coconut is my absolute favorite followed closely by the toasted chocolate and caramel toasted coconut which is giving girl scout cookies vibes. I swear every time I go in here there are different options and then i feel the need to buy them all because when will I see them again. So many flavors! They also serve coffees (iced and hot) and they are tasty and some mornings, I believe on weekends, the serve breakfast sandwiches. One thing I dont love is that the eggs are essentially premade and for the price, I think NOT. Ive had them before and was not impressed and lowkey felt taken advantage of so id pass on those unless absolutely necessary. This shop also sells plants which is interesting but ive definitely bought a monsterra and pathos here and they are thriving in my home so despite it being strange, I am down for the shenanigans. Will obviously be back for donuts and coffees. Its nice to sit outside or inside or take your meal/treat to the water nearby and hang there. Such a nice space in downtown ocoee.

I have been wanting to try DG Doughnuts for a while now and I was soooo excited when one of my employers brought them in for us! I got to try all 3 of the St. Patrick's doughnuts and they didn't disappoint! The doughnuts were massive and full of flavor! I can't wait to go one day and get some more doughnut flavors!

The staff is always the friendliest. The coffee is by a local brewer. The doughnuts are delicious and many flavors rotate weekly, so be sure to check their IG for current offerings. The shop's ambiance is bright and cheery with soft, natural tones, and parking is easy!

OMG! So good and fairly priced. Everything we ordered here was fresh and delicious but not overly sweet where you felt like you were on the fast track to diabetes. Boston crème, pistachio, donut kabob, chocolate, and toasted coconut were all yummy. Definitely worth the trip!

This is such a treat! The donuts are very big and rich. They could easily be shared. Donuts change with the themes and offerings are plentiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They also offer coffee and lattes. If you are in the area make sure to stop by. FYI: the apple fritter can easily feed 4 people it's so large!

    No.

Choosing which doughnut to get will probably be the hardest decision of the day because they have SO many different flavors, and honestly, they're all delicious. What they all have in common is that airy, buttery dough that's packed with flavor. One doughnut will definitely fill you up, but they're so good that you won't be able to resist ordering more! Don't worry if you can choose the staff will provide you excellent recommendations and you won't be disappointed. Their flavors are so unique yet comforting. My go-to is the Maple Bacon. You get the sweetness of the maple combined with the savory bacon--it's the perfect balance! And don't worry if you get stuffed--there are chairs where you can sit, relax, grab a coffee, and plan your next adventure. Definitely a must-try if you're a doughnut lover!

Another reviewer accurately described it as a "cronut", or a mash-up of a croissant and a doughnut. The texture is different but the sweet factor is intact! We chose a Saturday morning to visit because our son was available and wanted to check out Parlor, since he is a doughnut aficionado. We found plenty of available parking spots. The bright interior with east-facing windows and white and blue tile made for a cheery atmosphere. Of course the doughnuts and good service add to the brightness. A French Toast doughnut, Spinach Pesto Breakfast Sandwich (a lovely savory and served in a ciabatta roll), and Proper Coffee (drip) were ordered on this visit and throughly enjoyed while sitting on comfy chairs. The laid-back, family-friendly character of the shop was a welcome change. I'd like to return in the near future after 11 am when the Savory Layered Doughnuts are being served!

It's part of the town's infamous Fast-Food Boulevard. Although I believe it has never been confirmed, Lard Lad is likely a parody of Bob's Big Boy and Randy's Donuts & Bakery. When Universal Studios opened their version of Springfield, U.S.A., Lard Lad Donuts went from fiction to reality and Simpsons fans like me could finally indulge in an actual Lard Lad Donut. Before someone jumps on me, I will point out that the doughnuts are actually made by Donut King in Minneola, FL (at least for the Orlando park's location). Although a few different options are available, I went with the "Big Pink" modeled after the pink sprinkle doughnut often seen being consumed by Homer on the show. The beguiling bemouth is about as big as my face but is relatively light at approximately 266g. It's a yeast/raised doughnut covered in pink vanilla flavored icing with a plethora of colorful sprinkles. Even though it was light in weight, the doughnut was relatively thick. Like pizza, it's hard to find a bad doughnut, there's just different degrees of deliciousness. Disappointingly, this is towards the lower end on that scale. I don't know if my particular doughnut was stale or not (the boxes are not dated), but it was a little tough and didn't seem the freshest. Other than the size, it really isn't anything special. Factoring in the $12 cost does not help it either. It should be noted that you can get 3-4 decent sized portions out of the doughnut, which might help justify it (unless you want to emulate Homer and like me, eat it all yourself). Lastly, it did make for a great photo op and as a Simpsons fan, it was worth doing once. If you're a fellow Simpsons enthusiast, then go for it. For everyone else, I would say Voodoo Donut in City Walk is the better option as The Big Pink is just okay. Doughboy_Food_Reviews

Parking wasn't an issue either. As I walked in, I was greeted by who seemed to be the owner and a young woman. Very nice, lovely staff. Everyone was so sweet. My only issue was that they didn't have a good portion of their menu ready and it's mostly because they didn't have the gravy for their dishes. The ones we wanted came with gravy and the staff let us know they were behind on making it. So we pivoted and tried their prime rib smash burger but unfortunately that felt a little disappointing. For the price that it was, you'd think that you'd get a decently portioned burger or some sides with it but it was super tiny. And the bun felt like grocery bread, the type you can get for a home bbq. It was still delicious but rather disappointing at the same time. We ended up having to order a third dish just to feel satisfied and at least it was very good. The bowls are worth it, maybe not the burger but the bowls for sure! I also snagged up a donut and truthfully that is one of the best donuts I've ever had. Another downside to this spot and why I didn't give it a 4 star is because how slow the service was. We watched a whole family get up and leave because it was taking so long, I actually felt bad for the staff and owner. The place has great tasting food, just needs a little shaping up. Maybe someone who can run the kitchen as a head chef. Overall, I still recommend the place but just know that you'll be waiting a while and some things may not be available.
